This company seems to only care about draining as much money out of it’s customers as possible with no regards to it’s customer service. I will not be using them again and will discourage my friends and family from using them as well.

I put in my reservation online indicating that I'd take the trailer and drop it off in forest grove; when I arrived, I was stunned to learn that there were no one-way trailers available, and that even if there were, they would be at more than 3 times the cost of returning it back in Eugene. I spent an extra 4 hours on the road returning the trailer to Eugene because of the online system setting me up wrong. I had no alternative, requiring the trailer at that point on that day-- in spite of the fact that I did plan ahead and make my exact requests known.

Unprofessional and an inconvenience to his time as a customer service representative. Staff I dealt with did not disclose info to me about towing until after I signed so they would not have to deal with liability. He also answered a questioned about mileage as a “no” but when I returned the truck I had to pay for that as well.

Trouble with getting right hitch for my 2019 Yaris. The one first appointment, the hitch was not there because assistant book install for rose burg. The second appointment it was discovered that hitch would not fit that was listed. Third appointment hitch worked but surprised that cost was $60 more for hitch that worked. Did not tell me until checkout. Hitch looks good and fits but problem with price and scheduling

If you use this facility your service will be great as long as you don’t deal with Laura. She is supposed to be some kind of regional manager and her customer service skills are terrible! She was very rude to me and I refused to work with her!! If I would have had to I would have went somewhere else. Thankfully I dealt with two gentlemen that were very nice.

I went to the place where I made the reservation. Told me it was at another location. Second location told me it WAS at the first location and sent me to a THIRD location where I had to wait 45 mins. I walked out to the truck alone and realized they gave me a 15’ truck when I reserved a 10’ truck. Too tired at that point to change it and just went on my way. No furniture pads as I had requested.

Your Manager on Duty is a Bully and should not be in this position ! I would like to do a formal complaint about this Manager and be contacted about my experience dropping off my uhaul trailer. The manager yelled at me that they had no room for return of this item and I needed to take it across town. I told him sir my paper work states it right here to return it to your location. When I showed him the paper work he became angry and I told him I will not take this across town . That I just got back from a 6 hour drive with this trailer . I asked to speak to a manger ! And he yelled at me and said what ! You can’t read! He then pulled his shirt out to me with it saying manager on it! I was like wow this guy has a temper! I would appreciate a phone call from your cooperate office on how to get a hold of the owner of this business. The manger in Eugene Oregon off Franklin BLVD has no people skills and is a bully and should not represent your company for uhaul . Sincerely . David Bando 541-913-8329

Jackie Chin is rude and confrontational. When asked a question she put off a don't bug me vibe, like she doesn't like her job. We witnessed her witg other customers with the same poor attitude.

This location is challenging to access. Customer service was fine however the trailer I rented was the double axle utility and far too heavy to not have a Jack to lift it. I was stuck after hours unable to unhitch the trailer and ultimately had to call someone to help me. It took both of us to get it unhitched.

One side of the tailgate on the trailer doesn't latch properly. It still latched on one side so still usable but probably a good idea to have a fully functional trailer. Also, I thought it was pretty silly I had to buy a 1 1/4 in hitch for 30+ dollars to be able to use my car to tow the trailer. I was forced to purchase from you guys because you didn't offer rentals of that type. In addition, the hitch set up cost me more than I would have paid to just rent a truck from you guys for a couple hours. Pretty silly pricing and I feel like you guys could have done a better job to either offer a hitch rental or find an alternative solution that wouldn't cost me so much money. I was supposed to only pay $15 but ended up paying upwards of $45. Way to expensive and will probably take my business elsewhere next time.

I have rented equipment from this location atleaset three times and it has always been an excellent experience. The trailer I reserved was not available when I arrived. The trailer was several hours overdue for return by previous renter. Although that was not the fault of UHaul, none had called the previous renter to determine an estimated return until I arrived. Upon calling, uhaul discovered it wouldnt be returned until the next day. Had uhaul made the call sooner, they could have called me to let me know and make other arrangements. Instead, I had stopped finishing a fresh concrete pour to meet my reservation obligation. Uhaul did offer a like sized trailer with ramp but I was unable to take advantage of that since it would reduce my allowed load limit. No other offers nor apologies were offered. What happened to uhauls reservation guarantee?!

They could start by actually maintaining the box trucks. The brakes were extremely bad and squeaking every bit of the way. There is over an inch and a half of play in the steering wheel. I could turn the wheel with no response, as you hit the brakes the entire box truck pulled to one side and shook like crazy. The transmission finally shifted after it stayed at 6k RPM, for those who don’t know those trucks max out at 6k so that transmission almost blew up on me not to mention it sounded very low on fluids.

Go back to having tanks full. It was a hassle and it cost us when we were not reimbursed for the extra fuel in tank above the 1/4 tank mark. When we had to return with full tank the we paid for exactly what we used.

made reservation for 7:am pickup and after paper work I picked up trailer at approximately 8:15 am. Because of my one hour delay they stated I must return trailer by 7:am the next day or be charged a late fee. Because of this I kept for 24 hours rather then return trailer after my 3 hour use therefor stopping them from possibly getting another rental.I believe this is a dumb business practice .

The fuel system is the worst. Why is it so hard to rent a truck with a full tank of gas! This BS of having to return it at 5/8 full is idiotic. You charge for fuel when it's not at the starting point. Start it at FULL and make that the norm!

I had a storage unit here and rented a U-Haul 10' truck to get my stuff out and move into my new apartment. Every time I have been in there and had contact with an employee, they were fast, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes they went out of their way to help before I could ask.
