The van showed Oil change required everytime you start it. Also you charged me for 3 gallons of gas for driving the vehicle a total of 8 miles. I would hope the vehicle gets better than 2.7 miles to the gallon.

My experience in trying schedule picking up and dropping off a uhaul online was wildly inconveniencing. When I would schedule a pickup and drop off time the email would confirm the time I selected. But when I go into my account to pick up a truck, the time changes to 15 minutes before the store closed. The time I scheduled to pick up and drop off the truck was always different from what actually showed up on my account. When I went to pick up my truck I had to go through customer support, reschedule and wait until the next morning to pick it up. Then when I went to drop it off at my selected location at the time I selected; which reflected in my email, was different than what showed up in my account. The drop off location was closed and I had no way to drop off a key. So I had to be redirected to another location, which was encumbering. I would not recommend using uhaul to anyone else who is trying to fit a tight schedule.

The truck was great and service inside was quick and easy. The only complaint I have is that when I went to check it back in when I was done because it was after business hours I had to use the online service. I didn't mind doing that but it wouldn't let me check it back in because it kept saying the mileage I put in as the final mileage was lower than what I started with. It wasn't it was 9 miles higher than what I started with. That needs to be fixed. Other than that it was really good.

Misleading information led me to believe that I would not get charged a cleaning fee if I had the vehicle returned clean as I received. it. That isn't the case. They slap that fee along with additional hidden fees automatically to maximize their profits. Beware renting from them.

The price advertised should include insurance since the majority of peoples car insurance doesn't pay for commercial rental & 5 safe drive & environmental fee come on … just be realistic I used the drive for about 2 hrs & on 36 miles and it was $80 DOLLARS SO IT WAS 4x's the price Do better !!!!!

I had a rather bad experience with u-haul. I booked my truck weeks in advance. I went to my pickup location and they didn't have a truck for me. They sent me to another location over 30 miles away only for me to find out they also did not have a truck for me. They sent me to a third location which finally did have a truck. U-haul did give me a much discounted rate, but it was still a big hassle and added hours onto my day of moving. I don't know what's other options are out there, but I can't in good conscience recommend this company

Well i paid for a dolly qnd it wasnt in my truck qnd didnt realize it until i was already far away qnd didnt wanna use more miles. And when i tried to call store i couldnt get to person only robot. So i went on online chat, and still didnt get a refund or anything resolved. I got charged 20 dollars for a dolly i never got.

Absolutely awful experience. I was lied to on numerous occasions. I was sent the wrong drop off location. I was told I would be getting a month free of storage and that my drop off location would be the storage unit. The address I wad sent was to a rural king. Which added 40 minutes to my drive from the detour and when I got to the storage facility they said it was the first they're hearing about me having a unit. The only reason I was able to get one was some just so happen to move out that day and the unit needed cleaned. The storage unit is also a lot smaller than I was told. The GM Austin Hobbs was incredibly unhelpful since he did not answer his phone a single time I called him but was texting the working at the facility to deal with it and that I was blowing up his phone but would never answer. Overall horrible experience all around. I was expecting a larger company to be more organized and not constantly lied to their customers and give them the run around but I was sadly mistaken.

There is no light in our unit, which made it very difficult to see. I had to use my phone's flashlight feature and direct it to the spots where items were being placed. I've never had a unit with no visibility before, and would not recommend or use this facility again because of that.

Well the general manager was very rude and so was the female sales associate. The manager called me after I called customer service to extend my truck rental and they were supposed to extend til the next Monday night and didn't. So the manager calls me and gets rude with me and cussed me and then he hung up on me. The customer service line was no help as I was on the line for 2 hours and talked to 3 different people. I finally asked for whoever was in charge and I was told to call the president of that location and did so. The President was very nice and helpful. I just wish everyone there was as nice as he was. I won't be renting from that location ever again. I do not recommend that location. I also heard from someone later that they had the same problem with the same manager. Personally I don't think a 19 year old has any business being a store manager especially with his temper. He should be demoted or fired after treating multiple people this way. The disrespect was too much. I'm a customer and don't deserve that kind of treatment after I spent every penny I had on the truck and the storage unit. Over $300 and I got treated horribly other than the president. I advise to not go to this store period.

They sent me contracts over the phone, changing my 10000 insurance to none sometime in my 2 and a half years. They changed my door and lock without notification in October. Called me in May to tell me that I was broken in. My professional craftsman tools you can no longer purchase were stolen and I had no insurance. They did not try to resolve the issue. Other property was destroyed as well.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The manager knows my concerns and doesn't seem to care. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had anywhere; my unit was not available as promised and so I had to get a larger more expensive unit to get truck unloaded. Staff was beyond rude, belligerent, and unaccommodating. My plan to prepay a year in advance has turned into looking for another facility who wants my business because I will not give another dime to this location. Even people moving out of the facility said to RUN, not walk from there! Unprofessional and unbelievable - contacted corporate.

I was not given my promotional first month free. Also my key card did not work so I was unable to access my unit except during business hours. Also the property thinks it is okay to change the locks on your unit without notifying you. So just another way to not being able to assess your unit outside normal business hours.

All the staff was friendly and nice but the guy who checked me in was extremely slow at his job and the experience was bad because all the extra info he asked me could have been done online when I booked the reservation and storage unit. I was in a hurry and between this guy doing everything super slow (even typed slow with one finger at a time) and having to provide more information put me behind schedule. Very unprofessional. The other staff members greeted me when I came in with smiles and kindness but this guy was straight faced and slow at his job.

The halls were well lit, however, inside the units were extremely dark. The inside of the unit also had rat/mouse traps which I would have preferred to be informed about head of time.

The ramp to second floor is very steep which can be a bit of a challenge with transporting heavier items with or without a cart. Same with the uneven gap between loading ramp and where back of truck pulls up. Staff was nice and professional. Units and building were clean. Access codes at all areas worked well

My only issue was being on the top floor and having to move things up and back down the steep incline with my stuff. That was just too much for me. If I was younger I probably wouldn't have struggled with it. But since I'm not....this chick struggled! Lol Great staff. No other issues. ¡Gracias!
