I even had problems getting in and out of truck due to being so incredlible sore from the move and the staff HELPED ME. That is above and beyonod and great customer service. I had actually rented a UHaul from another location, but the truck wasn't at the location I had contracted with. I had to travel to this location to get the truck, which put me 40 minutes late to get to my location and I had movers arranged to meet me and I had to pay them for the time they waited. It was quite inconvenient, especially when UHaul says that they have a guarantee that the truck will be ready at the place and time specified.Heidi W.

Although this location was fine, I have a serious complaint about the Auto Inspectors location on Eastway Drive in Charlotte, which was where I was originally supposed to get the van. I went there to pick it up and the lady was very rude, simply said my name wasn't in the computer and they had no vans there. She blamed it on a computer error from the website. No offer to help me figure out what was wrong or how to fix it. It was as if I was bothering her and she had better things to do. U-Haul should seriously consider dumping them as an outlet.George B.

When I picked up the equipment, the two women at the counter were sharing lunch. There is an employee lounge there for this reason. I don't want to see anyone eating. When I returned my trailer, they were supposed to come out to me and check in my equipment. One of the two ladies that were there when I checked in was sitting behind the desk and was looking at my truck on the monitor. She saw I had equipment to return but refused to get up and come help me. WTH????Timothy J.

Customer Service was very poor here, everyone was rude and had attitudes. Nobody wore a mask but the gentleman who hooked our trailer up. The equipment was full of dirt on the bottom. Also the right tail light had less then half the bulb working, it only came on with the parking lights. Brake light and turn signal did not work until my fiancÃ© fixed it so we could use it for our move. To me it's very unsafe and we stood outside waiting for an hour for them to try to get the wire taped up enough to work.ARIEL R.

I rented a 15 foot truck which was almost brand new was in great shape clean no problems got to my destinations and I was supposed to get a free 5 x 5 x 8 storage bin when I got there they didn't have it U-Haul storage measures to ceiling height so you need to be careful about what size you need all other places just go width and length needless to say they didn't have any other places so I had to go somewhere else and rent.
