Think what you want about Hemet, but this UHaul is the best I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a number of them the last 2 years. They are always accommodating and professional and I highly recommend this place!Mark A.

The only thing I have to say I live at menifee news port rd cross with haun road and I have reserved my uhaul at haun road 1/4 miles from my house 9:am and at 8:20 am one lady called and tell me that my uhaul reserved is at helmet ok that is 14mile away from my house I don't know why's and than I when asked lady at uhaul on haun roads she was tall me that yours name showed reserved at helmet that why's I run late on returning but thank you anyway I got my job donePhin B.

None of the sales associates greeted us upon entry. One worker was helping a customer which was fine the other was walking around doing paperwork or fixing a box or something but could have addressed us. We were waiting for a bit. Another customer came in after us and the sales person stopped doing paperwork and helped them. So maybe because we were black he didn't want to help us and rathered the other worker help. My car trailer straps were ripped and one of them missing entirely, I unfortunately didn't find this out until I attempted to load the car, this meant the rental was essentially useless. I brought it back and the employee could not refund me until a manager was present, which he explained would be in 5 days. Whole rental was a complete waste of time and money, I hope they refund me.Ryan W.

Two days ago I saw that I was charge for truck dollies that I thought I returned and called the gentleman To complain about the $100 charges. I was sure I returned them and then I realized I was incorrect and called back immediately and profusely apologized. He excepted my apology and knew that I was humbly embarrassed and he said that he would reverse those charges if I brought the trucks right back. I did that! Today I'm reading charges of $194 and I don't understand why? He did not reverse those charges and he also said that we return the truck with gas that was not to the line it was sent out in. It was, his reply was did you take a picture? I did not take a picture, so I told him that I understand that is my mistake and $50 is understandable charged to me. But today is $194 and he did not keep his word. I don't understand what happened this time? I am so disgusted with U-Haul. When we we're told by Jennifer or Jessica not sure of the name? That our truck was going to be returned by somebody and to come and pick it up there at 8:45. She said the truck would be needing to be cleaned so come 15 minutes later. We thought we were picking up our truck and our car dolly and the gentleman told us no we have to go to Moreno Valley which is an hour away at 8 AM with freeway traffic, Which intern our hired workers via U-Haul told us they cannot wait. I was so upset, so on the way to Moreno Valley to pick up our truck and Dolly, the gentleman at that facility secured some other workers for us but it cost us $200 more and I was at the mercy of excepting this. We had to be out of our house right after we packed our truck that day and we did not have a choice in this is U-Haulâ€˜s mistake. U-Haul is fast to charge their customers for their mistakes and I would like a refund for U-Haulâ€˜s mistake. I don't know what the charges are for now that it's $194 and gentleman did not reverse the charges like he told me he would. I plan to make a former mistake with the BBB organization and with the CEO of U-Haul. I have paid thousands of dollars to move where I am now and I would like at least $350 back due me from unknown charges and having to pay more for workers when it was U-Haul's mistake. Josie was VERY HELPFUL!! GIVE HER A RAISE!! I showed up near closing and cudnt figure out the mobile log in stuff and then had problems with my payment and she was patient enough to wait for me to solve it. Stayed like 15/20mins after closing to help me. Seriously she was great!!Enrique A.

I was concerned that I received the truck with barely any gas in it. I had to go and get gas as soon as I left which took me out of the way and added mileage. Other than that everyone was very nice and helpful.Diana M.

Staff extremely rude. 3 employees came after me in my car like a mob. Girl inside greeted me with a â€œDo you have keysâ€ attitude when I walked in. No greeting. Yelling @ me outside the door calling me a Bitch. I will never be back to this place & will never recommend. They charged me around $90.00 difference between Friday night & Saturday morning. Perhaps your employees should attend customer service training or just plain Charm Classes. I dropped $200.00 to your establishment & was treated extremely rudely.Valery G.

The truck fuel was on empty from the start. It had a big problem shutting off. The gas tank was not ready properly. I kept running out of gas, just as soon as I put gas in. The truck had a major problem. I was not happy with the rental truck. I believe that the trucks need to be serviced more often. Looks like the U-Haul was not big on repairs. Unless the previous driver, didn't complain. Especially when having serious issues. I fueled the truck 7 times. It was extremely expensive and it didn't work for me for my needs. I had nothing but problems and would like to get my 100.00 back. Like I mentioned, I ended not using the truck the way that I needed to use it. My day was ruined. Big loss of money and opportunity. Not happy. I'm hoping that a manager contacts me in regards to this nightmare.Sandra S.
Well when I showed up for my 26 ft truck I was told they did not have one. So I took a 20 ft truck and had to make 2 trips. So it cost me more in fuel and mileage. Pretty disappointing when you have movers set up and no other options the morning g off. Ended up spending $50 dollars more from uhaul plus extra time spent on movers for the second trip.Shane S.
