This facility has a pleasant knowledgeable staff. The facility is easy to move around in and easy to memorize once you've made a couple trips back and forth to your unit. Our moving trucks made use of the loading docks which made our move in and out faster. This facility is not in a busy street and that made things easy too.Kevin S. | Overall Experience

Nothing, ya'll were awesome, curtious as can be, and when the truck wasnt returned on time the fees were MOST definitely reasonable and very affordable, and your staff were very understanding and helpful when I called to say that the truck was not returned on time because of mis-fortune, they were very accommodating to my needs, I'd recommend this location to anyone and everyone I knew that needed a truck to rentDAVID S.

When we picked up the truck! I was a horrible drive. The truck sounded like it was going to fall apart! It needed a wheel alignment really bad which caused us to swerve the whole 4 days of driving. Not only that once we arrived to the storage location. The Receptionist wasn't even expecting us, because we were in the system.Nasheia p. | First Impressions
The people work hard and seem to know their job. However, you software program is terrible. I have a difficult time finding how out charges for orders and then how much I was billed. I have found several mistakes on over-billing. Recently I was put on hold for non payment on a previous order even though I submitted my credit card when the equipment was ordered. You still have my uboxes in storage and I am anticipating a problem going through all the charges.DAVID J.

We reserved a pickup truck to use at 5 pm, we got there at 4:55pm and no one was there. We waited HALF AN HOUR and finally someone came back from lunch. Apparently, the guy that was supposed to be on shift just left. The girl that helped us was nice and accommodating, but the guy that had left literally left the door UNLOCKED while no one was in the office. It was very disappointing and terrible having to wait for half an hour just for someone to show up.PAULA B.

This location had the best customer service and the staff are extremely personable and friendly. It's rare to find such good people here in Phoenix, from my experience over the past two years. I would not use any other location than this one because the service is Far above average for Phoenix. The ONLY suggestion I make is that you carry the four wheel furniture dollies at this location because when I reserved online it was an option to add to my order, and I needed one, but once I arrived I was told they don't have them at this location. But the associate was apologetic and their friendliness made up for the shortcoming that is likely a corporate decision and not that if the branch location. Otherwise this location is Top Notch !! I would recommend to anyone!Timothy M.

Vehicle not washed but we did not have to wash it either so that was fine. Inside of the vehicle was fine. Gas mileage and power of the vehicle was great. The only problem was damage to the vehicle prior to my renting it. That was unfortunate, however, I'm grateful for the resolution. I'll be more careful in the future.Pamela D.
Service was fine, but issues with billing has been AWFUL! I have had issues with billing for over 3 months and have been on hold for hours trying to contact someone. I have filled out the billing form to get the credit back on my credit card and it still has not been completed. Two times, I have been talking with someone and they say "one moment please" and I am on hold for over 15/20 minuets. This is the second time renting with your company where I had had to go to a different location other then the one I reserved my vehicle from thru no fault of my own The original location where i reserved the truck was only two miles from my home. I was told the morning of the rental that the 10" foot truck i reserved at that location was involved in an accident. I could get a larger truck at same rate but a larger truck would not work at the event i was attending. In order to get a 10 foot truck I had to travel 12 miles passing three U-haul locations and adding an additional 12 miles to my total millage.The truck I finally received had a tire warning but I was told it was ok to drive. The check out process took longer than it should have and I resent having my drivers license photographed on cell phones with my personal information. As many times I have rented from you this information should be in your data base.Eric R.

I went in knowing the 10' truck didn't have a ramp. But if there was a point in the system where you tried to upsell the 15' truck with a ramp for only an additional $10, I would have been like, hmm, maybe I should invest $10 for the convenience of a ramp. When I went to return the truck at 620pm (the posted hours says it closes at 7pm), there was no one in the office and the doors were locked. I didn't know how to return the truck then since they had said that they would be available until 7pm. I was a little flustered and saw that I could return the truck on my mobile device by taking pictures, entering information, and dropping the keys in a Dropbox. While I was taking pictures the door was closed/locked on the vehicle with the keys locked inside. My fault, but surely they must have another set of keys and could help me out. The employee working there then shows up out of the woodwork and walks right past me without even saying hello. I had to go get his attention. Where was he 15 minutes ago when I was trying to return the truck? Had he been there, none of this would have happened. Anyway, I explain to him what happened and ask if he might be able to help me out with another set of keys. Apparently there is only one set of keys for this truck according to him. Surely I'm not the only one that this has happened to and they have some sort of unlocking service? He says no and that it's my problem and not his. So I ended up having to call for a locksmith and spend more money than I had wanted to in the first place. It was unfortunate that I had to unlock the truck myself and that they didn't have an extra key, but that was my fault, however his lack of effort to help me, his being rude, and him not being in the office when I had needed to return the truck made the situation so much worse than it had to be. I would not recommend using this facility.Michael B.
