When we dropped off our trailer in California, the Uhaul rep noted that the chains had not been hooked on properly in Arizona and were unsafe. Based on that fact, I would not recommend this site.Clay C.

The lot was tiny and the set-up was confusing. Because there's not enough room, people were getting blocked into the customer parking spaces while others got their trailers hooked up. The gentleman helping me check out and hook-up my trailer was the ONLY positive experience I had with this entire rental procesd this time. Phone customer service was rude and scheduling was a big hassle.JENNIFER G.

When someone flies from Kansas and uses one of your U-Haul, maybe you guys should actually have our reservation ready for us before we get stuck sitting in the ghetto at 9:30 at night. Ended up not having our truck ready for us even though it's been setup since early April. Luckily the nice lady with 24 hr service was able to get us a box truck. Then come to find out the location we were setup for didn't even have a pickup we could use. So then I had to Uber to another location. At the next location I was told I can't rent a truck with my debit card. All in all some reimbursement would be super nice for the rude and terrible service we received at both locations. The employee that checked me in and then disconnected the trailer I rented..had the personality of a goldfish. Very poor communication skills with customers. Also I got a call from them at that location in Mesa stating that I had not returned the trailer yet when I actually had returned the trailer the very next day. He never bothered to check me in. Again absolutely no personality from this particular employee. Piss poor customer service. Please fix it They need to check their inventory so I don't get dinged for that particular trailer. I'm not a happy customer mainly because of that location employeeBRIAN H.

The gentleman that was there when I arrived to pick up the u-haul, was very nice and courteous. I asked him â€œwill you be here when I return the u-haulâ€ said no. To my surprise he was there when I dropped the truck off. Poor guy said he was suppose to be off 2 hours ago. Well, I am happy he was there to check the truck back in. Really chill guy. Explained everything! I hope you can find his name and give him major kudosAaron W.

- Had to drive over 40 miles because my initial location (Elliot Rd. Tempe) did not have a van apparently at the last minute -Tire inflations were incorrect. had to drive to a Costco tire center to get the right tire pressure for our trip. -Had to clean the windows, side mirrors etc, to get the dirt off.George G.
