Alex seemed to have an attitude both on the phone and in person. Left is on hold and forgot about us, has an attitude every time you would ask him a question. That was a big turn off. Carlos and the woman that worked there went above and beyond and they were always courteous

I never give a negative comment on anything but, I had my furniture in this facility from Nov 2019 until June 2020 and always paid on time. When I cleaned out my unit, I left a muffler (2ft long) a radio and 1/4 pie table in the Green area and I was told that i was gonna be charged for disposal...like really... Not a happy customer.

The manager Carlos is so professional and helped me so much. He goes above and beyond for the customer that’s why I use that Uhaul facility. I have had bad experiences with other managers in the Newark location and since then I only use the East Rutherford location where.Carlos always helps me.
