First I was charged for a truck that I didn't use. Then when that was all sorted out, I was charged for 3 days instead of two, overcharged for the basic safemove coverage (should have been $14/day was charged twice as much), overcharged for mileage (only drove 15 was charged for 45). All that and I still have yet to receive the correct adjustment credit. Paid over $200 and only should have been charged $110.

Get your computer synched with your reservation service. Required same info and check in experience 3 times because nothing was saved from walk in, call in etc. Also guy who hooked up my trailer never tightened down the hitch. Trailer fell off the hitch ball as soon as I left the yard. That is inexcusable.

I am not Roberta Haynes, my name is Josette. She gave you a false email and phone number. I have a copy of the receipt emailed to me with my email and phone number high lighted. I used to live with her over two years ago. Why she is using my email is baffling to me. I don't even live in Spokane anymore.

The lady at the drop off location in Arden, wa was very rude! I was forced to pay extra mileage due to the fact they wouldn’t allow me to drop the uhaul off at the location in the town I moved to. They made me drive an extra 22 minutes to a different location to drop the uhaul off. Using uhaul wasn’t the greatest experience. I’ll probably look into different moving truck rental companies next time!

Only thing I can say to help anyone who is under 5'4, remind them to place a pillow behind their lower back so their feet can reach the pedals :D

Over all happy, but each time I’ve picked up a truck they have me down for a later pick up. They reserved me nine size and they didn’t have it on the lot, got me into a bigger one for same price. Just seems very time consuming to rent from this location.

Improve your computer system. When purchasing supplies associate should be able to scan products with a manual scanner instead of customer lugging heavy boxes to the counter and associate searching for a certain product number to enter into your register. Very annoying and inconvenient for customer.

returning vehicle and getting pod out, was time consuming, with 3 visible people in the store helping customers, but each had a job and left the store with no one for about 10 minutes.....maybe just short handed, we didn't mind but I did hear couple state let's go to Penske.....Otherwise excellent and helpful folks there. Did I mention it was raining and snowing, first day of it.....

The gentleman at the desk - his name was Gregory was THE RUDEST INDIVIDUAL we've experienced in many years. My very mild mannered and polite spouse LOST it with this guy. Please train your people to maybe use another phone besides the front ones when making calls and to understand that rather than just ignoring a customer standing there it would be polite to acknowledge them AND to be polite in doing so. Really this guy was rude. We often rent equipment and have rented trucks twice since this experience -- from other companies. Won't go back to Gregorty's store ever. Arrogant, very unprofessional and nasty rude.

While the facility was clean and inviting, the management really has some work to do with their customer service. Moving is never fun or easy, management here could learn from the great employees.

We only returned a Ubox. Ubox was fantastic but phone contact is horrible. Extremely long wait times, usually to a central number that knows nothing and transfer you to other sites that know nothing.

At first they put a 60 yr old disabled woman on the 2nd floor. Offered n o help. Demanded we buy their lock instead of a good one we already owned. They were unfriendly.not helpful. I wouldn't go

It took an urgent call from me to get my boxes released to my unloaders. I understand it’s a busy time of year but I think your processes need to be improved to ensure better customer service.

I spent about $4000 moving U-boxes across country and storing for 6 months. I was charged an entire month of storage for 2 days (because I was on automatic payment) DON'T DO AUTO PAYMENT!

I will NEVER use U-Box again. Ginger did the best she could. But the entire operation & communication was awful. The boxes weren’t delivered or picked up when they were scheduled. Awful!!!

Issues with payment. Double charged when I was on automatic, so took off of automatic. Then the system changed, and the charges lagged a solid week or so to my bank (Bank insisted was Uhaul).
