More direct contact / communication. I turned in my rental 25 November 21 after only 24 hours of an anticipated 7 days rental. There was dirty. When asked for a replacement, I was informed no other was available. The hose the clean was put away it was near closing. The mirror was cracked. The power locks didn't work. The ride was concerning (tires possibly alignment). Have someone in the process on the 5 calls required have authority to assist.yvette B.

I was accosted by one of your female employees. The woman refused to give her name but identified herself as the manager. She made racially derogatory remarks to me and followed me outside the store to antagonize and assault me. I documented the incident with the Forest Park Police.JOSEPH P.

The rental van right turn signal was not working, grateful no accident occure, was dangerous, will check that all signals work in the future. I wish they would start rental with at least a half a tank of gas, got it at a quater tank and returned at almost full, doesn't seem right to customers.ANITA W.

I have only positive comments. Scheduling the truck was quick and easy. The same for picking up the truck. Well run and smooth. Drop off was so convenient for us - we moved 50 miles away and the drop off location was 6 minutes from our new home. I definitely recommend U-HAULLinda H.

I got a Truck i didnt order which was smaller and they had me down for a Night time move. When i talked with the lady there i was clear on the time which was AM and how big of truck i needed. It made my Move much more Harder because i had to make 3 trips to get the Move done i even requested Blankets which i payed for and didnt receive.DARRYL R.
I rented a 4Ã—8 trailer 2.weeks prior to my reservation. When I got there, 2 hrs after my scheduled reservation, I was told the trailer j was supposed to get was scheduled to be returned that day at 11 AM but never came in. I think a heads up, phone call, email, etc would have been appreciated. The staff did a great job of making it work but I'm not sure how you can make a reservation for something you don't know you'll have.DANIA R.

The customer service person at pick-up was indifferent and not very helpful. The person at drop-off was much more helpful. The 5X8 trailer I was given had two significant leaks, not just "water resistant" issues but real leaks, in the tip front corners. That made it very difficult to use and it was very disappointing to receive a defective trailer. I would think the a company like U-Haul would maintain their equipment to higher standards.Douglas W.
Victor and his team are always amazing. I have used U Haul many, many times, and Victor's location is honestly the only one I trust. I know he will have the equipment, I know he and his team are super friendly and funny, and I know my equipment will be well prepared, well maintained, and it'll be a breeze to drop it back off.REBECCA C.

The online pick up didn't work. I try to login in wouldn't recognize my login in when I just used it. to reset the password I was in a browser and to go back to my email to get the special uhaul sent me would of kicked me out of the print area. Luckily after trying to do online pick up for 20 mins I got frustrated and went inside. The young lady that helped me was amazing. I apologized to her Bc I wasn't trying to bother her that's why I choose the online pick up. A few mins later they pulled the truck up and I was off. When I return a a few hours later and parked the truck my phone rang. I was a call for for a few minutes and the uhaul guy patiently waited for me to get out of the truck. He asked if everything went well, did I have anything problems with the truck I said no. I said thank u and asked me if I needed a printed receipt or an email I said I'm good. Gave me my Total after he checked my mileage. I would rent from here again. Great staff super friendly.GENMONY V.

Ask that your representatives consider the customers needs as priority and decide if dealing with the general public is a requirement for accepting the job or consider another field of employment. We waited over 30 minutes for our â€œself serveâ€ truck rental to be available, then we're charged a full day rental fee with a total of $120 instead of the $20 originally quoted. What's the point of self serve rentals if you have to wait for all 3 employees to finish rearranging other returned trucks? All around, horrible experience. Would rather drive further to another location or rent from somewhere else than return here.Thomas M.
