Fuel charges that were added after the tank was filled! 60$ furniture pads charge instead of $30 and after hour charge to drop the truck for an extra $20 dollars? were this over extra $60 came from I am not sure this is stealing in broad day light!!!

Representative did not know how to properly attach the trailer. Several safety hazards were identified and had to be corrected by myself. I would NOT trust him to safely attach a trailer to a customers vehicle. It is a hazard to the safety of the driver and others on the road.
I'm not happy. No one paid attention to the mileage out and gas level I submitted through the link. The gas was 1/4 when I took the vehicle and 1/2 when I returned it and mileage out was 12169.1 not 12167.0. There is no adjustment made. Why was the front attendant told me to take a photo of dashboard and submit it if inaccuracy are found?
Terrible.. Rude and disrespectful. Also trying to rip of me. Double charge money.
worst customer service. I used U haul once but daily I am getting emails with receipts for different customers. I called and inform the customer service many times but no use.

That is a very steep location and better snow removal and ice prevention would help. I didn't have any issues.
Personnel were very friendly and helpful. They immediately attached the trailer to my hitch; then quickly removed it when I returned two days later. Definitely recommend this uhaul location.
For the life of me I cannot understand why it would take 5 days to finalize my bill. There was 5 different charges to my card before the final bill! What kind of billing system to you have, a customer would like to know and expect to know what is coming out of his/her account long before 5 days, people do have a budget to keep and not wonder just how much they have to pay, and why so many charges to my account over 5 days???
Inside of truck had storing cigarette stink and it was greasy and dirty.
Have used them twice and both experiences were excellent! Will keep using them when I need to move a considerable amount of items.
Bad Customer Service at Desk. Very rude.
I rented the trailed at 9:30am and returned it by 4pm to the same parking spot and the same location the same day, but was charged for having it 3 days. I'd prefer not to purchase a trailer, but the reality is the service your provide is slow and dishonest. I was ripped off and plan to let let others know via social media.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. There was no communication about the hold that would have been put. The truck was dirty and did not come with what I paid for. This is the first and the last time I'll ever come to this U-Haul
Truck visor was broken You had to jiggle the key to start the vehicle which I was not aware of went back in and was inform by the attendant who was not very friendly.

I dropped off at night after hours, so didn't interact with the staff at all. But the drop off process was very streamlined.
The Uhaul movers were an hour late which pushed back my timeline. I was 40 minutes late returning the truck but Uhaul did not give me a grace period - they charged me an extra $40 for an additional day. This was not the greatest moving experience from start to end.

Impossible to reach by phone!! I chose mobile pickup to avoid going in to the facility, but was told you have to go in to pick up the key. Not a big deal? It is when I sat outside and watched 3 employees walk around the facility at the same time with no masks. Disturbing and, in my state and county, illegal

Quick, clean and user friendly.
The U Haul staff was always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the lines were long but I believe they were trying to provide the best service to the customers. The storage facility was clean and spotless and carts were readily available. The area where people would leave their no-longer wanted items was promptly cleared out whether by U Haul staff or folks' new treasure. This U Haul facility is a pleasant place to store your items. Just be sure to swipe your card before opening your storage space to prevent the alarm from going off.
Please never use the service at this location. They made me very disappointed me. they didn't fulfil the promise what they said. they gave me very bitter experience. The lady it store had rude behavior and rude customer service. I don't recommend this store.
I clearly declined the insurance in the truck. However when I received my final bill they had charged 24.95 I have sent a ck plain to refund the money
It would be difficult to improve on this U-Haul store because it ran like a clock; especially with people like Natalie and, Jonathan Flores, General Manager, taking care of customers like me!
Natalie was fantastic to work with in every aspect of my turning in of a trailer rented in another State, and rental of an inside storage unit. Jonathan Flores, the General Manager, was very cooperative and agreed to my requests which I presented to Natalie.
Only one person at the counter for over a dozen waiting Customers. After 45 minutes in line, a person walks in, goes to the counter and flashes his phone and commands attention. AND GET's IT!! I waited in line for an hour and it took another hour before I got the Car Dolly I was there to get. I had to do all the hook up work myself. I got NO help from anyone inside.
Once i was charged for one year in Advance,ended up over drawing my Account. The pricing was right at the Start, but kept on increasing the monthly rent from $89.00 to $109.00 that's the reason i Pulled Off.
My issues was the constant raise in prices.

I requested a refund of a late fee in July. The location manager apparently issued a VIP certificate that I never learned about. I followed up with him 3 or 4 times without a response. He still hasn’t responded to me. I had to email service@uhaul.com to get it credited to my account. Lastly, I was told by an employee staffing the office front desk that we had to access our storage units during office hours even though the posted access hours are outside office hours! Had they posted that information somewhere, that would have saved me a late night trip to the facility when I couldn’t access my unit!
Terrible customer service. The Hispanics (the 2 Southamerican-probably Bolivians) working outside are rude and unhelpful. The lady who closed the account also rude.
Dexter, the front desk person was extremely helpful,He helped us find a unit that suited our needs, He took.his time to explain everything to us and how storage facilities worked.In addition, there were plenty of carts of different sizes to move the things to store. The unit was clean and ready to use. A tiring job made much easier.

24 hour Access was suspended
While I’m happy with the service , I’m very disappointed that on my move in a employee car was blocking my unit , I went inside and wait 20 minutes to let someone know about it , later that day in the afternoon I came back and again a different car was there , and today Sunday 06/28 at 11:30 am I came back again and it’s blocked , I can’t be going to ask someone to move their car all the time I visit my unit , and I see plenty of parking space available , why ? Next time I won’t notify and if I damage a car I won’t take responsibility , please respect that no everyone has the time to wait until move their cars . Very bad if this is continue I will have to find another place to store my stuff .
We had used UHAUL to store some items from our home temporarily while we had our house on the market. The 1st storage unit we had was at the back of the building and had a water leak. Thankfully, I had stuff in rubber tubs and nothing was damaged. However, UHAUL did not seem to care. I asked for a different unit and there were none available, so I suggested a larger unit for the same rate. The check in process and dealing with people working there is extremely SLOW. If you plan to go into the office, be prepared to wait or be in there for at least 30 minutes until you speak to someone. I would not use this facility again or recommend that anyone else does.

Every little issue was patiently and kindly resolved by personnel. We've rented 3 different trucks and air-conditioned storage unit. All were very clean and looked as brand new. Great experience!

Your staff was very cold except for one gentleman who showed us some friendliness, he seemed to be the boss older gentleman with a beard he told me his name and I forgot it
Very Expensive. I had a unit for over 2 years & the price increased like every 6 months. Some of the staff was very helpful, others weren't. Customer service could've been a little better.

A very well-designed and well-managed storage facility.
Moving around the facility can be quite difficult when the trucks are parked ready to go and your trying to get into your unit outside. It creates a bottleneck that limits movement throughout

Significant rodent damage to lots of items in our unit. Upon moving out we found a dead mouse. The staff was incredibly helpful & friendly.
Water accessed my storage unit after a rainy day. Instead of another unit, I was offered pallets. Instead of an apology, they said "just file a claim, our insurance will pay for it" So, I hope they do
Staff is great however I rented a storage unit for about 3 weeks and when I went to return the unit I thought I would get partial $ back.
