Bradley Thompson working the counter on 9/11/22 was the rudest Uhaul rep. I've ever had to deal with. When we walked in, we stated we had a reservation (reserved 5 days prior) for that day for a cargo trailer. Once he looked up my reservation, he muttered something about how one trailer was out till 11:30 and the other wasn't available. I said alright what does that mean, I had it reserved? He then stated he can't be held responsible for another persons mistake. I then stated that it was a guaranteed reservation and that uhaul said it would be available, otherwise they would pay me $50. He said â€œI'm not giving you $50 for someone else's mistake.â€ When the younger kid finally got us hooked up to, surprise surprise, a cargo trailer that was available, I asked him if Brad was always that rude or if it was just an off day. The kid stated that â€œhe's just an old guy, he's set in his ways and doesn't want to be here.â€ As a manager in retail, that is not an acceptable attitude. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and should not be representing Uhaul, it casts a very poor view of the company. We will never use that location again.Austen F.

My properties was covered in dust and molds when I moved out of the storage. In my opinion, I think this storage should be torn down and rebuilt for health reasons. The building is so old and shouldn't be use anymore.SARA O. | Overall Experience

I had a great experience for many of the ten years until someone climbed over the unit walls and stole many items and ransacked the containers/boxes/trunks. We contacted the police who came and reviewed the incident and also asked for video footage to be reviewed with no results. It seemed that this could have been easily researched by finding out who leased a unit adjacent to mine to have had access over the small crawl space for a good length of time. Also the empty units were left unlocked and people would sleep, do drugs, etc in the units making it eventually an unsafe place to go. Having secured these empty units would have made a world of difference. Eventually, the back (south) doors where secured for exit emergency only but the unleased units were left unlocked so the transient population could till use them for there own. Frustrating as these units could easily have been locked by Uhaul. Perhaps heated indoor units is not the answer to secure storage. Thank you for this exit interview. When I tried to return the u haul to the correct location after hours, I was unable to take the snapshots necessary to show the mileage and fuel level as the application did not work. I chose to get assistance via the chat function. At 10 pm, I was made to sit and wait for 15 minutes just for an agent to respond.. not acceptable for that time of night.Diane S.

Cannot see the desks from the front door because of racks of â€œlast minute things to pick upâ€œ in front of the desks. Bundles of packing boxes, etc., were not at all visible in the lobby when I visited.paul H.
The employees were great! However, I was suppose to be able to pickup by mobile but my truck was sandwiched in between other trucks and thank goodness they had just opened so the switched me to the front truck. But it had a slow tire leak that was clearly indicated on the dash. Had to switch to original truck. Left after about 30 minutes of mishaps and drove away, then realized as i got on the highway to go to my house that the trim and drivers side door didnt close and seal properly and made huge noise as you drove down highway. I didnt have the energy or the time to go back to exchange AGAIN. Wish I would have because I was left to stuff door frame with napkins as I drove to our destination so that the wind was crazy loud. can only imagine what that did for my gas mileage. There was no dolly in the truck that we needed. I should have verified before leaving but I did ask and agree to the $7 dollar fee. The transmission was also bad, you couldn't shift into drive easily. Very unsafe vehicle and should be taken out of service.Derald R.

Everything was really fast and smooth, he hooked up the trailer and made sure everything was working before we left. However, when I returned the trailer that same day, earlier than my scheduled time, he never wrote down that I had brought it back. I got a voicemail the next day asking how everything was going and when I would be returning the trailer even though I had already brought it back. I tried to call the store back and it brought me to the automated call center and I couldn't get a hold of the store that had originally called me.morgan M.

This location fixed a huge problem that we have had every time we book online. When you book online they give you pickup and drop off locations that may not be applicable in reality. The employee at this location made things right and went above and beyond to help us. When we went to where they said we could pick up our uhaul that we ordered it was not there. This has happened every time we have booked online. I would recommend skipping online reservations and go straight to the U-haul location you want. Online service is unpredictable and promises what they cannot deliver.Gregory O.

Don't tell them that the van is filled up and to return it full when the van is NOT full. I drove 29 miles and put in 7.5 gallons of gas (at $4.59 a gallon, mind you). So either the van was not full or it gets 3,8 MPG. I do not think it was the latter. I told them this at the counter and they just shrugged their shoulders.Tyler C.

Overall a generally good experience, everyone was very friendly but did have a few problems I felt could have been handled better. Signed up for auto payment when I rented but it didn’t work and when I went to access my storage I was locked out. I understand things happen sometimes but was not happy that nobody was available to let me into my unit when payment was figured out. Also, gate was frequently just standing open when I came or when I drove by. Rented through the winter and several times when I came my lock was frozen shut and I could not get into my unit.
