I've rented a 20ft 2x a week for the past month avg bill of $75. From this location..my past transaction I was charged for fuel of 1.9 gallons I thought it was full of gas when returned it. Drove 34 miles and put 12$ gas in it at 2.20gal. I was charged for fuel for 1.9gallon. I think that's petite after the same employees see me come in and rent 2x a week for past month. Broken items and a mess getting it picked up by the movers and brought to my house. I had to pay the movers directly because the uhaul location couldn't figure out how to set up a move with movers that work directly with uhaul. It was a pain but thankfully it's over and I never have to deal with it again.Brad W.

Staff was so helpful!!! Cab of truck smelled like weed. The first place I called to reserve a one-way truck could not accommodate me. But the gentleman on the phone called me back to take my credit card info and to let me know that I would hear from someone soon to reserve a vehicle. The woman who helped me with the final arrangements on the phone was so nice! So helpful! I had dealing with four people, three of them by phone, and EVERYONE was incredibly polite and helpful! I rented a couple weeks in a row and had a couple decent experiences. One that wasn't great and took 40 mins to be checked out due to system issues. That wasn't the problem though. The gentlemen that has helped me all three times (middle-aged white guy with a goat tee in rubber bands) says shit, fuck and goddamit more times than I can count as he's checking me out. Very unprofessional to assume that everyone speaks that kind of language. Cleaning up the language would be a huge improvement. âœŒðŸ¼JACOB A.

Wonderful and friendly people that provided fantastic service overall. Things were not always safe though. Inside - The workers didn't wear masks when amongst themselves and the customer didn't always have a plastic barrier when the uhaul service people were without a mask.Esteban R.
The truck exterior had mud all over it. We were told we were getting a newer model vehicle because we were traveling long distance and it was quite apparent, this was NOT a newer vehicle in the fleet. Also we had to go to another location to pick up our transporter. That was an experience in itself. I'm waiting to here back from Uhaul management regarding the major problems we had with the transporter. Bottom line, we will not ever rent from Uhaul again.Rick F.

The activation bell for the equipment return needs to be repaired. Sign says stay in vehicle but they don't know you are there I'd the bell doesn't go off after you drive over the hose. The workers there are good to go though.JASON P.

Very friendly staff. Me Hurdle went above and beyond to get truck and car hauler at this location. This eased my stress considerably as I was using Uhaul's services to move across the country. The truck was clean roomy and very comfortable.LUCIA H.
The Dalton Street UHaul was very superior to the one on Colerain Avenue where the vehicle I rented had a check engine light on when I picked it up. The cargo van was clean and easy to drive. Get new employees. Fire the ugly motherfucker with the tattoos under his eyes. I've never met someone more stupid in my life. I had a giftcard for $150 that he had no idea how to apply, and he tried convincing me to â€œjust use a regular credit cardâ€ and when I said no, he said â€œ$150 isn't something to throw a fit about-it's not that seriousâ€ then proceeded to tell me that $150 is just a pair of shoes to him (actually he said it's $40 less than a pair of shoes he would want) Unprofessional as fuck- and rude. I have fifteen refunds because he couldn't get it right the first time. While on the phone with his boss, he started laughing asking â€œis this how my whole Sunday was going to be.â€ Then they tried saying I didn't fill the tank back to a 1/4 tank. So he had to once again refund the discount once he rechecked the gas meter of our truck with my boyfriend. Told him that today was super busy- but I WAS HIS FIRST AND ONLY FUCKING CUSTOMER. After the receipt was printed, he tossed the paper across the counter and stood up and walked away without saying anything.Kelsey H.

We were turned away at the Gilbert age sight. Had to drive to dalton st, not a convenient location. We arrived waited, no one helped us. Went inside and talked to the man at the desk. He took the keys and said he would sent me a receipt. I was billed for the $73.00 for the six hours I had the truck. Yesterday I was filled an additional $230.00 for the four days. I had the truck for six hours, topped off the tank... you owe me $230.00. Terrible experience, the Gilbert ave location was awful. I pulled in, started the process to turn it in, only to be told they would take the truck and the. Sent me to dalton st... I will not be using uhaul in the future and will war others to look elsewhere.David B.
