We have used this facility twice and have been very happy with it both times. I have recommended it to several friends and family!

The gentleman that helped me didn’t explain the accessing hours kr anything. He also told me there would be a lock inside the unit but there wasn’t. He didn’t offer a receipt for my transaction. He asked me for a four digit code but never told me what it was for. Didn’t explain how I need to make my monthly payments for the storage unit.

Overall a great experience!!

Going through the process to rent was easy. However, it kept mentioning a map to find where to park, but there wasn’t one. And they tried attaching it to the email but the link was broken. Thankfully someone was there and was able to direct me where to go. Once we figured out that part, it was smooth from there. Super thankful for such a clean facility to trust housing my items.

The only problem is the price it says 19.95 and it turn into 109.00 and used it 6 1/2 hours

Yall took away the stress of moving from state to another. I just wish the truck pick up and drop off was the same place as the storage room.

they read the mileage wrong and charged me for miles I did not put on the truck. I called the local number but ended up with a call center who said they would contact the ihaul office and then call me back. Typical of course they did not call backwards

I used the on line Application, it worked great, I arrived, was attended to immediately, was hooked up including lights, on the road in approx. 15 min. could not be more pleased.

My start to my rental left me very displeased, but when I dropped off the truck I can honestly say that ERIC (I hope I spelled your name right) was they type of young man that more Uhaul's need to have!! His customer service was impeccable and he made my unfriendly and not good experience end on a high note!!! Eric you deserve a raise and some kind words from your boss. I hope you rub off on others that work at your facility.

The young man at the desk that helped us was extremely rude. Each time I would ask a question, he would ignore me. The vehicle, while clean, smelled like a chain smoker had smoked inside and I had to drive with the windows down. The young man who processed the vehicle upon return was pleasant, but he seemed more like the exception than the norm when it came to customer service at this location.

Trust the customer when the have an appointment and are running a little bit late to NOT send them a text after only 15 minutes that their reservation would be canceled in 30 minutes.

Ordered largest trailer with ramp 2 weeks or more early. Went to pick it up and was told none available. Said the one he had in the yard needed work on it! Offered one w/o ramp I told him I was 73 years old physical problems and needed the ramp! He told me I could drive to northern & 303 4-5 miles away and get one! I said I needed the trailer now! I took the one w/o the ramp! While being hooked up I saw 2 trailers with ramps and took photos! The man who hooked it up said he didn't know anything about them. The next morning I returned the trailer and told the manager it was difficult for me because I didn't have a ramp! Attitude was he offered a solution! I said I knew he had two of them on the lot and he denied it! I said I have photos of both! When he disconnected the trailer there was 3 sitting in the yard! Again all three were the largest trailers with ramps! Not a happy camper may be my last rental of U-haul equipment!

The only issues I had was with the access cards. No matter which card was used and were it was swiped to disarm the alarm it failed to do so. every time the unit was opened the alarm would sound. Other then that the staff were outstanding and very helpful in every matter.

Manager manny García was extremely rude. He was not helpful and did not treat me with respect at all. I would never recommend this location to any other customer.

Still the best location I've ever been to!

The person checking me in didn't seem to know what to do. The lights on the second floor wouldn't go on for several minutes. We had to work in the dark until we were almost finished, then the lights came on. I liked the way everything was neat and there were signs to answer most of my questions. I like the nice push carts we can use and the place to put items we no longer want.

My comments are nothing to improve! Manny and his team went out of their way to go above and beyond! I needed a trailer on the spot without a reservation and they made it happen. I was having difficulty getting a piece of complex equipment loaded and Manny came up with just the perfect plan! His team is exactly what U-Haul should reward and promote. Thank you, Mack

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I went there to rent a truck and move out of my storage unit and they got me a good deal on the truck. I returned the truck to a different location and forgot to confirm that I was not needed the storage unit anymore but Manny took care of it and sent me an email.

First person I worked with was no help and seemed uninterested in my business. I talked to a different person one hour later and he was great. During my visit I worked with 4 oeoplr. 3 were great, one was horrible

The cashier recommended that I change my return site and recommended a place "closer" to where I lived. It was approximately 15 minutes from where I moved after all. I passed three other Uhaul return sites on the way. It was frustrating. I should have stuck with my original choice.

Very helpful

I delivered the trailer on Sunday 1-17 around 2:30 pm and the young man who assisted was terrific. I had tried to call to see if someone would be there because I knew I would never be able to lift the trailer off the ball by myself. Of course, I never got an answer on your phone line, so I finally drove there on a chance that someone would be there.

All great just wish renting a truck for 2 hours was more affordable or an option for less than 4 hours.

After all the paper work was all done no one wanted to hook up the auto transport trailer to my truck the guy in the front counter ask 3 different associates to hook up the trailer and they just kept telling each other you go no you go until I made a comment to speak with a manager then the front counter guy said no need for that I'll do it they were just standing on there cell phones when they hook up the trailer chains were missing tires where crack and worn out I will never go back

We had a leak in our unit that ruined property, and because of the customer service being so poor we didn't even bother to try to get it rectified. The customer service is lacking. Upon visits just being in line to get help, I've seen a grumpy bearded manager with attitude towards customers and sarcasm and seems to hate his job. A smile or positive attitude goes a long way when having issues with a truck, or unit, or payment issues. We rented a truck went through the whole process to find out it did not even have gasoline before driving out, which means they probably didn't inspect anything else, tires or damage etc..We had to re-register a different truck and go through the app., etc, etc, after waiting in line again. When returning the truck we were not informed of having to return the truck to that exact location as there are many U-haul locations much closer to where we were moving. We had so many bad experiences with a lack of communication or just plain attitude in the years we rented. We spoke with a person about how our card we swipe to un-lock the alarm doesn't work and were told to come into the store to swipe which is very inconvenient at this location, instead of fixing the problem, so we could swipe closer to the unit we rented. One last issue we had was we rented a few years and had trouble making a payment one time, "One time," and when calling to a customer service rep we were told of a one time pass, or delay in payment for one month. We tried contacting the manager multiple times and left messages that were never returned, only to find out that the next CSR representative we spoke with said that was incorrect based on our payment method type. At that point we were also charged late fees for the improper communication of the first CSR respresentative that supposedly put notes on our account about what we were initially told. Overall, I would never use U-haul again or recommend any of there services. We now rent a unit with another company

I always have a positive experience with the people at this Uhaul location.

The folks took very great care of me. I was having a very frustrating moving experience and they accommodated me very well with my rental needs.

I had an outside storage and this was my FIRST and LAST experience with having an outside storage. I was told it’s just like having a garage. But little did I know that most of my stuff was ruined due to the debris. I don’t think there was ever a spray for pest because my storage was infested with spiders and pests. When we asked staff and management about it, they said there is nothing that they can do. And they never answered weather there was a quarterly spray for pests. Overall, this specific location is really busy and I’m sure business takes more presidente than service itself.

The truck smelled so bad of cigarettes smoke. It was hard to drive the truck around. Hopefully uhaul can get the truck clean and smelling good.

Daniel at the Front Counter was polite, as were his co-workers in the same area. Daniel, however, went above & beyond to ensure that everything was ready for my pick-up. He should be recognized!

I'd like to know how the company is working against COVID, I've rented two trucks within the month of December and both were not very clean.

Driver side door was difficult to close.

Truck was old & smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked for a different truck, same issue. Young boys working were very smug with no social skills.

The location that we requested for this rental didn't have the 26ft truck that we reserved, forcing us to drive out of our way to pickup the truck.

Great experience! I had been trying to reserve a truck from CA to AZ for over a month with no success . Round trip was the answer as I was bringing items from CA to my home in AZ. The truck ran smoothly and I would definitely recommend Uhaul! Look into round trip if it will work for you! Very satisfied customer here!

Make sure the inside of the UHaul up front is clean.

Manny, helped me by phone. He was very polite and took my information and got me set up. On arrival the young man was polite and gave me a map. he told me if there was anything I needed just to let him know. Everything was nice and clean. The whole staff was very friendly!

the person i met on 10/23/20 at 1 pm was rude and very unhelpful. so i went to another uhaul place and spend my money and got a storage unit. as long as he is working their I will never return.

Staff was not pleasant and appeared unhappy and nonattentive our first move in day. It took several minutes to be helped and when we were helped it was not the nice customer service I would have expected on a first time experience. Check in was not explained well and my husband was hollered at (to come to the key pad) from the man at the dock when he did not check in on the key pad prior to opening our unit. I expressed my concerns in an email. After a few attempts to return a call back to management with phone number provided, I was rerouted several times to the Sales line. My husband attempted twice to speak directly to the manager and waited in line for over 30min each time so he had to walk out. Overall it turned out okay as well did not have to go back into the office and have any future encounters with staff after the initial check in process (until out move out yesterday). The man who tended to my husband yesterday was a new man and he was professional and pleasant. As for the appearance of the storage facility it was nice overall. When we moved in we had a complimentary discus lock on the floor of our unit which was a pleasant surprise. It was nice but we did have a black widow spider we found on our first day we moved in that my husband killed. He also took bug spray to kill any other bugs in the unit that would possibly get into our belongings.This was our first storage experience and were unaware of the dusty dirt that got on all of our belongings but I'm sure that's to be expected as well as we are in the desert. This storage facility was convenient and only 10 minutes from our new home. We like the convenience of the drive up unit, and that it was an open storage (not gated) and convenient access hours 5am to 10pm.

My only issue was the high increases on the storage unit. It did not get any bigger, so why such a large increase?

Reserved 2 units. 10x10 and a 10x15 on 8/31. Went in 2 weeks later and they gave them to someone else. Offered me a 5x10 since that’s all they had.

I was very happy with the service at this u-haul . I also had to rent a truck to move at the last min when my movers didn;t show up and we had to move our selves . I would recommend this u-haul and I would go back again if I need there facility. The staff was always very nice and helpful .

Great service ! Clean and secure facility. We had rented a car trailer for our move from CA to AZ. We didn't know we were eligible for 1 month free for the smallest unit, it was a nice surprise and it was more than enough for everything.

My only complaint is that the a/c didn’t work in our section of the building for the last week or so. They did get it repaired, but we did note that the cooling temperature was about 10 degrees higher than the signage said it would be.

The elevator got stuck, wouldn't open, but the manager and staff were very accommodating by allowing us to keep our belongings in the truck until the elevator was fixed. Even gave us a couple more days of rent free storage.

The only complaint I have is there was a huge pile of ants and numerous beetles right outside my storage unit. After numerous calls to the facility and almost 3 months later...it still wasn’t taken care of. We removed our items after discovering the pests were getting inside the unit as well.

They were really good never had any issues with them. The staff was very friendly. And they always asked if there was anything we ever need just to let them know.

The gentleman working in the office were very helpful and after a long one way trip from NY, I imagine I was a bit irritable and a bit in a rush to just get it over with. They remained patient, worked with me and explained everything step by step. I was given choices on the type of unit I wanted and in the end found a great one that made unloading incredibly convenient. While the trip had its difficulties, this portion of it could not have gone any better. Thank you to the two gentlemen that assisted me. I will absolutely be using this specific facility again in the future.

We enjoyed having our things stored at this facility. Moving things was so easy we like that they provide the carts and we were able to back our truck up to the dock. We had a storage unit for four years, and never had any issues whatsoever. It was very easy and convenient to access our unit, at any time if we so chose to do so. Very clean and organized, and climate controlled which was very important to us. I would recommend this U-Haul to anyone looking to store items, and if you need to control the heat, I highly recommend a climate controlled unit. It is worth the extra money a month, because the heat here in AZ is brutal.

Access card had problems. Electronics can be a pain.

Manny is running a good team here. Everyone is helpful. Storage area was well maintained and always clean.

I really enjoy using U-Haul

The manager Manny was great and his team who helps run the facility even more so. Curb appeal is great as well as the cleanliness of the entire property. Although I did witness on several occasions a female employee out moving trailers around with the dolly type equipment while doing it watching videos on her phone the entire time. Maybe time to out away your personal cell phone and be more aware of what you are doing and the trucks/vehicles pulling in and out of there. The reason I moved out because after having my stuff there for a year this last month was a bit rough after my dad passed away while I was taking care of him and could not even get help with waiving a late fee. Left a bad taste and moved my stuff.

We had a storage unit for one year while we got settled in AZ and looked for a new home. Uhaul Goodyear on Citrus is sparkling clean, top to bottom, at all times. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The security features are top-notch. Online booking and auto-pay are very convenient. I would use them again, no question.

Easy transaction all around and professional employees. Over a year rental.

I was supposed to be put on autopay which didn’t happen. I then received collection notices. It was impossible trying to talk with someone on the phone: they use a call center for their billing.

All was handled well by the staff. The unit was clean & adequate.

Had to wait a little bit before receiving service but once I was helped by Trevor Valencia everything was excellent. He showed me to the unit and Made sure I understood how the payments worked. Thanks

Great service! We arranged 4 our units long distance. Due 2 availability we had 2 reserve multiple units. Upon arrival,we asked if any bigger units had become available:yes & they chnged it no prob!

U-haul employees were great. A customer blocked the driveway a long time and made rude gestures to me. You shouldn’t have mad violent people like that driving your trucks. It’s a road rage liability.

The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the units. I had a 1 bedroom apt with no furniture and had to rent a 2 bedroom unit and hire someone to stack boxes or stand on a ladder and do it myself.

The truck rental was easy. I transported 2 U-boxes, the first box the employee did not check the lights on the trailer, The lights were not working.

Facility is very new and very clean. I like the layout and security. All the personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. Much better experience than I have had with Extra Space in the last 20 years.

Need better communation on how your promotion works for free storeage. I had employees tell me two different versions. Manager of faculty would not return calll back.

The entire rental experience was thorough, the personnel polite and respectful, and the storage unit and the entire facility was clean and inviting.

We never had any complaints. It is always spotless and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is there isn’t a easily accessible trash bin and dumpster you can pay to use is never available for use.

I was very sad that i had to throw my king size mattress as well as my son's mattress away due to having urine and pets blackpallets on them being in the storage unit. Bags of blanket were distorted.

No problems. Frontline employees and the general manager at the site were always personable. Customer service was great, even if busy with another customer, you always got a greeting. Says a lot!

poor business decision to not pro rate the storage usage. People close on new homes at unexpected days and need to move out. We would have had to pay the full rate for 1 day of use
