The wait time was longer than preferred when I returned the truck. The two employees in the store were working hard, but with several customers and the phone ringing non-stop, they seemed like they had a lot going on. Overall, pleasant experience.

Tamika W.The truck should not have been rented in its current state. 1. It pulled hard to the right. 2. The steering wheel was rotated 45 degrees so all of the dashborad gagues were blocked. The only way to see the speedometer was to try to look around the steering wheel, which you have to do ever 15 seconds..... I told the guy when I dropped it off and they said they knew about it!

When I called to see if the truck was ready, since the promised call to me was never made, I was told the truck was indeed ready, and had been ready for quite some time. I didn't feel like my time schedule was given the level of importance it should have been given.
Charles E.I was a little skeptical when I picked up the truck and it had a 119K miles. I thought there was a chance I'd be calling Uhaul from the side of the road. But this 20' truck surprised me with the power, torque and ride being fuller loaded. Other than loading and unloading the trip was good.

Benjamin M.So very easy. Terrance got me started on my reservation paperwork on Friday afternoon for 10' truck to be picked up the next morning. I was in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. Saturday morning Suzanne, who I think is the manager, put the finishing touches on the paperwork, told me everything I needed to know about taking the truck and returning it, and I was on my way again in about 10 minutes after coming into the office. The truck ran perfectly and got better mileage than I had expected. Retuning the truck went even faster with Suzanne meeting me in the lot, recording the miles driven and checking me in on a tablet. Maybe 5 minutes start to finish after the truck came to a stop. This was a great experience, and if I ever need to rent a U-Haul truck I will come here. So easy, friendly, professional, and fast. I even knew what my total charges would be before I left the lot. Recommended without any reservations! :)
John M.Uhaul was very dirty but didn't mind. I just wish there was an allotment of mileage included in the rental similar to vehicle rentals since you have to refill the fuel before returning. Everyone that helped with pickup and drop off was amazing and friendly.

Had i needed this truck long distance, i do believe the truck would have broken down along the way. Had a lot of problems with finishin the reservation in store that ive not had problems in other states.

Kerry K.The truck was mechanically sound and dependable for our purpose, but the appearance was less than pleasing. There was mud on the exterior door handle and on the steering column in the cab. In addition, something sticky had been spilled on the floor and not cleaned.

CRAIG S.While the location in Oklahoma was great and was able to get me a vehicle the whole situation I got put in on my first reservation was ridiculous(Denver locations). I was given no input weeks before that my reservation might not be able to be fulfilled. I booked my reservation far in advance to ensure I had a vehicle. Then 3 days before I was told they could not get me a vehicle. Due to this I had to rent in Oklahoma drive to Denver then move my stuff to Arizona causing me an extra 10 hours on the road. How you work reservations only two days before is absolutely ridiculous! If there is an issue renting 26 foot vans I should of been notified far in advance to be sure that I had another option if you were unable to full fill. I know times are hard with vehicles being tempered with but better communication was really needed and made this move extremely difficult and wasted my time.

tj P.Everyone at this location has always been very helpful and very nice. My only irk, was the guy who checked me out, did not tell me that I would get a text asking me to fill out the state of the truck prior to leaving the location. My phone was on silent so I didn't see the text until I was already at my house and by the time I click on the link, it wouldn't let me dispute some of the pictures shown because it kept saying the link had expired. The pictures of the truck did not show the long scratches that were on the side. I did call the location and let them know I missed doing the text and they told me it was alright. Otherwise, they were all pretty awesome. :)

I can't turn around at location. Then get hit with refueling at drop off. Even though I put back in 1/2. Total gas scam.
