Have more people like your Manager at Allentown Blvd location. I've been in customer service position all my life, it is so easy to be nice to someone. I know everyone has bad days but don't take it to work. We all are struggling in this world we live in. My reservation was scheduled for a Wed but I got a text that it was scheduled for Thursday. Then I got another text the day before we picked up the tow dolly & that text said I had to pick it up an hour away from Harrisburg, so frustrating then I called being upset & the call center (very nice lady) said she see that the Allentown Blvd store has one & booked it for me, thank goodness! We made it all the way store Georgia then my lights went out right as it got dark so I had to pull off the road. I called for roadside service and in no time a very nice gentleman came to my rescue! Now that's what your training should consist of, training on how to be courteous, it's not hard.. We all need a paycheck but come on be considerate. I don't understand when you need to return an item to uhaul and the stores just really park equipment on their property, if they refused to take back an item, they should not represent uhaul, it really gives you a bad name! I could go on but I think you get my frustrations.CARMELLA V.

The person who checked the truck out to me barely spoke and the person who took the truck from me when I returned it was rude and also barely spoke. I know the service industry is tough right now, but the people who I had to interact with at this location were either not happy to be there, or just rude by nature.STEPHANIE H.

I was told I needed to bring the van back with a full tank - which I did. My issue is that I was told to return the tank full, so I stopped and wound up putting 7.1 gallons into the truck... I had only put 10 miles on the truck at that point... I know the trucks get terrible gas mileage, but 1.5 miles per gallon seems a little ridiculous.NEIL S.

I stood at the counter during the rental process for a pick-up two days later for 8:AM. The counter person said he would not be there but his counter mate would. I arrived the day scheduled at 8:AM to find the location did not open until 9:AM. When I returned the second time and ask the counter person why they would give me a confirmation with the 8:AM pickup when the location did not open until 9:AM. The counterperson laughed at me. I said I did not find it amusing and that I was forced to make a second trip. He said he was only a counterperson. I ask to see a manager, He said there was no manager on site. When I went outside to get the truck, I found a person with a nametag listing him as "owner". I explained the entire adventure again, and he just smiled and said he really was not the owner, just a stock holder. This is not my only issue with this location. Last time I rented a truck, It malfunctioned about a mile from the rental site and I had to get it back to get another truck. No "we are sorry" or "let us help you", They made me stand in another line when I got to the counter they threw me another set of key and sent me out to find the second truck, which was a piece of junk, Before that, I tried to rent a closed trailer and had a reservation. When I arrived they had no closed trailer. I had to take a much longer open trailer. Again, no explanation or apology. Just rude counter persons. You wonder why I kept coming back. Simple, the next closest location is 20 miles away. However, I am done. I will never deal with Uhaul again, and I will make it my mission to let everyone I meet know what this Uhaul location is like. They should look up the meaning of "customer service".George K.

You screwed up my order. I was supposed to pick up my truck in Mechanicsburg. The truck wasn't there at my time. Since I hired movers, I had to drive all the way to the Allentown Rd address. I had reserved 20 foot truck but all they had was a 26. So, wrong truck and wrong location. The people at Mechanicsburg could have cared less. The people on Allentown Blvd. we're super helpful.Janet W.

My only issue is the check in process. I got there at my pickup time and it took almost 20 minutes to get through the pick up steps. They should have warned customers that they would need two contacts. I had to wake up a family member in order to get it done. That process is unnecessary and time consuming.Jalen D.

I have rented many trucks over the years but this last one was not my favorite. I was charged a return fee for a policy that was never discussed! My account owner in your system was changed without my knowing and it made the resolution even harder. My phone call was over 45 minutes and then my second call after I was "somehow disconnected" was over 30 minutes! Customer service was lacking in this one!BRIAN W.

Timeliness. I arrive at 7:00 ( opening time ) door was open light we're not on. I was told to wait in my car until the manager arrived. After the light were on 5-10 minutes I walk back in. Price was ~ $60 more than quote.PETER G.

When I arrived, the previous customer did not bring the truck on time (8.30am). I asked the attendant to call the customer, her said that he did say 7.15am but she was mad for waking her up and that he'd try again at 9.00 am as to not upset the customer. I asked then what about v me? He said that I just had to wait. I waited till 9.00am patiently till 9.00am when the truck arrived. It was a bizarre experience.Bruce Lee D.
