Gabriel V.Out of the 5 dollies I needed, only 1 was available despite pre-reserving online. I was sent to anothe Uhaul and told I could return the one dolly ( still missing 3) that the other shop had to the original shop. Not true. There were also insufficient furniture pads. I chose the Uhaul location because it is one of the biggest yet they did not have everything nor was I contacted in advance. Why can't one Uhaul get the missing items from another store? Not sure I will use Uhaul again.

Zachary L.I drove the vehicle rented 4 miles and was charged for 4 gallon of gasoline. I thought this was excessive and called 5/10/22 to inquire about it. I was told that a manager would have to make any adjustments and one would call me before they closed for the day. Noone ever called me back. It is rude, unprofessional, and poor customer service.

Terence A.Due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn't return the truck on time and although I've seen hundreds of 26ft trucks, I was told there wasn't another one for the company to use so they penalized. I didn't mind paying for another day but a penalty fee seem like to much.

But I live down the road from the location on Albemarle Rd and being that the mistake was acknowledged by this location they accommodated me within minute of my distressed moment and I for one am tremendously grateful for their help in this mix up

MONY H.Inside seating area was dirty with dead bugs on the dash, dirt on the floor and sticky stuff in the storage areas of the dash. Pictures to show the vehicle damage were pictures of another vehicle ( at least one). Furniture dolly and regular dolly were reserved in advance but they were out of stock. Blankets that were ordered weren't in truck. We had to notice they were missing and go ask for them.

We need more employees like the General Manager Tammy or perhaps she could become a training Manager for U-haul.

Jeree S. | First ImpressionsI rented a 15 foot truck which was almost brand new was in great shape clean no problems got to my destinations and I was supposed to get a free 5 x 5 x 8 storage bin when I got there they didn't have it U-Haul storage measures to ceiling height so you need to be careful about what size you need all other places just go width and length needless to say they didn't have any other places so I had to go somewhere else and rent. But overall a good experience.

The other one was better lit, more convenient and not set up to screw us into paying another month. The unit at uhaul was bigger and a little easier to physically access so that was nice. Having to go to the store to cancel is ridiculous especially in the current environment of coronavirus. We will not rent again because of this.
