Kim, I think the manager's name is, she was always excellent. Had some issures generated by my bank on the monthly auto pay. She was patient and helpful. She is always there and runs a good ship.

Staff offered to align opening for door lock when they saw us struggling with trying to get lock to work. Actually put a new mechanism on gave ahdn had a key wainting for us when we returned.. Both Jerry and the young woman (sorry I don't have new name) were very helpful and professional. It was a pleasure working with everyone. S. Pearson

All staff were nice and helpful. Had my belongings here for a year and never had any issues. Nice clean facility with nice employees.

Overall nice. Plenty of cart to help move. Mattress carts are too narrow to move deep mattresses. Need trash cans around entrance. No trash cans was actually really annoying, I would travel to the storage from many miles away and often had drink or food containers to dispose of. Also packaging debris. Climate control could have a narrower range as well. The elevator is slow and if someone is loading it up and be delayed for some time. Need alterations to get down/up from lower levels, like usable stairs.

The original truck that left Otto, NC , had no steering fluid or Transmission fluid in it.. called U-haul and the mechanic said there was nothing wrong with the truck. Only to find that when we got to Fredericksburg , VA that the truck was on the decommission list... Made several payments over the phone with Fredericksburg, VA only to find out later that the payment was never made. And that there was a lien against it.. (so very stressed out about it )because I was living in NY at the time. this occurrence happened several times. And was always on the phone with Jeanne to fix this issue. (she was fabulous).. Picked up the truck from U-haul in Fredericksburg, Va with a half tank of gasoline to return it to Homer with a half tank of gas only to be charged again with a 7/8 of a tank to fill the tank. SMH.. Really disappointed.

I thank you for every time(s) I have used your storage space I was very pleased with everything. I do just wish you offered a customer truck or trailer for small move to bring or removed items if you’re still renting the unit. Just a wonderful thought.

I've used U-Haul down through the years in various locations as I was a military wife for many years. I've used other moving/storage companies too; however, as I said to my family member this time "I now know why I kept coming back to U-Haul." The cost of storage this time seemed to be extremely affordable. Perhaps it was COVID-19 related; but, nonetheless, cost was very reasonable for the same (if not better) service and facility. Plank Road facility in Fredericksburg, VA, YOU ROCK!!

This part of the UHaul experience was part of a move from DC to Fredericksburg. The rest of the experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. Our pickup location and time was moved 5 times in one day!!! Whoever does that scheduling should be fired!! I have used UHaul many times in the past as I am retired military. This was the worst experience ever!! The people in the Fredericksburg office were fantastic though and did set up the storage and walked me through the process very well. Don't know if I will ever use the UHaul truck renting again though.

I was over charged on my monthly storage bill for lock removal after I already paid separately for it . Then when I called back for my refund it took longer then normal to credit my card back , I called in to report it and the associate said she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and didn’t see a refund in process . I then moved on 6/13 I got a cargo van I went 1 exit from the uhaul storage facility and back I was then charged $187 additional dollars ( I already paid $37 at check out ) the invoice said I went over 100 miles and the gas was incorrect, I called in that same evening advised the customer service rep I think the guy checked in the wrong vehicle under my name i didn’t even travel 20 miles and the gas is wrong she said ok I’ll talk with management and reimburse you ! It is now Tuesday and I had to call to inquire , I asked for a manager the customer service agent said nobody is available and she’ll call back . My card was charged $215 dollars yesterday from uhaul ! I’m displeased This whole company and I’ve been a customer and maintained a storage with you’ll along time and now especially during this Covid-19 crisis I don’t need issues with money . I would like a member of upper management to contact me this is not good business

I have use this facility on 3 separate occasions. I have found them to be professional and helpful. the indoor units are spotless! I would not go anywhere else!

Everyone was very helpful, and if the individual didn’t have the answer, they were quick to seek out help to get me the correct answer!

The entire process was quick and convenient.

I had to get a storage unit st the last minute, close to closing hours and the staff was very patient and made sure I had everything I needed and was well informed.

The employees at this store have been fantastic. They are friendly and accommodating. The store and grounds around it are clean. They have been most helpful.

I couldn't get in my storage unit at the return unit after I got back to the store. The truck battery cable had to be tightened. Couldn't get the truck to start after loading. It is still loaded.

The manager was really professional and she provided everything I needed for the storage unit, she was helpful. The facility was clean and the rest of the staff excellent.

Found a couple of dead bugs on the floor. Staff are awesome. Got a discount. Even though we had to use a code to get in, anyone can really walk in or out. Price and location was convient. Overall good

The only issue I ever have with UHaul is the wait time to get your storage needs met. Once I get to the CSR all is well...I think the computers need updating they are really slow.

The logistics are difficult but it was exactly what we needed.

The alarm system went off regularly even after we put our code in. The alarm system made us feel like we were robbing our own unit. That was ridiculous. We felt unwelcome. We moved it next door.

Very good customer service both when picking up and dropping off the 9 ft cargo van. Great equipment, a new van with 134 miles and a backup camera built into the rear view mirror!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Jeannie and her staff were attentive and understanding of all of our needs.

Horrible experience at local store for pick up, as they said I was to pay around $350 when I was quoted $140..40 on phone. Told me to prove my quote. VERY, VERY RUDE and I left. Won't go back there.

Valerie was always helpful and professional...a true asset to the organization. On the downside, their phone answering process is from the Stone Age. I once waited 9 min on hold before hanging up.

Nice facility but a few employees seemed very confused that I had a UBox delivered to the facility AND I was going to move my items into a locker there. It all got sorted out, so all is well.

We used the facility for summer storage for my daughter in college. The facility was very clean. Staff was very helpful. The price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again.
