The original reservation in Knoxville was not upheld because the truck was not at the pick up location, but Heather came through with a van in East Ridge. The gentleman at that location was great and the van worked out perfect. Thank you Heather for all your assistance.Tracey J.

Was completely satisfied with the location and personnel but when I notified the employee that I was given the truck with only 30 miles and I put $100 in the tank, I was told that I would be given no sort of reimbursement. I am not sure which experience you are talking about. I reserved a truck 3 weeks ago only to show up to a location that was closed. After 45 minutes, I was told I had to drive 30 minutes away to pick up a different truck. I was also told that i would get a $50 credit to cover the extra mileage. I got billed the full cost of the rental and mileage. The van we finally got was great and the staff at the second location was awesome. However, we wasted almost 2 hours of our day and spent twice as much on the van. I would like the $50 refunded ASAP please. 26775713FRANK D.
The truck was clean enough, but smelled rather foul. It's not the fault of uhaul, as there were several air fresheners in the cabin. Additionally, I've rented several moving vans with the app and somehow any existing damage is never photographed. Is it possible that I'm always renting the vehicle after someone else has damaged it? The girls at this site are very helpful and friendly. I would only say I was expecting a storage I could drive up to, but that's not what the storage units are. Moving stuff in and out of the units is a bit harder because of the way it's situated.REBECCA W.

The location did great however when making online reservation for a Saturday the website did not reflect the 99 cent per mile chargeâ€¦it quoted me for the 79 cent per mile so the rental was way more than I actually wanted. Someone should have told me this prior to my appointment or the site should have reflected that when making the reservation. Not happy with uhaul about this whatsoeverJENNIFER H.
The only concern I had with the rental is that the right hand ramp/gate latch was impropriety aligned and, as a result, could not be engaged for securing the load with the ramp/gate.RANDALL H.

The location I went to pick up the truck was fine. But it's not where I was suppose to go. It was a inconvenience for me. I had a reservation but you didn't have my truck. Sent me to a different location. When I have a reservation I would expect to get what I had ask for. And also at the location that was set. It cost me more money for mileage and my time. Not happy. Your company did me wrong. But nowadays nobody really cares about customer satisfaction.kevin F.

Buy an ozone machine to sanitize the truck better. These are very effective with getting unwanted smells out of vehicles. The truck was very clean, however it smelled like someone smoked in the truck and tried to cover it up with air freshener!!Dalton M.

Unorganized, unprofessional. Store hours are from 7am-7pm. I had a long trip ahead of me, so I showed up at 7 on the dot. Stood outside waiting for store to open until 7:10. Not a word from attendant upon entry. Impersonal, seemingly annoyed transaction throughout. Rented a dozen furniture pads with my trailer, which he confirmed at the store. Got home, opened the trailer, no furniture pads. Drove back to the store which put me well behind schedule. I worked for a company where my surveys dictated how I got paid for 7 years, so I know how important these are. I don't usually leave one, but this experience was greatly lacking and needs improvement.JAMES P.

I needed to renew my rental for an extra day. I tried doing it online but it said it would be unavailable. So I tried calling the dealer and could not get through so I had to drive it all the way up there to be told yes I could renew it. I live at least 20 minutes from the location and had other things going on. When I got there, there was 3 employees. So one of them couldn't answer the phone or the website could have more accurate details of the rentals. Thank you.CRYSTAL H.
