Hard to find. Not marked very well. Was charged 86 cents for a 2 mile overage. No question we were over the miles, but Ridiculous!

I returned trailer an Hour early. The attendant was no where to be found. I waited 30 minutes and then called u haul main number and complained no was there to return trailer I left Trailer in parking lot. Attendant waited till 2 hours to do return paper work check in so that he could charge for extra day This u haul location is very dishonest. Be very careful if you have to use this location. They are NOT HONEST NOR PROFESSIONAL. YOU CAN NOT EVEN GET A PERSON TO ANSWER PHONE IF YOU CALL THE GERMANTOWN LOCATION ON WATERS RD THEY SHOULD NOT BE REPRESENTING U HAUL THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH U HAUL

Pros: Very friendly and prompt employees. Truck was clean and ran great. Cons: Should have been informed about damage disclosure, instead of only receiving it as a text message after leaving with the truck. Similarly, I should have been handed a receipt upon returning the truck during business hours, instead of only receiving it via email.

Not a good experience at the billing, because I supposed to return my truck at 4pm the next day and I have returned the same day of pick up (like you do when you rent a car and they do not charge you for that ) and they charged a $20.00 extra fee because it was after hours, SO BE CAREFUL!!!!. Tengan cuidado en la parte donde dice que te cobraran $20.00 adicional por entregar la truca despues de tiempo; eso quiere decir que aunque tengan el servicio de dejar la llave aunque la oficina este cerrada no importa que sea el mismo dia que lo recogiste te cobraran los $20.00. A menos que lo hagas por internet el proceso de entrega. Cosas que no te explican!!

The right rear lights on the trailer were not functional on the trailer I received. There was not another trailer available. My overall experience with U-Haul was definitely not a posistive experience.

I rented a car trailer around noon and dropped it back off around 3:30pm the same day. I informed the emplyees inside that the trailer was back in the spot where I picked it up from and was informed they needed nothing from me. Yet the following day, I was charged an after hours service charge.

Downloaded the AP for after ours drop off. The AP would not work at UHAUL location and had to walk away to get service. Key was stuck in ignition and could not be removed. Arrived at the UHaul location by 9:30 P.M. and it is a very dark area with limited lighting. Called roadside assistance and it was going to take a long while, so called a friend that had a hard time removing the key. Once he got the key out I decided not to do the afterhours and returned at 7:00A.M. the next morning to let them know what happened.

For IN-TOWN moves only, I would like to see you offer one price that INCLUDES mileage... even if that means you need to bump the price up to $25 vs $19.99.

The storage wasn’t very organized as there are parked trailers everywhere and office location and bathroom weren’t clear
