Excellent experience. There was a problem with my rental truck and the U-Haul employee was able to help me get it fixed so I could still use their car carrier. He even tried to fix it himself but didn't have the right part. He really went above and beyond to get me on the road. Booking was even helpful as I had to change my reservation twice and there was no problem. Great Location!Benjamin C.

after filling out the application online, after scanning my license online 2ce, after a phone call verifying and saying everything was ready, I show up and they ask for a second number and start in on other questions to which I replied ... just give me the truck. They gave me the contract and keys and then directed me to the truck which was first in line. The key would not fit. Only problem my truck was actually the second in line so they had to move the first in line ... not impressedGeorge M.

I wish the question about cleanliness of the equipment had a choice of somewhat clean instead of yes/no. The equipment could have been swept out. It wasn't clean, but it also wasn't filthy. The outside needed washed as well. Other than that, everything was great!George H.
I was very disappointed in the dimensions of unit 1261. Due to an 2' x 1' outcropping on back wall along with wooden crossbeams along the top. It is at best 4' x 5' x ~6.5'. This is not a dispute; rather, an observation about misinformation in the unit description. I expect a call from representative to correct this issue. We hired the moving labor when we reserved the truck on uhaul's website. I received several texts confirming the movers were coming. They never showed up, didn't answer their phone and their voicemail was full. If uhaul is going to offer labor when i reserve your truck online, you need to guarantee it OR don't offer it. Have more people like your Manager at Allentown Blvd location. I've been in customer service position all my life, it is so easy to be nice to someone. I know everyone has bad days but don't take it to work. We all are struggling in this world we live in. My reservation was scheduled for a Wed but I got a text that it was scheduled for Thursday. Then I got another text the day before we picked up the tow dolly & that text said I had to pick it up an hour away from Harrisburg, so frustrating then I called being upset & the call center (very nice lady) said she see that the Allentown Blvd store has one & booked it for me, thank goodness! We made it all the way store Georgia then my lights went out right as it got dark so I had to pull off the road. I called for roadside service and in no time a very nice gentleman came to my rescue! Now that's what your training should consist of, training on how to be courteous, it's not hard.. We all need a paycheck but come on be considerate. I don't understand when you need to return an item to uhaul and the stores just really park equipment on their property, if they refused to take back an item, they should not represent uhaul, it really gives you a bad name! I could go on but I think you get my frustrations.CARMELLA V.

The person who checked the truck out to me barely spoke and the person who took the truck from me when I returned it was rude and also barely spoke. I was told I needed to bring the van back with a full tank - which I did. My issue is that I was told to return the tank full, so I stopped and wound up putting 7.1 gallons into the truck... I had only put 10 miles on the truck at that point... I know the trucks get terrible gas mileage, but 1.5 miles per gallon seems a little ridiculous.NEIL S.
