This location for my pick up was 19 miles from my house, when there are two locations one being 3.9 miles the other 6 miles from my house. The reason I was given was this was the only location that had a 15 foot truck, which was not true there were three 15 foot trucks at the Alton location and at least 1 at the East Alton location. Going to this location was a bit too far and took too much time out of our day to go get thisJacqueline V.

The truck we rented was having issues. We could barely make it through the move without the truck stalling and making loud noises. That issues caused our moved to take longer than expected. The truck seemed to need to be serviced. There were no problems at that location. The only issues were with the truck.DESHERICK B.

The truck I rented was very dirty and only had a eighth of a tank of gas the staff was very friendly and they worked with me on a discount for my displeasure with the vehicleGEORGE S.
The return was a little complicated. I feel it's not user friendly to those that are not as tech savvy. If I just want to drop of my truck after use it cost an extra $20, so you feel pressure to use the app that they say takes less than 15 min. It's more like 45min to an hour if you don't know what you are doing.VALENCIA W.

After a long day of moving. I noticed I left a few things on truck. I called UHaul the next morning at Dunn Rd location in Hazelwood Mo. and representative says my items were thrown away. I adised her I spoke with a representative the night before and she advised me to call the location early morning in which I did. The worker at the location in Hazelwood was very rude. She told me I would have to go to the trash to get my items. Why were my items thrown away instead of being placed in a lost and found area. When I get to location to pick up my items someone went through my personal belongings then placed on the curb in front of the building where they check truck ins. My items were set right there after being rambled through.Charmaine B.

The person that helped me with the equipment was outstanding. However, the person that did up the contract may need some more training (or he selected the easiest items to get it done). The fact that U-Haul no longer provides paper contracts meant that I wasn't able to closely review my contract until hours into my drive. Later, I realized that my contract had the wrong vehicle type for both vehicles (they weren't even close).Arthur W.

I reserved the truck rental online and the truck was ready and clean when I got there. My only complaint was the customer service. There was a disconnect when I took the truck (nothing was reviewed, no confirmation of If I had any questions). When I dropped off the truck there were three people behind the counter dealing with one customer, 10 minutes later I was finally told to leave the keys and they would email the receiptâ€¦ (I was frustrated with the lack of customer service, follow up and clarity). They did email the receipt and it checked out but a couple questions/answers of confirmation would have changed the experience entirelyTODD M.

I had made a reservation online through the app a month ago at the Florissant hwy 67/Lindbergh location. On the day of I logged in to verify my reservation and it didn't show anything and I also couldn't find an email from you confirming it also. So I made a new reservation and the only location with a trailer size i needed was the Dunn rd location. When I got there the size I picked wasn't actually available and had to pick a narrower trailer that still had the motorcycle bump out. It worked but was a little over loaded for what I needed it for. An hour after we were on our way the Florissant location called and was wanting to know if we were still picking up our trailer. Told them what happened and they understood the situation but wasn't sure why my reservation wasn't available online. So not sure if its an app issue or what but if there is a way to look into this I would appreciate it.Erin B.

Hire better staff who really wants to work, and know what they are doing. Staffs are TERRIBLY horrible! Worst experience anyone could ever have. Will NEVER EVER be back there EVER again! Be warned people. It used to be a good branch some 2/3yrs ago.Adetayo A.

Anthony was fantastic. He answered all of my questions along the way and if I am going to be paying $180 for a 10x15 you best believe I am going to have a couple questions that is a semi large purchase when it comes to a monthly subscription. $180 is actually more than I could of paid elsewhere but Anthony honored my lack of coupon that I was not given by a different facility after returning my rented uhual. Overall I would rate this location a 10 out of 10 solely use this singles employee the cleanliness of the store was amazing best I have seen by singular uhaul place.
