As I say all the time This U Haul is the Best I have ever been To. Once The Previous Manger Heather Moved to another Store. I wondered how someone would fill her shoes. Since she did such a Excellent Job. But Jeff has Done it he does A great Job Just like she Did.In the rare occasion there is a issue he Handles it with a smile. Plus I have seem him Do that with other Customers. I have seen them come in all upset over something small. But when they left there were thanking him and happy as can be. This is definitely the U haul for Me.

This rental location did a good job. I had booked a 26 foot truck at the Irondequoit, NY location but when I called the day before they let me know they didn't have one, so they moved my reservation to this Greece location. It was a further drive for me which was not ideal and cost me more money with milage, but the truck worked well and Greece location employees did a great job.

Should have awaited for receipt: Had rental and pad/dolly $10 special. Was charged for two dollys and a dozen pads for $24. Hopefully store will straighten out when I call tomorrow.

Truck had an exhaust leak (cab stunk had to roll down windows), windshield had a huge crack, wipers were shot, no wiper fluid in truck.

The first vehicle that they provided had a broken seat. The next vehicle had major steering issues. Fortunately, it was a local move, so I was able to fight through it. The counter staff were excellent. The equipment needs some major work.

We used this location years ago, filled the truck back to where it started and were assessed a fuel charge. Since, we have been using another U Haul location (we rent trucks twice annually for work) and have had zero issues. We returned to this location - because it is more convenient - and were AGAIN assessed a $30 fuel charge. It's nonsense - we put gas in the truck. The fuel gauges float - like they move when the truck is moving. I can say with great certainty that this $30 charge cost you our business.

I used the mobile app because I was picking up and dropping off the truck outside of business hours. The box had numerous areas of damage on the outside. The oil light was on the entire time. The cab of the truck was very clean. The process of renting the truck was very easy with clear, step by step instructions. I would, however, make the process of reporting damage with photos clearer, and allow the renter to upload pics of damage instead of ‘accepting’ yours-yours are shot from too far a distance to actually see any damage you’re alluding to. I had to call customer service once when I was picking up the truck and once when I dropped it off; both times the rep was very nice. Overall though it was a great experience.

The worker was very pleasant and helpful all while being what looked like working by his self and having 3 customers at a time while picking up and dropping off but was handling it all fantastically. He definitely is an asset for your company and because of that I will go back to this store as long as he is there.

The rental was fine. But your payment website is horrible. No matter when you log in to make payment, it states “Amount Due = $0.00” when I first saw this I assumed the first month was free.

Lock outside was broken, couldnt secure my belongings. I had to back it all the way up in my driveway to hopefully prevent someone from stealing anything Windshield wipers were terribly old and scratch on window and didnt clean it off to see. The inside of the truck was not messy with trash just dirty.

I had a great experience renting a u-haul from this location. The staff who helped me, were friendly and made the process easy. The only thing that was challenging was finding a place to park my car so that I could go inside the building to obtain the u-haul keys.

You need to make sure the dog/cat hair is vacuumed out of the seats. My wife is allergic to cats, and she was feeling stuffy on the drive, other than that we are very pleased with the Long Pond Location.

The pick up truck I drove had the "oil change necessary" light on from the moment I first started it... I wouldn't drive my car that way... The young man who checked me in was obviously ill. I understand he probably had to work, perhaps had no sick time (grrr) or perhaps thought he was helping the other young man- it appeared to have been a busy day. However, he did not do a good job signing me in. He elected to change the base rate on my rental, ostensibly to save me money but I was surprised by the bill at the end of the day. I drove far enough that to him it appeared a better deal to charge me $79 a day plus mileage after 100miles but I would have liked to have been part of that decision. That said the other young man working this day was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I moved out almost 2 weeks ago and the employee who was working never completed my “move out” in the system. This caused for my credit card to be charged another $130 although I had already relocated.
