It was an average facility. I came from another UHAUL that was newer and this facility seems a lot older. It was overall clean. I also was paying more for this unit than what I wanted to pay plus the additional increase in 2021 supported my decision to move out.

I had a storage facility with you guys from November 2005 to April 2020 and to my knowledge I may have had one small leak in a unit and they immediately addressed it and moved me into another unit. I’ve stored so many valuables including music instruments and never one time did I have a theft problem. I’ve never had a rodent problem either. Although the facility was comparable (except no light in the units), I was mislead by the staff. I paid ahead a month and moved out early because the location did not have a bigger unit I needed. The staff said I would receive a partial refund because I had paid in advance. But then told me after move out that we do not prorate. I have used this facility a # of times in the past, but probably never again because I feel i was mislead.
