When I returned my UHaul, I was advised by the representative at the counter that I should leave the van in the designated area and that a receipt would be emailed to me. Upon reviewing my receipt, I found that I was overcharged for my U-Haul by almost double. When I called the branch to address the issue, my call was rerouted to the call center where an agent advised me that he would reach out to the branch. When the agent returned, he advised me that I would receive a refund. He could not confirm the amount or confirm that all of the incorrectly charged fees would be refunded. He could not provide a case or id number for the call. He advised that if I was not refunded the amount of money I was expecting in 3-5 days I should call back. I am dissapointed that this is the level of customer service I am receiving from U-Haul.CLAUDIA W.

I dropped off after hours and was very difficult to drop the car trailer off. Too many trucks blocking the parking lot and the drive entrance. The area lighting was very dark and difficult too see anything. I was charged $20.00 for after hours convenience fee but there was nothing convenient about dropping the car trailer off. This is the second time I have had to use this site for a rental. I rented a cargo van and it was full of stink bugs. I was tossing them out all day and night. The overall reservation system is flawed. I reserved a 15' foot van at the location that was nearest to me when submitting an online reservation. The afternoon that I was to pick it up the local site called to say they did not have the size van I had reserved nor did they have anything larger to accommodate my needs. We were given a much smaller 10' van. We are a non-profit and needed the larger size to accommodate our fundraiser event. The local site ended up discounting our mileage charges which was much appreciated. You should look into revsiing your online platform with store site availability.AMY D.

The 15 ft truck I rented needs to have an alignment at the very least, possibly new tie rods. It was floating left to right and back again without moving the steering wheel. It was a challenge keeping it in my lane on the freeway, and was causing concern in cars trying to pass. I've been driving 45 years and know when it's just me or the vehicle and this was clearly the truck needing mechanical attention.Steve D.

Promote Caleb! The mobile check in was user friendly but in the end could not execute either my check in or return. Caleb was there to help! Calm and relaxed and friendly, he handled a customer frustrated with technology that wasn't serving me, and changed my customer experience. The steering wanders, had to move the steering wheel a good six inches back and forth in order to keep it in the lane on the highway. The inside of the windshield is very dirty. The left mirror moves freely in the wind, not secured.DONALD W.

Absolutely amazing experience! Originally scheduled a different location because of previous reviews but other location didn't have the size truck needed so the reservation was automatically moved to the Prospect Blvd location. The team was super efficient, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to assist during pick up AND return. I will definitely rent from here again! Tgo tge staff was friendly and helpful, the organization and logistics of your trucks were seriouslt lacking. U used the rideshare app and none of the trucks were located where they were supposed to be. The rudeshare app is more hassle than its worth, it kept crashing and having me start over multiple times, i just ended up going in the building to pick up the truck. THEN, my truck wasnt ready and still dirty, and the cabin smelled like 100 unshowered sweaty bodies. I reserved a truck for 10:00 in the morning. The truck wasn't returned until 11:30 so I waited for an hour and a half. When I got the truck as I was driving I noticed you had to hold the wheel and a right 45Â° angle to get it to go straight because the alignment was so bad. The transmission also held its third gear and you didn't want to shift to Fourth. The employees at this location however are very accommodating and we're very apologetic. That is not change the fact that their equipment was extremely dangerous and difficult to drive.David G.

The unit was clean, but I was surprised that it did not have any light inside. I also was frustrated that I could not call the location directly. The staff here are amazing and helpful! I wish I had extra money to give them a bonus, they deserve it. The only reason I did not select excellent is the security. While we have to punch in a code for security, I would put in my code and frequently when I opened my unit, the alarm would still go off. The alarm is in place, but seemed to not serve a purpose as it would go off and nothing else would occur. For the short time I was there it was okay, and I was in and out of my unit weekly, so I was able to check on my belongings. If I had to leave it there without checking in on it for a period of time, I don't know if I would have kept my belongings there.Amy D. | Overall Experience

When we reserved our truck, it wasn't available where we reserved it. We found out, after waiting on hold for 30 min., that our reservation was switched to where we reserved our storage unit. We were never informed, but the customer service representative on the phone insisted we were. I was looking at my messages; I was not. After taking care of the truck, the unit we reserved was not saved for us. The only reason we got a unit was because someone called to cancel their reservation while we were in line. My issue is that I couldn't use the storage unit due to it being too small. I requested a refund, was told the GM was 99% sure I could get one but she had to check with corporate and would give me a call back the next morning. I did not receive a call back so I went in to the store but the GM was not there (surprise) even though I was told she's be opening the store that day. I was told that storage was down nationwide so a staff wrote my name and phone number down and said she'd have the GM call me Monday morning to resolve my issue. I did not receive a call on Monday so I called the store and was on hold for 50 minutes. The representative that I spoke with entered an action claim and said someone would call me within 24-72 hours. I have not received a call but I did receive an emailed receipt showing that I was not charged for the storage unit, however I paid for it and I still have not received my refund or a call from any manager.Teesha C. | Overall Experience

They need a better System for customers parking there cars. The storage was kind hard to find even with explanation when getting my unit number the guy who was at the front desk never said that there was an inside and that is where I'll find my unit number. I've had as many as three units at one time and have moved/changed units at least 4-6 times over the years. This facility has worked with me, helped me switch units, and been generally friendly and cooperative over the 7 years I've been a customer. I was told I could drop the truck off at the Uhal facility but then told I was charged 150 for leaving it there. Returned the truck to the correct facility.
