The rep told me the dolly and the moving pads/blankets were in the truck, got to the location and...they weren't. I had to go to Lowe's, buy a dolly and ten blankets/pads...$152 with tax The rep said the vehicle had a 1/2 tank, it didn't. A little more than a 1/4 of a tank. To meet the contract I had to put extra gas I didn't use back into it. I had to put approximately $12 worth of gas to meet the 1/2 tank. The vehicle had 5.9 miles more than I was told. The truck had a rough idle and it drank gas, when I picked it up it had just over a 1/4 tank in it. I put $49.00 in it to fill it up, drove two miles to my daughter's home and loaded the bed frame, two night stands, dresser and mattress/base. That was it, it was barely 1/2 loaded at a single layer...no boxes, no other furniture and nothing else of any weight. I drove around 129 miles and it drank almost 3/4 of a tank of gas, barely ran over 60mph, idled rough and died twice. I will never rent from U-Haul againSHAWN B.

I will not return to this location. I requested a dolly with the truck. I did not get one. That's fine, we survived without it. However, I am still being charged for the dolly. When I returned the truck, I disagreed with the charges and wanted to dolly charge removed. I returned the truck after hours so I was told through the app that I would hear from someone within 48 hours. It has been a week, I have not heard from anyone and now I have received an email with charges that include the dolly.MELISSA M.

At pickup the woman was very nice and helpful. At return, a different woman was not. My spouse drove the truck around back. I went inside because I didn't know if we needed to do anything else. Waited in line. Woman asked where the truck was- I told her it was around back and asked if I needed to do anything else. She barked at me to "toss the keys in the box. We are closing". There was 30 minutes left until closing time. If you don't want to deal with customers returning equipment at least have a sign up stating the process.Mary W.

The truck battery went dead I wasn't able to complete my job because by the time to wrecker service showed up it was too late! I returned uhaul and got charged! Maybe there should be someway for uhaul to know if they sent a mechanic/wrecker out there should be a complete refund if uhaul us returned! After having to return this truck and being told that it was a 3 day rental instead of the 4 days I was told at my pickup location, I will never use U-Haul to move ever again. Communication problems, so I got charged for an extra day despite being told I had a 4 day rental when I picked up the truck. Mobile drop off was awful. Used the contactless app version to avoid people during Covid / have a faster check out. The wrong truck was assigned to me when I arrived. The app was of no use, so I spoke with an associate inside. She did her best but the app setup prevented her from doing anything quickly. Then, it took 30 minutes for her to extract a truck from the packed lot. I ended up waiting 50 minute past my pick up time. I requested a discount for this poor service but no one ever responded. Shockingly bad.Lauren P.
