Jhoan TI would like to say that the people in the store were very nice and professional. The question that I have is about the online option to pre register but you still have to stand in line once get to the store to pick up your truck. There should be a area just to pick up your truck that you have already set up.
Carmalita Tthe snap and go hitch was horrible on the 6X12 trailer. They need to go back to the old screw down locking devices. We spent an hour trying to remove the hitch from the ball and even called road side assistance for help over the phone. We finally removed the hitch from the my truck. The folks at this Uhaul are awesome and I went and picked up the hitch the next day.

Haskell JMy recent rental was filthy on the outside, inside was decent, other than the marijuana smell. Steering pulled to the right, tire alert was on, and the side view mirrors did not work. Brakes were also iffy, especially after I loaded my stuff. I don’t care what they do on their own time, but maybe lay off the weed until you get home.

Jeffrey CI will NEVER use Uhaul again. I reserved truck, when I went to go pick it up was told I couldn't rent a truck and needed to call a number. The number I called stated my waiting time would be a hour.....after 24 minutes the lady in charge asked what I was going to do with my reservation I said I'm holding on the phone for an hour to see what I'm going to do...,she then told me she knew why I couldn't rent the truck and I looked at her confused.... thinking well why did you make me wait over here for 24 minutes???? She proceeded to tell me it was 12$ owed from my previous rental...but never stated exactly why. I explained to her I never received phone calls, text, nor email about the matter.

Joyce CThe uhaul app moves very slow when on the property for check in/checkout. The location was over filled with trucks I had to park on curb along with 6 other people. My car was trapped inside the parking lot because of all the trucks blocking entrance/exit. I had to drive my car over the curb scraping the bottom of my car.

They kept it professional but overall the politeness was forced. Not only that but a lock mysteriously appeared on my unit for months that I had no key for.I kept telling them it's not my lock. It was verified by housekeeping that it was definitely the facility's lock. However after calling corporate they finally obliged and removed the lock & put one that they had a key for on there & let me get my belongings, so that was appreciated. But the incident went on for too long & I refused to pay a removal fee for a lock that I never put on nor had knowledge about. But in the end all was resolved. And they really have to do something better with parking. If I am renting a Uhaul I shouldn't have to be rudely told that I need to park my car next door @ a restaurant that might even tow it. I'm a customer and should be accommodated. And it was a bigger inconvenience because you literally had to leave the facility go about a half mile up to turn around and another 3/4 of a mile to U tirn to get back to the restaurant next door. I overheard one of the staff say well I'm just going to start towing cars that keep parking where the trucks are. I just that was rudely said. & there should be MORE parking for customers. The only reason they are parking there is because there is lack of parking..But there's definitely a resolution needed. Have a great day

Our current landlord is forcing us to move because they want to tear down and rebuild on the property. We were told if we wanted to stay just 3 more days until our new home is ready for us to move into we would have to pay $1250 . Or be out by 3 pm Friday at 11:30 am yesterday morning . So, im 27 hours we had to find a storage unit rental truck big enough to move 2 house holds , totaling 7 because my in laws live next door and received the same demands. We have lived here 5 years, take care of the property, are very respectful and responsible. And the property manager, who is the property owners mother could not allow us 3 extra days to move. And even started “we were playing games. Wow! You just made 7 human beings homeless because of your selfishness and arrogance. Anyway, thank you Brandy for working it out so that we could keep the truck 5 extra hours, to unload what did not fit into our 1st storage unit. Which btw we were offered 1 months free storage rent for rental of the truck .

When I picked up my belongings they had been gone through and items missing. When I put my belongings in storage there were no empty or open boxes. When I told the female working there on Monday the 8th, she called me a liar so I left the empty boxes for her. Those human traffickers are conning, conniving and commit grand fraud against people.

We asked if they would at least split the cost since we didn’t want the more expensive unit and were told they didn’t have the authority. They were very nice and helpful about everything except this and we have to pay almost $200 a month for a unit with many more features than what was agreed upon at rental time. In my opinion, a confirmed reservation should be the same as a contract and upheld as such. They should have honored the price of the other unit since they messed up in their system.

Also, there's no lift available to get to the upper units on the lower levels; therefore I had to carry a lot of heavy items up stairs and down the hall to reach my particular unit.
