I didn't notice I got a text with a link to do a pre-inspection walk around until I got to my destination. So when I went to do it, it was expired. There was damage to the driver side rear, but noticed a sticker saying it was in claims. Other than that, experience was really good

The latches on the fender of the trailer didn't latch so I had to keep an eye on it. You guys really need to invest at putting trailer brakes on your trailers. To make them safer.

The only improvement I can recommend is to speed up the service on the computer. The people were very helpful but the computer was slow and then it went down. Those at the service center did a good job in trying to get me out the door by taking my information manually so that I could get the trailer I needed, which worked perfectly for what I needed!

This was the worst experience ever, I was sent to four different location to pick up the moving van that spanned a distance of 45 miles, and took 4 hours to accomplish, in the end the person helping me at the Clearfield, Utah location try to help as best as he could and in the end the truck I reserved was larger then the one I had requested 2 weeks earlier resulting in more fuel required for the move and the truck was dirty, the front window was so covered in bugs you could barely see out of it. The whole process was handled as if the Uhaul personnel could care less, the second facility I went to to pickup was closed and no one was around, NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE UHAUL FOR ANY THING, WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!!

I needed up going to this location due to another location (Towne Storage) where I was supposed to pick up a bigger truck, had locked the keys in the truck with the ignition on. After getting a ride to the 1200N location everything was worked out. I did get a smaller truck and was about an hour and a half late moving everything. But it wasn't too bad

My rental on Monday Oct 4, was much different. The manager helped me and was very nice, quick and informative. When I returned the van, they employee was very nice. Nothing fun about moving stuff, so it helps when you have nice helpful people.

Had problems with the after hours access to the storage facility. Doors and swipe card areas not working properly. Manager answered phone and was able to help us, which was hugely appreciated.

Overall, the storage experience was good. The distance to the unit was problematic to me, however, it was this facility that had available the size of storage space that I needed. The greatest disappointment was trying to communicate with the Office at the facility; it appears that the phone calls are transferred to the Regional Office when 5PM comes, even though the local office is open until 6 or 7 PM. In my experience, whenever the calls are transferred to the Regional Office, I can expect to be on hold for 15-20 minutes, and I confess that lately I have not waited the full 15-20 minutes to talk with the Regional people. These are really nice facilities, but if you need to talk with the local people, call before 5PM.

Nothing at all. Zeke Stark was very nice and had excellent customer service. He showed me what I had to do if I had to take the trailer off my truck and how to reinstall. It was my first time towing a trailer too and he made it very simple.

1. Make the mileage larger font so it's READABLE on the contract. 2. Don't make people hike across a huge parking lot to get their truck. (There were staff available and not doing anything who could have gotten it and brought it closer to the building.) 3. Teach staff to enunciate - the clerk spoke fast and ran words together so he was hard to understand and I had to keep asking "what?" to understand him.

Maybe just an estimate of miles between fill ups would be helpful to some customers. Other than that I have no other suggestions. The unit that was provided to me was practically brand new and ran flawlessly. I was extremely pleased with my experience. U-Haul has improved a lot in the past few years in market presence. I was used to the ol' gas station mom and pop locations with not very friendly or helpful people. Lovin U-Haul

We were rented a truck for a long distance move. Truck as filthy inside and there was NOT a safety inspection. The truck had a very bad shake to the front end at 55 mph causing a tire to blow out, 2 hrs to repair, and a trip that should have taken 4 hrs to our destination ended up taking 9 hrs. This location should be closed if they are purposely putting lives in danger by not checking the equipment they rent to people!

This was incredibly helpful and a great deal for all of the items I was able to move. The issues I ran into were that I wasn't checked in when I arrived (technician's accident with app) and I was initially charged for fuel that I had already used. The office was able to refund the $20 due to pictures I had taken and he recommended I use the the app next time to save a little time. He radio'd the tech to submit that I had returned the moving truck.

The staff at both Clearfield UT and Houghton Lake MI were very helpful. The containers met our needs and the delivery staff at both locations (Bethany in Clearfield and Novella in Houghton Lake) worked with us in delivery and placing of our containers. Our contents, including some heavy shop equipment and unreplaceable family heirlooms arrived undamaged and in excellent condition. We were very happy with our move and would recommend UHaul

The truck drove very well. “A” rated for sure. My suggested improvements would be consider if your customer (like me ) is over 65. Having the white printed sticker “SPEED KILLS” set over/on top of the truck's speedometer's actual numbers makes the gauge harder to read. I apologize, but it made it so hard to see the exact speed I was driving during the day, I boldly took the label and carefully moved it lower so it was not over the gage's numbers. About an inch lower put the sticker in a more easy-to-read location, and made the numbers (especially like 50 60 70) easier to see. At night, the gage shows brightly and wouldn't be this issue. But in the day, the numbers and the sticker overlapping is a bad move for an elderly person (or really anyone). The lower location improved the balance of the printed sticker. The white sticker to the left also had an overlap issue, but not as critical. I also would have liked a little more explanation of the “tow/haul” button and the (not green) “BARS” indicating mph. Not easy to see or evalúale in daytime. Other than that, the truck drove very well and was very comfortable. Thank you.

This storage unit was exactly what I needed for a military move. I was able to get the first month at no charge which allowed me to offload my trailer and find a house. The facility itself is brand new and the paint still smells fresh. The storage units were clean and functional. I liked that they were well lit and accessible 24/7/365. The facility key card/entry system was nice and the alarms on each unit were reassuring. I ended up setting the alarm off once or twice on accident. Both times a uhaul employee entered the facility to check. Only complain is that the staff member didn't question my need to be there.

This location is a joke, the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I rented a truck and storage from here and the employees are unhelpful and straight up rude. If they don't feel like helping you they will make up such outrageously ridiculous lies. Even worst is the general manager, I will never rent from any Uhaul again. I wouldn't even recommend this company to someone I didn't like.
