Improve the after hours drop off to not require location sharing. If you have photos of the truck In place why do you need the location sharing? It would also be good to create a stronger customer service attitude.Allen D.
Improve the mobile check-in and drop off experience!!! The app does NOT work well! You have to be at the location at the exact time of your rental, otherwise you have to see a store associate to check-in. On pickup, the cargo van I rented was dirty (contained trash, hangers, used juice bottle) and had a very flat tire missing the air pressure cap that I had to fill and find a replacement cap for before starting my move. This will probably be my last time renting with Uhaul.NATASSIA C.

Easiest drop off experience I have had once we found a person to help. Drop off personnel were no where to be found when I pulled in. Had to walk around and look for someone and ultimately had to ask a person in the break room for help. Once that was done though the process was very easy and quick.STEVEN M.

They called me the morning of my reservation and claimed their were no trucks available. Told me the only option was to pick up 5 hours later than my reservation & at a different location 30 minutes away. This was an extreme inconvenience - yet they offered no discount or compensation for the error in any way. I don't see what the point of making a reservation is if they cannot fulfill it. When I arrived at the new pickup location, nobody offered to help me and nobody was in the building. I had to hunt down one of the 2 employees in the parking lot. They then proceeded to take me inside, ask me a few questions, hand over the keys and say â€œthe truck is outsideâ€. There were 15+ trucks in the lot and nobody offered any help. Extremely disappointed in my pickup experience.Cameron N.
The truck was old and did not drive well at all. The door latch was also old and in need of repair, which caused us to be unable to close the truck door after 8 hours of moving. We had to wait in the cold for roadside assistance, greatly delaying my move and causing a complete headache. The latch/springs/door needs to be replaced, it was a nightmare to deal with.CASEY P.

My complaint is that my location for pick up and drop off was changed. I ordered a truck by where I live in south Raleigh, and it was changed to north Raleigh which added 20 extra miles to the truck costing me about $25 more for the day. $170 cost for a one day rental is expensive.DARYL J.

Truck was smoked in. My checkout took 15 minutes of my 2 hour rental time as I was greeted by 4 workers and I was the only customer in the store. Check in took another 15 minutes before I was acknowledged by the return staff making it appear the truck was late being turned once entered into the uhaul system. I dropped off. The checkin process (24/7) was not readily explained. I had to take a series of pictures that wasn't explained as part of the process. I get it that it was for my protection and my say so in order to protect me from additional charges, but it isn't as simple as drop the truck off and drop the keys in the slot. UHaul needs to do better job of explaining the process up front. I could have waited another 15 minutes to bring the truck back when someone would have been there and the process would have been quicker.William P.
The part was not there eventhough I had received a text that it was . The manager drove 2 hours to get the part to install the hitch on my car. So the location service was great but u haul overall was not. Took 3 times to schedule as the part was not in. We were not notified either so a waste of our time getting there to realize part was not. Glad it is fixed now. Thank youSusan B.

The online reservation system was easy. The location is good as is the equipment. And the guy checking the truck back in was very nice. However, the woman checking the vehicle out to us was SUPER rude. She wouldn't make eye contact or answer our questions. She ignored us for most of our interactions until we repeated specific simple questions or requests. She was probably the worst customer service rep I've ever seen in a business. Very weird given how the whole exchange went smoothly except the foul attitude of this one key person!ADAM H.

The only reason I said no to the staff is because they was not very helpful the girl that was helping me was like didn't care what I was asking her at all so I letting her know that I didn't have a key and did they have a master key or something and she was like well there's nothing I could do about it you have to call a locksmith order for me to get it unlockedget so had to pay for a locksmith then when I got my truck it was on e and so when I went back in and asked why was the tank not full she's going to answer me and say well that's the only truck we got what can I say what can I do about it in a nasty demeanor way but other than that the supervisor of the store Miss RODNAI DREW but she's very helpful very polite had a pleasant communication and I really enjoyed. Talking to her and thank her so much for helping me out but her staff she needs to talk to them because the one girl that had on a hat she was tacky she had an attitude and it was very unpleasant and she needs to learn how to talk to customers and explain things better because if she have to look like that in the office then she really doesn't need to work there or her face twisted let's twist it and it's just unpleasant I wish that I had a chance to meet Miss. RODNAI DREW before I left to tell her thank you so much but she wasn't in the store when I went so please let her know that I said thank her from the bottom of my heart but she needs to have a sit-down talk with her staff when she's not around and how they should act towards customers But over all Miss. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. However, when there were no cars to move my stuff out of the storage, I went to the office and a lady there was like “oops, sorry, nothing we can do about that.” Most she did was to offer for me to pay one of the small trolleys. I purchased theClimate/Temperature controlled storage unit. The AC was not working properly. The main reason for obtaining the temperature controlled units is to store items from heat spoilage.
