I arrived at this location after making a reservation at a different location on line that was much closer. The truck I reserved and was sent a confirmation for, was not at the location and in a desperate need for a truck that day, the Fredericksburg South location allowed me to use the truck at their location if I could have it back by 3PM. U-Hall had put me in a serious bind and cost me more than $200 extra, by not contacting me regarding NO trucks or by NOT keeping a good record of trucks available at locations. I don't think I will trust on line reservations with U-Hall again.

Well first of all when I returned equipment the customer service was absolutely horrible I set there for 15 minutes waiting for lady to get off phone before she even acknowledged me in the lobby instead of asking the people to hold...... 1 out of 10 I give it a solid 3 Moises the mgr I’ve dealt with before i would give him a 10

The U-Haul employee seemed to be very apprehensive the moment I mentioned the customary military discount, then she paused, pursed her lips and denied the discount. She cited 'getting in trouble' for offering any type of discount. This was the first in my life-long use of U-Haul. Very disappointed, because this employee gave an extremely strong sense of contempt for the military. This must be a "new era" for U-Haul in America.

I had to call 3 times to get the right truck size and right location, I live in spotsylvia and they keep changing the pickup to Fredericksburg. I only need a 10 foot truck and the size keep being change too, finally Wendy at rt 3 Fredericksburg va fixed the size and pickup location

Improve the mobile app system. I was very difficult to check the rental in by using the app. I waited 30 minutes for an agent to respond to my call. I was then transferred to 2 other agents with a 15 minute wait time. I finally spoke with Mike Whalim and he provided outstanding customer service and he resolved my issue.

I dropped the trailer the night before as instructed by the pick up location. I was not aware there would be a $20 charge for doing this. I was there on the drop off day to handle the check in.

The prepaid and contracted movers through the Uhaul App, never arrived as promised. This of course puts any family into a serious bind on moving day. Contacted U-haul about the issue and they could offer no help whatsoever. Trying to reach Movers.com for assistance was also a complete waste of time. U-haul should not partner with services which reflect poorly on their brand or atleast train their customer service staff in how to deal with situations such as this.

you 24/7 process is Horrible. I took all of an hour to attempt the online return process. I will not use that feature in future if renting another vehicle, which poses an issue if having an early job to do. Please improve this process..

Only thing was noise of the hitch and axle. I tow a 21 ft camper normally. All good though.

The trailer we rented leaked during a rain storm we encountered along the way. Several boxes were damaged. One even fell apart when removed from the trailer.

Moyes has provided customer service long before I arrived at the location July 28th. Getting a large unit seem to be an issue during the month of July! He was able to accommodate me, was kind and professional, and made sure I was comfortable prior to his leaving, late I might add! Great guy, great personality, get 'er done attitude with assurance that everything would be fine! Couldn't ask for better service!

Drop off location was not the location I choose. I got an email and happened to notice that the location was not what I choose. Email had 1 location contract had another. Had I not checked my email I would have tried to return the truck to the wrong location. The return location Rep was awesome and I let him know I was a little frustrated at the change. he said generally when that happens they call and let you know of the change. I never received a call. If Uhaul is changing a return location on people someone should have called to make sure we knew of the change.

I have been half way around the world with the USAF and have moved myself and my boys more times than I can count, We have moved so much we are Good At it! I must honestly say I have never been treated better by UHaul in my 25 yrs of moving than I was on this, my last move. My sons are grown up now and they helped me get my own house in the country so I can retire to my screen porch and growing hydrangeas, I am so glad the UHaul was on this trip with me. The website was very efficient and easy to use. The manager actually called me to make sure I was happy with the particulars. We made some adjustments and the move went without a hitch. Everyone was kind, personable and professional. I love the Manager for the follow up call and how he really listened to our concerns and made the changes for us. Lovely last ride guys! Thank You So Much!
