Before delivering a truck for rent, make sure all the tires are not loose and safe to travel. The truck I rented, all the tires were loose and one did eventually gave out making a 4 hour plus experience in getting it fix.

Easy, smooth drop off. I would have loved a verbal warning about the fuel charge if it's not refilled, but I'm sure there's a warning buried somewhere in all the paperwork.

Uhaul corp messed up my return, this location didnt want to take my auto transport and wanted me to return to a different uhaul, even though my physical receipt said no drop location and I was told to drop it off with the truck. They made me pay $60 returning fee. Ridiculous.

I rented a trailer in the morning and returned it that same evening. The worker that unhooked it that evening NEVER put it in the system that I had returned it. 4 days later I get a statement for all the days and now I am out of that money while they figure out they messed up. I always cover my bases with pics at pick up and drop off. Don't trust them to email you the drop off inspection, get it right then!!!

The only complaint I have with this location is the layout of the “parking lot”/return area. A 26' truck and auto transport is difficult to maneuver even for an experienced driver. Other than that all staff was helpful and friendly even with me having issues with drop off locations.

Ryan was helpful and efficient. I do have problem with the way equipment is scheduled. I scheduled the trailer a week in advance at the 6939 W. Chandler Road U-haul. The agent was rude and told me that I would get a call. The day before I needed the trailer I went to the 4939 Ray Road location where Scott was very helpful and found the trailer and reserved it for me. Please revise the way you schedule so customers can know they can expect the equipment they ordered will be available!

I had to visit 4 locations (with reservations for each) to finally get a truck. One location had no one there. One location had no keys in lockbox, one location could not guarantee a truck would be available AFTER I made the reservation. Overall, it took me 3 hours after my reservation time to finally get a truck. I was told I would receive two $50 credits- but did not get both. My rental experience was horrible.

Good team there but had a new(er) service rep help me. She was trying to get the license photo to upload that I took It wouldn't work She tried and kept asking me to try again and over. Finally other reps came over to assist. However they all took pics with their phones of my license to get my registration to complete. So I ask â€" how can uhaul guarantee my privacy now that multiple employees have a photo of my DL on their phone??

I got charged 166 dollars more because guy guaranteed my size U-Haul you did not have my size U-Haul so I guess stuck with the itty-bitty truck trying to move a big ass house and then you guys had a nerve after guaranteeing me the truck to charge me all those miles and pay charge me 166 hours more than what I already paid I will make sure everyone does not use U-Haul if I can help it

Staff was rude and the tire straps on the trailer did not work! They tightened and then would loosen up and fall off within a few minutes of driving. The levers were rusted out. We had to stop multiple times on the trip to readjust.

Still waiting on a $4.38 credit for a return on a rope that I did not need. After waiting for 20 minutes I gave up. Turned in the rope and ask that once they figure out how to do a credit to please send me a receipt. No receipt as of yet. I will have to notify my Credit Card company to dispute the charge. Your system is not very user friendly for your employees. Sad to see getting a bad review over $4.38 credit.

The truck smells horrible and the representative couldn't tell me why I was charged 30+ more dollars. I didn't go over the miles and I turned the truck in on time. Therefore I would not recommend to anyone. Horrible experience and I was double charged insurance on the truck rental when that's no what i initially signed up for.
