Read in a few places it was 24/7 self storage but it's only accessible between 7am and 10pm which really isn't an inconvenience unless you're trying to work through the night to move out on a deadline but it isn't 24/7. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with it. I would recommend uhaul storage to anyone. For the climate controlled storage and the ease of access it's well worth it.Bryan E. | Online Move In
I was extremely disappointed when I was told that the location where I had reserved the UHaul trailer at did not have a trailer for me. Even though I had reserved it a month in advance. I had to pick it up some 120 miles away. Everyone at the locations were helpful and professional, but what an inconvenience.James T.

Truck didnt run good. Rpms where high the whole time. Mirror on passanger side is broke wasted hours and gas trying to see out the window so i didnt hit cars or trying to get over. The first person that helped us wasn't really happy to see us or help us. I had to reach out him to get his attention. When I picked up the truck it read below 1/4. My contract had 1/4 marked on it. I went 15 miles and this U-Haul charged me for 6 gallons at 4.20 a gallon. With 30 dollar fee. I rent a lot of trucks in my line of work and this is bs, it's criminal and I'm going to look into criminal charges for this.MARCO L.

Uhaul was a pain in the ass to get ahold of. I had to wait on hold an average of 45 minutes anyone I needed assistance. The communication between uHaul and the movers that brought my pod was abysmal. My pod got in early, movers were never notified. It was super unclear who was bringing my pod for loading pre-move. Why it was uhaul on one end and not the other makes no sense. The employees were great, the movers I hired were awesome too.Kevin B.

Check for roaches. Had I known the van I rented was going to be covered in them, I would have never rented it. When I returned it, staff was rude about the mileage saying how I should have never left the lot with miles not matching. He also said that the only truck I could have is one that did not have properly working breaks. I was very upset. Finally he found a truck that I could use. He did not know where was another one. When I returned my U-Haul there were a few gentleman outside (a white fellow, older, about 5'7" & an African American gentleman, younger and about the same height)The white gentleman approached me first so I kindly started to explain to him that the paper said the truck was on full when we got it, but it was not. Then before I could say anything further he yelled at me and said if I don't have a picture there's nothing that can be done. I then told him that I had called uhaul and spoke with someone and someone from the Miller rd office was suppose to call me back but never did. He said well if you don't have a picture like I said then there's nothing we can do. I then joined my daughter in the store bc the convo was going no where. He then Followed me into the store and began to yell at me and tell me I was finished I could leave. I told him I was waiting in line to speak to the gentleman behind the desk, his name was cj. The white gentleman then shouted "what you want my name and info I can give it to you" I told him all I wanted was for him to stop speaking to me. And that he was very rude. I explained everything to the man named cj behind the desk and he basically told me to write it down on this survey. Do I think you will anything about this, no I don't. It was just a waste of a type. But my daughter told me this was the only thing left we could do. So it was worth saying.TERESA ANNETTE D.

It is nothing against the Flint U-Haul location. They did great. my concern is with the trailer descriptions on the u-haul reservation website. I rented a 5'x9' trailer. expecting the cargo bed to be 5'x9'. IT WASN'T. The cargo bed was only 4'6" wide. This posed a problem for me. I was moving a lawn-mower. would have had 2 inches to spare on either side if the opening was indeed 5' wide. but would not fit only be 4'6" wide. Had to go through all the hassle of removing the mowing deck and loading it separately from the tractor. was a real pain. Please don't advertise a 5' wide trailer if it is only 4'6" wide please.Mark K.
