Im a business owner my client demands are more important than the return time of your vehicle. If my client give me more work than i expected and i call and say im keeping the truck that should never be a problem yet it has been on multiple occasions. Oh and the last guy to lazy to type down an email address on his phone and email the invoice to a 2nd email well lets just say after 20 years of customer service is just fucking lazy and unacceptable.

The Trailer was not broom Swept upon arrival to pick up my Furniture, I had to broom sweep it myself before i could transport my furniture, upon the return i did let the customer representative know that it should not have been rented that way.

I have always Rented from this location.. they young ladies are always pleasant and helpful. I don't usually go online to reserve a truck this past Saturday I went to the office there was a young man , he was pleasant n said that there went any trucks available, I went out to my car n reserved a truck online it took about 5 min .. I ask him how that would be possible n he said must have been a cancelation ! Anyway the truck he gave me was old, the tire n hitch sensor was broken n continued to turn on during the entire move this truck was old and should not be out for rental .. was very disappointed..

Hello. We do not agree with the Fuel Charge. The truck was parked on a hill. Once we started traveling, the gas gauge indicated below 3/4. We traveled a total of 23 miles and put ($5) 1.7 gallons back in the truck. We were then charged another $7.22 fuel charge for another 3 gallons. It your trucks require nearly 5 gallons of gas to travel 23 miles, then your trucks are not efficient. Please respond with an explanation. Please note that the service was fine and the attendants were polite. This location seemed professional. The fuel charge is our only complaint.

This location looks like an unmanaged office. Even I returned the truck at last Friday, they sent me a equipment damage report next day. I'm not sure that damage was made by me. Hope this location get better and easy to pull out a truck.

This was my first time renting a Uhaul Truck. The process to reserve and return the vehicle was painless. The representatives at this Germantown location were very professional and seasoned in explaining how the process work. I used the truck for shy of 4 hours with no hiccups. The truck was clean and well maintained. The representatives at this location continues to make customers feel valuable. Outstanding staff!

I really love the convenience of renting with U haul and I love this location. My concern was with the amount of money I paid for gas going 9 miles. I drove to my home (19074 Highstream Dr Germantown MD) and to the storage unit (EZ Storage12211 Middlebrook Road, Germantown, MD 20874) and according to the records, I burned a quarter of a tank of gas and had to pay $12.00. Not to mention I put $5 in prior to returning. That's not even correct according to the national average.

The customer service is not worth renting a truck at this the location. I dealt with with a rude heavy set black woman who was not professional or considerate. How is it that you business depends on customer but you treat them as an inconvenience.

Review your cameras before you charge a customer for the return time. I returned my trailer about 4:45pm and my receipt indicated that I returned it at 8:45pm and was charged after hours service charge. Can you please credit back my overcharged amount and always review your cameras before you process a payment. Gracias

Keep receipts consistent with original price, and not overcharge; reimburse or compensate customers when vehicles are returned fueled above amount in which it was received; or compensate if there's any overage on mileage. Instead of charging customers for minimal overage of mileage. I paid over $30 to fuel to a full tank, then received additional mileage charges of $18. An additional $48 Uhaul pockets at customers expense, rather than meeting in the middle!

Was charged double although I only had truck for less than 24 hours. When ask to extend over the original guesstimate of time it told me it would show me if there would be additional charges for extending. It didn't say there would be but was charged double.

As a business owner i expect that if i use a company to solve my problems i expect that no problems will arrise. I showed up to pick up the truck and supplies i reserved and was informed that THE Furniture dollies i had ordered were out of stock. 2x I literally could not complete the job i agreed todo for my client without them. I was also told by the guy who runs the desk that im only guaranteed the truck reservation and that the dollies have been out of stock and he had no solution for me. I get that hes doing his job informing me. But that doesnt solve the fact that had to scramble and solve this major problem throwing off my entire timeline for my client. In the future... do not cuase my business to have to rely on home depot for a solution. I hear they rent trucks too! Im come to your business to solve my problems not create them. If you cannot provide me a solution tell me ahead of time so i can be prepared, not at the last minute!

I dropped off the van last night .now I was having issues trying to use the link to return my van I dropped off the van at 8pm you still charge me $20 for not using the link is unfair and a ripoff I will report this to the Montgomery county Business Beauru,what if you lost your phn and didn't have one but returned the van on time .I am getting charged so high for miles which don't make sense.I think I am being over charged at this location..The representative who is a Male,has no empathy ,he has a terrible customer service experience and he needs to be coached on handling customer service issues.

Don't just drive the truck up and run off before I get a chance to see if it's clean so I can make sure you note if it was not clean at pick up so I don't have to worry I'll get in trouble for bringing it back with the previous renter's dirt still inside of it.
