Need to more closely review the order. I ordered blankets and was charged for those even though the man who helped me didn't put them in the vehicle.

Have more knowledge of what vehicles actually fit on the auto transportation!... I had a difficult time getting it loaded correctly because my car was longer than the transport.. It took time to make mechanical changes to get my car high enough to clear the Crank Post that is stationary on the transport so it would clear and go over it or else I wasn't going to be able to get my car on and home.. Between doing that,which took 1 1/2 hours of labor and the long 2 1/2 hour Very slow drive I had on 465 North out of Indianapolis going 4 miles for 15 miles I got charged Double for being a couple hours late and returning on the same day.. Your salesman Christian Abrams told me that even tho it was 6 hours , I had 24 to use and return it... Im pretty upset ,mad and disappointed..I SHOULDN'T get charged double for being misinformed that my car would feet without ANY problems.. I'll be glad to give u measurements of my car so you know that I'm not lying... Please call me to discuss this issue..thanks

The on duty representative was great to work with.

They had no one capable of doing the wiring. I was there over five hours waiting for service then told I needed to contact another UHaul facility to finish the job. Conversely I found the UHaul on north end of town to have excellent service. Taking two days off work for a trailer hitch installation was quite disappointing

Making sure that the people behind the counter actually know what they are talking about when trying explain fuel refill. They tell you one think then charge you at the end. Also better customer service from Christopher or whatever his name was. He was rude. Did not try to take the time to listen when you as the custer are trying to figure out what is going on. He lies.

Not enough staff on duty to adequately assist customers. Also, the manager is horrible and treats employees badly.

The staff at the on-site location we're phenomenal. However, the website stated that 9' cargo van would be available to rent, which is what I had intended to rent originally. When I got to the location, there were no vans. My recommendation is to keep information consistent between on-site locations and online.

I am a little upset that I was charged $6.00+ dollars for going 14 miles over my limit, yet no one gave me credit for the extra 1/8 tank of gas I purchased before dropping off the truck (it had 7/8 tank when we picked it up, but I filled it up completely before dropping it off. ). I understand rules and policies, but this seemed a bit nit picky to me. Not very good customer service.

I would rather have picked up from the store that I ordered it from. Your tow dollies are super loud over bumps because of all the metal to metal contact and I would probably go elsewhere because of how annoying it was to pull.

I was given a car trailer that they knew was broken when they hooked my car on it. I had to keep pulling over to reattach the belt to the tire. When I called to let them know the belt came a loose, I was told to immediately pull over because it was dangerous to drive without it connected. He knew when he connected it, it was no bolted down. It looked as if the car was driven over the belt hoping it would not come a loose. It did several times. That was seriously dangerous. I was very frightened and upset having to keep pulling over to redo the belt.

The key drop was hard to find. Better signage needed.

We had two flat tires on our trip, the 1. the road side service was fat and a nice guy took less than an hour to get us back on the road. The second one was slow, late, lied to us about response time did not have the right tire it took over 4 hours to get us back on the road. I would not recommend U Haul use this vendor this cost me another days rent

To better check the trucks, the one we rented give or take it was raining but it was leaking inside the truck so my things got more wet or got wet that weren’t when we put them in

I prepaid and did everything through the app and had a dolly added on which wasn’t in the vehicle, so I waited in a crazy long line with one employee working who said I could take one at no charge, but I was charged anyway

The vehicle was clean, not key attached for the attached lock on rear door, the check engine light was on the entire rental. Relatively old truck, rough gear changes, not much pick up/power.

One employee was frustrated that the customer service center was incompetent, that uhaul cut his hours and pay rate and said he was quitting. However, although bitter and on the edge of going postal, he was very professional and dedicated to quality. He had integrity. Which tells me uahul is not the kindest entity.

If you rent a truck in that bad of shape to someone who does not have experience driving commercial trucks - you will get someone hurt. That was by far the worst rental truck I have ever driven.

The guy here on 3/9/19 was by himself and doing the best he could to take care of a line that was out the door. He was running around to help everyone, and no one really waited too crazy long.

The pick up I would rate as excellent service with the gentlemen. The return I would rate as poor. I pulled up in the return drop off. The gal unhooked the trailer then walked away. Never one time came to me to say anything. I waited for 15 mins. I finally walked in stood inside for about a minute and NO ONE in site. I walked back out to my car called the store no one answered. It kicked me to another store who was having computer problems and could not find me in the system at all. I finally called back again and got someone at the store. I explained to them someone needs to have some sort of contact with the customer when dropping off equipment. I did not know if I needed to stay and wait for a close our receipt or if I was just supposed to go. It was a total waste of 20 mins. It seemed she was more worried with not being bothered since she was on her "smoke break". I would like to see more communication with the customers.
