Give customers the $50 discounts you promise them when you reschedule them 3 times. My bill was never discounted. Also, I returned the truck after hours and locked keys in the car when taking odometer picture. When I called for Safe Trip assistance, your agent could not find my order. They almost charged me for the lockout service. He thinks it was because I had already checked it in. But how could my name no longer be connected that truck? Makes no sense. If I returned it damaged, I'm pretty sure you would be able to connect me to that truck.

Not have rude staff. Customer service is out the door with you guys. I own a small business and would not tolerate my staff being rude to my customers. That's the problem... Uhaul is so big-you guys don't care.

My only complaint is that I was charged for a utility dolly, but I didn't use it. Yes, I did order it, but I didn't need it after all, and I mentioned to your associate that I didn't use it, the seal wasn't broken. I don't think I should have been charged for it, but it is what it is.

When I tried to call the location, after a few minutes I get routed to corporate - The people there were extremely off-putting and rude. The people at the Flagstaff location were very kind and accommodating. When I called, however, I simply asked the status of my Upod delivery and the person on the phone said, "So, what's your question?" Like I'm an idiot for asking, then said "It's in transit, could be now, could be 11:59pm" -- by calling the office directly, they confirmed it arrived and let me access it that day. I had to call three times to finally connect to a decent human that didn't treat me like a freaking moron for asking.

I had an almost impossible time picking up via mobile but the onsite staff had me out the door and on the road in minutes compared to the process it was with the mobile pickup. Kudos to the rep who took care of me, someone should buy the guy lunch.

I came in late Saturday, I had been driving during a snow storm from Colorado to Arizona. My car was practically frozen to the trailer. The team that was working there worked for 30 minutes to try and get my car off, and they did!

It would be nice if the units had a light inside the unit. It is difficult to see inside the larger units. Motion activated lights would shut off after use so the light would not stay on after use.

Two 7' sofas would not fit into storage units because hallway too narrow and door too short. Storage unit height too low. A tall person cannot stand in unit without bumping ceiling or fire sprinkler pipes. Water fountains obstruct hallway. Why not place fountains in storage building lobby instead?

Worked perfect for our move from SW Florida to Sedona. PODS would only bring boxes to Phoenix. UHAUL got them all the way to Flagstaff and Mystic Movers brought them right to ur front door.

The rating is due to the online billing system. You get a reminder a week before rent is due but when you go to pay, it shows a zero balance. You then get a late fee statement. It is absurd.
