The truck was filthy, there was no walk through done with me and I got the truck 2 hours after I originally requested. The staff at the store seemed to be frazzled.

first off. the staff were awesome. 110% very helpful and cheery. Give them a raise. BUT, they need help on busy days. Long weekend lineups were crazy. 2nd: the online checkin app is useless as you still have to wait in line. either revise the app so that you can checkin without going in or get rid of the app.

Was not the location I chose originally, and the vehicle I requested wasn't available. I had to take a smaller vehicle which resulted in more trips/more km driven. Also had to put on kms to go put air in tire because it was low. Cost me a lot more $ than it should have!!!

When I made my booking it was with Regina Muffler but when I arrived they said that they were no longer a uhaul location. Luckily the downtown location had the equipment I needed and saved the day.

It opened late and was understaffed. The rep working was doing the best with what she had to work with. I rented a utility trailer and was told, “you’re going to have to hook it up yourself.” My trailer was in rough shape. Missing anchor points, rusted, dented bed, wrecked wiring (that needed repair prior to me leaving), and wood chips in the bed. I was then told to ensure I cleaned it before returning it. I was given a discount for the wiring issues in the morning but I feel like basic maintenance of the trailer would have caught the faulty wiring and the overall disrepair of the trailer.

I have booked for 15ft truck for 9am. I got late due to other circumstances and the truck was given to someone else, without even informing me. This is not a good practice. At least a call can be given if booking is being cancelled. Then what is the purpose of getting the truck pre booked. Not a good thing that I'll appreciate about U-Haul. Not Happy.

A more thorough explanation about how the refund process works when you use a trailer for only 24 hours.

Trailer wasn't completely cleaned out. Had straw in it from hay bales or something. We had a tire leak midway on our journey, and roadside service via the toll free number was excellent. Was on a weekend and tire was repaired and we were back on the road within an hour.

Equipment handler was no where to be found and had to hook up trailer by myself and hurt my back doing so. Then was told if I had dropped off the trailer in the evening (even after the office was closed) I would not be charged the additional day which I was! Horrible customer service and false information provided!!
