I liked it all, except the price gets too high. When it's advertised as $19.95 rental, then it goes up so much because of insurance, mileage, taxes, gas, etc. Oh well, I'm still glad to have the items moved.

The self-check in process online got a little buggy, so they had to finish it up inside the store. Otherwise, the entire process was smooth and the service was wonderful!

They were excellent and maintained a high degree of professionalism at all times. The customers in front of me had been rude and aggressive and by the time it was my turn in line your employees still gave excellent customer service. They were exceptionally amenable when I need to swap my truck after we discovered the gas line was cut. Overall top notch service from both of the representatives that were there!!!

I was so impressed by my experience with U Haul today. The woman manager was very helpful when I checked in. She explained this very simply and assisted with recommendations. The young man who helped me upon return was very helpful and friendly too. This was a smaller job, helping a friend move, but I will certainly return to U Haul the next time I have moving issues. Kuddos to the team!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of the agents there were very helpful and accommodating. I called same day and picked up the truck immediately. It was a great experience. They even helped me get a parking spot for my personal vehicle right in front of the store to keep it as safe as possible. Thank you!

On a Friday it may be wise to have a few people working in the mornings. I stood in line for almost 40 minutes to pick up my rental at 830am I didn't get it until past 9am. Now that wasted our moving time. I am disabled so it caused me pain for the entire standing time. I just think it was a poor business act. Hopefully this will change if I should ever have to rent again.

Only one clerk on end of month weekend. 1st truck was empty fuel from siphoning gas. Then 2nd truck smelled like marijuana in the back. Took 45 minutes to get a truck, waiting for eveyone and everything to get sorted. Then billed at wrong rate after returned.

The service of the staff at this location was great. What ticks me off about the UHaul model is how the customer ends up feeling nickeled-and-dimed by all the unadvertised fees, taxes, and "optional" insurance (that UHaul goes to great lengths to scare you into buying). "$19.95" is in huge letters on the side of the van I rent

Short staffed. Challenging streets with a bigger truck. If you need to travel east you burn a mile of your 30 just to get going in the right direction.

The reservations and check-in lady was very pleasant and nice to work with. She made sure that I check the fuel level before I left which was a good thing because she thought it was a quarter tank and it was actually empty. Apparently they have a lot of thieves say putting off fuel from their trucks. In fact the gas cap was missing and they were unable to find a replacement that fit perfectly but did find one that was a different size that sort of worked. The truck ran fine but it was kind of banged up on the outside. I’m sure glad they didn’t charge me for for any of that which I didn’t do. Everything was clean and provided that I had requested. It worked out and they are in a reasonably good location. Just wish they had their trucks parked in a more secure area to keep them from having gas stolen.

The U-haul pick-up app did not work well, it made me repeat the same steps more than three times and there were long load periods. Furthermore, the utility dolly that I had reserved was not on the truck which made our move very difficult. Due to the inconvenience my husband had to do more heavy lifting than expected which injured his knee that he had reconstructive surgery on to remove cancer.

I used the 24/7 Pickup and Drop Off option since I had a tight timeline and the shop didn’t open until 9:00am on Sunday. My reservation has me down as a 24/7 pickup at 7:00am. I get to the location, and the online tool tells me I have to wait until 9:00 for someone to get me my truck. I ball Customer Service, wait on hold for 25 min, then they have to transfer me. I then wait in a second queue for 20 more minutes to get no help. Best they can do is find me another location that is in the opposite direction I need to go. The only lucky thing that happened was that the Gentleman opening arrived 30 min early and helped me. I barely had time to load my truck and get to my scheduled loading bay location in time to unload. And on top of all that, they had the originating fuel level way too high. Luckily I kept my refueling receipts to show them how much gas I put in the truck. Horrible process, and worthless Customer Experience process by phone. If I have a truck pickup issue, I should not have to wait almost an hour to get help.

I paid for roadside and SafeMove, but they would not cover the cost of a locksmith. I have been renting from UHaul for years, but probably won't any longer due to the poor customer service I received from the 1-800 number folks. The employees at this store are nice, but had no idea that the locksmith fee wouldn't be covered by the extra coverage that I paid for. Super disappointing. Definitely didn't make me feel like a valued customer.

Comment: the young man who assisted me provided excellent service. He was very helpful (recommending and gathering pads and tie-downs to secure the load) and efficient (he knows the program well and quickly completed my contract and got me on the road. His service made the difference in my saying I would use the location again and recommend it to others.

I orginally had a reservation for the location at All Pro Auto Body for a 15ft truck the location did not open until 9:15am and there was no truck available for me Instead of being helpful the owner of the company who was working at the front desk at the time brushed me off and was inconsiderate of my situation. My move involved a restraining order and I was on a time constraint to get out safely. I am extremely disappointed in the service that was provided at that location.

It would be helpful to know that you can’t drop your uhaul off at any uhaul location. We went to two “uhaul” locations and neither took drop offs. Had to go to a third location to return.

The amount due was not taken out of my checking account until almost 3 hours after I returned the box truck. The employee that returned the vehicle asked if it was ok to charge my card later when she checked the truck. Then send an email showing the total that was charged. I figured this would happen within a few minutes. I called 3 times to ask about why I had not received the total your business was going to take out of my account. I was not connected to the store I got the truck from. I was told they would email this store and have them call me. THAT didn't happen. I actually had to go back to the store to get the amount due. What horrible customer service.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I was given a dangerous vehicle that was leaking gas at the time of rental. The vehicle was repaired which delayed the start of our loading by several hours and caused the loss of 1/4 tank of gas - very dangerous!! I was told that I wouldn’t have to pay for the loss of gas and that I only needed to return the vehicle 1/2 full tank - Not True! I returned the vehicle more than 5/8 full and still was charged an additional $31 for additional gas that I never used. I was charged for 8 days of rental when I only used the vehicle for 4.5 days - even though I had only requested the vehicle for 1 to 2 additional day than the minimum 4 days for the trip of my length - terrible service again! I returned the vehicle using less miles than originally estimated by somewhere between 80 to 100 miles and received no credits. The vehicle smelled like someone was smoking in it, had suspension creaking / shaking, and around 7mpg, so I don’t know how well it has been maintained and this was a newer truck. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with U Haul - from start to finish.

I found that William was a little unfriendly and didnt seem to concerned about customer relation. First some time during final paper work and business, he was just to concerned with his personal phone and the text messages he was receiving, which distracted him and made him short and rude un conversation of business at hand.
