When I picked up the equipment, the two women at the counter were sharing lunch. There is an employee lounge there for this reason. I don't want to see anyone eating. When I returned my trailer, they were supposed to come out to me and check in my equipment. One of the two ladies that were there when I checked in was sitting behind the desk and was looking at my truck on the monitor. She saw I had equipment to return but refused to get up and come help me. WTH????Timothy J.

Customer Service was very poor here, everyone was rude and had attitudes. Nobody wore a mask but the gentleman who hooked our trailer up. The equipment was full of dirt on the bottom. Also the right tail light had less then half the bulb working, it only came on with the parking lights. Brake light and turn signal did not work until my fiancÃ© fixed it so we could use it for our move. To me it's very unsafe and we stood outside waiting for an hour for them to try to get the wire taped up enough to work.ARIEL R.

U-Haul used to be less expensive. I like U-Haul have always used U-Haul but since we put gas back in I don't understand the $1 per mile. There should be allowed mileage included in rental.MANYA J.

The truck potentially has an alternator problem. It got hard to start during the trip and the charging gauge showed fluctuation between 12 and 14 volts. I had to keep the truck running when I filled it with gas.WILLIAM M.

I would like to compliment the girl that rang us up. She was highly professional in feeling with an uncouth guest who didn't want to move his vehicle from the drop off lane. Even after he dismissed her she still kept her composure and told him nicely to move his vehicle until he did. I applaud her patience and professionalism. Just hope she is being appreciated. AFM needs to step up at a corporate store. 1st truck wipers were shot. Then the truck I rented steering was off due to needing alignment. Level 1s appeared to not being done. Also numerous unmarked damages on trucksKRISTOPHER G.
I did a virtual check in so I all needed to do after that was go inside to pick up my keys and be on may way. Once i went inside I was informed they did not have the dolly I had already paid for and reserved and additionally they could not find the keys for the truck I reserved. After about 30 mins of them looking for the keys I was given a smaller truck that would not have fit all of my belongings. They attached a trailer to it to make up for the lost space. I do appreciate them accommodating me but moving is already a very stressful experience and added to the stress and made me late for my move.CHARLOTTE D.

Poor customer service. I was at the counter checking out and the cashier stops and says I need to call my mother, she gets up and walked away. I had finished the rental part of my transaction but I wanted to purchase some moving supplies, needless to say that didn't take place. I left and went else where to purchase moving supplies. I rented a 15 foot truck which was almost brand new was in great shape clean no problems got to my destinations and I was supposed to get a free 5 x 5 x 8 storage bin when I got there they didn't have it U-Haul storage measures to ceiling height so you need to be careful about what size you need all other places just go width and length needless to say they didn't have any other places so I had to go somewhere else and rent. We had 2 storage units at the same time but at different companies. One at Uhaul and one at a competitor. The other one was better lit, more convenient and not set up to screw us into paying another month. The unit at uhaul was bigger and a little easier to physically access so that was nice.
