The truck broke half way down the road going to were we were going called customer service was on hold for more than 30mins then talked to a lady for 30mins. This whole time she hadn't even looked for anyone to come n help us. So we were stuck there for around 2hrs a nite @ a gas station. We figure it out our self . The speedometer stop working then the gauges stopped working. Then 30mins or so the truck started to ding. So we had to listen to that all the way down the road cuz we were afraid to stop that it wouldn't start agin. When we got to where we was going after we slept the next day we went to start it and it wouldn't start again. So we got it started and went on our way back but when we got halfway again so we stopped and got gas so we had to turn it off. Then it wouldn't really start or anything after we finaly got it to start none of the gauges would start. we got it to the location to drop it off we had to take pictures of the gas Guage and the speedometer mileage and we couldn't get it started to do that so we just let it there. so now we're going to get charged 20 bucks for having someone else do it. I think they should have their truck serviced more and have better way to get help when u need it. This is the fist time I have ever had trouble with U-Haul.SARAH M.
The 19.99 price was great the price per mile for a local is a bit high to me. A 20 dollar rental turns into 200 dollars with extra insurance that I find out later I didn't really need is a bit frustrating. That being said I would rent againBRIAN B.

The location was not easy to access. The attendant was more interested in watching TikTok than helping. When the van was inspected and damage was found the attendant did not care to listen to our concerns. The original location botched the rental causing the pick up location to occur 30 miles away which added to the mileage that was not corrected. Very unprofessional from the get go.HERBERT W.

Got charged for 2 days instead of 1.Every time i call either i get hung up or i see wait time its from 50 min to 1hr 30min. I had spoken to a rep and was told would be refunded in 2 days and would get a call from manager....guess what...NONE OF BOTH AFTER 1 MONTH.This is THE WORST situation to be in and i DO NOT recomend no one to rent from here. Was a very painful transaction and was required to return item at 7 am next day when i got it around 9 cause someone else had just extended the one was supposed to be my product.Zuailin V.

I wanted to complain about what transpired with my experience. But the person checking in the vehicle was to concerned about all the issues both the truck and trailer had. What I experienced today were professional staff that took the time to help the customers in front of them. Although upon my arrival it appeared that there was only one person working the service desk. However, this must have been a good day. More staff arriving to assist. The man I worked with is so overworked he doesn't have the energy to provide customer service at a decent level. You as a company need to staff better so they have the energy to at least be polite instead of grumbling. I was given the wrong size truck and no box dollies ( I reserved 2 two weeks before my move) he did give one furniture dolly but it was way to big and useless! Again staff properly so your workers can do their job with a Smile!!!!!! After all it is customer service and there are multiple other options.Rust F.
The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. They unhooked my trailer for me and checked me out quickly. I would like to add that the person at the Regional office who helped me change my drop off location was extremely nice and helpful. I would use Uhaul again based on her help alone.John H.

You all need to get another helper company do not use super movers because Jonathan was so rude disrespectful and mean I would not recommend him to help anyone he is hurting U-Haul company and the manager there at U-Haul was so rude to me on the phone and when we came to pick up the truck he didn't even greeted us after we spoke to him I have never experienced this service from U-Haul but I will not Use U-Haul service again thank youJoanne L.

Poor customer service and dishonesty: Two dishonest things happened: 1) Mileage: I took the pic before I started driving , it was 81412. When I returned it back, it was 81460. The difference should be 48 NOT 49. I was charged for 49 miles. It's only 1 miles but still this's dishonesty or cheating. 2) Rate/mile: The customer rep told me that it's 69 cents per mile right when I was dropping the van, but instead he charged me 79 cents per mile, cheater!Emmanuel M.

I rented a 15 foot truck which was almost brand new was in great shape clean no problems got to my destinations and I was supposed to get a free 5 x 5 x 8 storage bin when I got there they didn't have it U-Haul storage measures to ceiling height so you need to be careful about what size you need all other places just go width and length needless to say they didn't have any other places so I had to go somewhere else and rent. Clean your vehicle and if you are renting a truck that will go across the country make sure this truck can drive across the country. My bill is currently messed up. I am being charged for 3 dollies when I only had 1. The workers said she would fix it and never did and I am also being charged $60 more for blankets that were all returned. I will not recommend this service to anyone, they were rude and were no help at all throughout the whole experience. Absolutely terrible!Zachary M.

Distance to walk with items was very far and there are bricks and uneven flooring that make pushing items on the dolly or pushbcarts difficult because they fall off. We had 2 storage units at the same time but at different companies. One at Uhaul and one at a competitor. The other one was better lit, more convenient and not set up to screw us into paying another month. The unit at uhaul was bigger and a little easier to physically access so that was nice.
