Rentals over the last 20+ years have been excellent with only one exception: the rims on nearly every trailer we've rented have had excessive (some to the point of structurally dangerous) rust. This problem needs to be addressed.

The instrument panel had a bit of dust. Everything looked nice and clean except for that. *I got quoted for 3 days at 277... Over the phone it was 201 for 2 days. However, when I dropped it off I was charged an extra $44 for the "extra" (third) day.

They would only allow a turn-in of everything all at once. They would not take the trailers and then the trucks later. They didn't explain that policy and I think it is very inconvenient and errors on the side of business greed. I paid off an extra day of rental on all 4x items and then received an email stating that I had a balance and needed to pay it or it would be sent to collections and attorneys involved. A nasty little letter. I clicked the link to see the 'Paid in Full' statement. Why end a customer contract on such a negative note?

I was in a bind because at the last minute I needed a 2nd truck. Luckily we found one because UHaul had just shipped 60 large trucks to northern states. I wanted another 26 ft, but was happy I got the 20ft. It was in great shape and had no problems, very easy to drive. The customer service provided was excellant! Our only quesstion to UHaul - where are the 4way flahsers? We could have used them in the heavy rain!
