And I always get a hold of them and needed to call the general manager never could get a hold of him left messages after messages and never phone calls returned and no notification about my stuff being sold before it being sold thing I never called when I called several times and had everything documented

Curtis martin is always awesome to deal with, I haven't been in there for a while but as soon as I walked in he remembered me even with the mask on. I'm always rushed and a little uneasy when I come in to rent a trailer because i'm going somewhere I don't know with cash to buy a car, and then towing it home. but he always gets me laughing and psyched about my trip. honestly thats the main reason I haven't just bought a trailer. curtis and this location make it so easy to get in and out with what I need there is no reason to own one.

The truck was available when I needed it. The online check in was good. Had a question, and hold time for customer service was extremely long. Took my entire lunch break and had to hang up without anyone picking up. Called back and still had to hold for a long tim. When I finally was able to pick up the truck, the representatives at this location were unwelcoming and condescending. I had to ask why they were so unfriendly, and was advised “it was early.†Use at your own risk.

I did not elect to use the insurance with UHaul. I was charged anyway. I asked why I was charged. They didn't know. Uhaul said they would look into it. I've never heard anything from uhaul. Basically, uhaul took my money and ran.

My original reservation was for eastway drive which was terrible, it was not put in as a truck share on the store side so I was not able to get my truck at 8 am per my reservation confirmation. After speaking with the first representative which did not help. I was transferred to a gentleman which helped me find the truck I needed in a nearby location. I will make sure I go to the truck center from now on

the large door not opening after hours was a bit of an issue and delayed my move costing me more money. All staff were friendly and helpful, but overall the cost of the move and troubles could have been saved by hiring a moving company

The truck was great and worked very well. However the dolly was a mess. The rollers on the back was broken. When I called the store they did not answer. I was very busy moving so I gave up and completed my move. The dolly should not have been given out.

The attendant (a white man) was rude and unhelpful. We arrived a few minutes after 7pm closing and his exacts words were "I am off the clock" and could not help us. I understand he had clocked out but no need to act annoyed and be condescending. We just needed a few words to direct us how to use the self help drop off. Total jerk!

We had 2 storage units at the same time but at different companies. One at Uhaul and one at a competitor. The other one was better lit, more convenient and not set up to screw us into paying another month. The unit at uhaul was bigger and a little easier to physically access so that was nice. Having to go to the store to cancel is ridiculous especially in the current environment of coronavirus. We will not rent again because of this.

My stuff was damaged from water due to a roof leak and I asked to use the dumpster and was denied so I had to load it all onto a trailer and pay at the dump to get rid of it.

My first experience with your facility was horrible we are from out of town and need assistance dropping off the truck but because we where close to closing y'all wouldn't even help and then told us we had another day on our truck just to rush us out the door just to find out that it wasn't true. But the second day I came in for my storage unit the lady that assisted me was awesome but the white lady at the front desk needs retrained on her customer services skills.
