Ben provides great service. The location is convenient but they need a buzzer as the yard is behind the building & check in/out is not always manned. For on-line reservations, there needs to be an alert when one location doesn't have the requested trailer, as I was unaware it changed me to another location.Dan H.

Don't take reservations for items that are not available. I rented a truck to move a piano and reserved two furniture dolly. I needed them for that. If I knew they weren't in stock or available I would have gotten the truck elsewhere. The concept of â€œreservationâ€ requires something being reserved. I tried renting a truck at the 61 and Peoria location. I sat for an hour, waiting on the associates to figure out how to rent me a truck. No manager, and associates who all have been there less than a month. In the end they were unsuccessful in getting the truck, even though I reserved it 4 hours prev. And I showed up at the exact time I said I would. His almost caused me to never rent from U-haul again. I tried the next say at the Downtown location, and he got me in a truck in less than 10 minutes. I was very happy with that Thank youClint A.

My truck broke down 1/4 into a 950 mile trip. Roadside assistance said that a new catalytic converter was put on improperly and had to tighten and replace missing bolts. This caused horrible performance and gas mileage. At 320 miles I had already spent nearly $300 in gas. Do not rent trucks without inspecting them properly; particularly for long one-way trips.Raymond M.

It's not the fault of any individual location employees, but there should be accommodations in place for if the truck you rented isn't available when it's time for pick up. It's unacceptable that reservations are made and not honored â€” not to mention the extra gasoline expense involved in renting a larger vehicle. We didn't want it, we didn't need it, and because of poor planning and organization on behalf of Uhaul, we still ended up paying for it.Adelaide G.

I hired a one way rental and changed my pickup location several times. I reserved a stage unit and. hired 3rd party movers on both ends through U-Haul. I only needed a U haul Truck for Trucc Luu. Never did I use any storage unit(s) and I even went into the Uhaul place on 11th & memorial, in Tulsa Ok. Worst customer service ive ever experienced on November 7th 2021. A man named Dedrick and another guy Derrick who probably gave me a fake name were the worst two employees I have ever met. I politely asked to pay my bill after staniding in line for twenty minutes. The response to my question was a scrunched up face made to appease the customers he was helping and then blatantly ignored. It was only after I stated "really youre just going to ignore me" that my question was answered with the most monotone "it will be a minute sir" ive ever heard. I was in the store to make a payment. But after being treated in such a manner I just got all my belongings out. Those two employees cost a customer that had been there for nearly five months. I originally had a unit and needed a bigger one but because of time constraints and the convenience of the location, I ended up renting with your location. Now I've rented a much larger, better unit and I'm working on consolidating the two into one. Here's why I wouldn't recommend your location: small elevator, hard to get in and out of the building with loads, stairs and small weird shaped units. All of those things are because of the building and out of your control and I'm sure you are aware, but that is honestly what I would tell anyone asking about the storage there.
