The only thing that I think U-Haul can do is let customers know that the distance to drop off equipment is/can be excessive from the location the equipment was used to travel. I went 30 minutes to a great drop-off place but bypassed many U-haul stores. A one-hour round trip to drop off a trailer is absurd....otherwise great.BILL P.

I was given the vehicle with just slightly above 1/4 of a tank and asked about not putting more gas. The woman who helped me stated I would just have to pay the difference for the gas I used. Then when I was billed I see an extra $30 for a "less than 1/4 tank return" and customer service stated that was in the contract. I feel like that is bad customer service because I specifically asked and also got a vehicle that was so close to being under 1/4 tank to begin with.Toni V.

1. We ordered 3 dozen packing blankets. I had to drive to the Leesburg U-Haul to get them...the Eustis branch did not have any. 2. The truck check engine light was on. It was checked by the Eustis personnel and we were told it was a problem sensor and would not be a problem. We do not like driving vehicles with the check engine light on. Luckily the truck made it no problem.Richard P.

We've reserved a 15-ft truck for 8 am. When we arrived at 9 a.m. the customer just returned the truck that we had reserved at 8 a.m. She was complaining that they were charging her for not refueling the truck. We waited around 45 minutes before the manager attended us. It took us about a half an hour to inspect the truck. The truck was dirty, old and smelly. Also, it only had a quarter tank of gas. We spent another half an hour looking for a gas station to fuel up. All this unnecessary waste of time 8 into hour rental.. someone should have called us to let us know that the truck wasn't available at the time we requested. Also, they should have had a replacement truck ready for us at 8 am. Unacceptable! Thank goodness we didn't pick the truck up before 8 a.m. or else we would have been up the creek. There was a hand truck and bag of moving blankets mounted 2 the inside rear of the cargo area. This was space that we needed to use. This location does not operate with Integrity nor have a spirit of Excellence.JEANNETTE C.

Well maintained, clean but didn't note a previous piece of wood broken and now we are responsible?????? This is terrible to do a customer this way. Put the blame on your customers! Actually quite upset with them right now. There was a broken piece of wood when we received it on the inside and we didn't see it until we got to the house and didn't know it that it hadn't been noted before. Didn't know your system until I returned the truck to the personal storage where we returned it in St Cloud, Fl. I don't appreciate being ripped off for someone else's damages. I paid for the higher insurance too. I had to pay $65 for someone else's damages. When the lace I returned it to said it was never noted before. So I am pissed! We didn't do anything wrong, bought the extra insurance and got ripped off. Doesn't speak well for uhaul!PAMELA H.

I would recommend this location for convenience. However, I was a bit confused about the purpose of not restraining the dolly. It was just placed in back of truck and moved/slammed with every movement of the truck. You can do better than that for safety purposes.ANNA C.

Also, we had to pay $25 cleaning fee when we closed out our storage unit, even though we worked hard to make it clean before we left it. Was told that that is just the way it is. This was the third location I went to drop of the trailer. The other two including the original were full and could not accept my trailer. It took 3 hours and over 80 miles to bring my trailer I barely made it for my drop off timeJANICE C.
