Trailer rented had been damaged. There were holes in the front and roof which were "patched" with white tape. This allowed a large amount of water to leak into the trailer while in use. Some of the contents of the trailer were wet upon arrival at the destination. Luckily the trip was short and I could unload quickly upon arrival.

My only issue is around the ordering process I went online to order a room at cost of 179 monthly and when I got to the facility I was told it was bought by someone else and online which seemed frustrating to me. the only room available was the one for 199 monthly. . When I was online it did not tell me that I could lose my spot to someone else or that it was even an option for me to lock my spot so I’m not sure how that happened.

I will not recommend to any one. The reason beyond that I use the truck only for 2 hours & travelled only 11 km & u haul charged me $ 164 , as discussed the basic charges was 29.99 + taxes& total was$ 64 but after return they charged me $ 100, it's surprising So definitely will tell to all that don't go there.

I am satisfied with the storage ,the only cone with the outside storages is moisture and with coming rain season that serious problem for some stored articles. Convenient location close to 91 connector and HWY 17 .They have also inside storages with climate control but too small for myself .You can store there RV ,boat ,car. Moving trucks for hire on side, a definitely an asset ,with all the packing supply including locks makes such a hassle as moving ,a great experience .Thank You!

The initial 'terms' I signed up for in the beginning- changed drastically over the years. The power to the locker was shut down in the evening. So no lights at night inside the unit. I had to pay for extended access, as the site hours were cut down. It was hard to access the locker often as there were so many Uhaul trucks blocking the access to the unit aisles. The power plugs outside were locked and there started to be a charge for that. I only very rarely needed to test an item and that was made difficult after hours. The rental costs increased at least every six months, and always an excuse that there were site improvements- none that I noticed. The drain over my unit leaked and dripped down in my door area. I had issues with my credit card due to hacking etc and the bank said regular charges would go through. But obviously not set up that way. So recently a charge didn't go through and the office knew it on that day and could have sent a courtesy email, but NO courtesy with Uhaul, instead wait until the 4 th day so that they could bill the extra $15.00. Then also seemed to start billing on the 28th, not the due date of the 29th. On sign out day, I asked the office girl to attend the locker to confirm it was clean and empty- several times, and she refused. She was rude and did not even thank me for my over 10 years of business. One of the workers was letting their friend park in one of the aisles one day. Of course right in front of my door. Hard to get the guy to move and the worker seeing the problem didn't even step up and ask him to move. I'm sure I can come up with more items. You asked for feedback- also I have given feedback in the past and it was met with deaf ears at the 'head office' level. Just forwarded back to the actual site, which was pointless as they were the ones unwilling to listen to any feed. Thanks to Uhaul for the many years of questionable service.

Great service by Harpreet. Only thing preventing me from giving a higher rating was the missing items we paid for but didn't get. We paid for a moving dolly, a hand truck and moving covers. We had to call the location back and explain we didn't get them even though we prepaid for them. Harpreet adjusted the invoice but we missed out on using the equipment that would have made the move easier.

I am a professional driver and as such do not require much in the way of assistance. When I dropped the trailer, it was dark and raining hard. The very polite staff member pointed to the general direction where I should put the trailer but did not escort me or observe me. I had to reverse the trailer into a spot which for the average driver would be a challenge. As a business manager myself, I would not leave it to my customer not to damage company equipment on my property.

I booked a furniture dolly and a hand trolley as I had a lot of heavy stuff. When I got there to pick up the truck I was told there were no dolly or trolley - no apology, simply “I can't help you”. I had to go and buy a dolly in order to complete the move. Don't promise what you can't deliver

The service I got was very bad, I was given a damaged Tow Dolly , I was told this was okay to drive but it was not. The tow dolly's pin of the ramp was damaged and the ramp fell off. part way into our trip the tow dolly ramp started falling off. I only drove this because I was told it was ok to drive to my destination.They said it was fixed but it was just taped together with masking tape. I barely made it to my location alive. The ramp kept falling off due to its not proper fix. The straps were torn and wore everything about it was bad. It's unacceptable that I paid for something like this and was told it was ok It was only putting my family's life at risk. It was a 17 hour drive and for uhaul to think it was safe to drive this equipment that they knew was very damaged and unsafe on the Coquihalla highway is unacceptable.

It was not so much that the equipment was not maintained or clean, I was given a trailer with a padlock with no key. Somebody locked the trailer overnight and I had no way to open it. When I called the depot I was instructed to cut the lock and as such had to purchase a bolt cutter which cost me an extra $30 out of pocket. A key should be provided if a lock is.

I rented a spot in the gravel parking area. I was amazed at how some, not all, just some of the clients used their space. These clients would maximize their space with multiple items, cars, junk. When the space is clearly for a one vehicle, rv, or boat. In my opinion there is enough demand for your parking space, you don't need to have clients that use, abuse every square footage or the liability to potentially damage vehicles beside those few abusers.

Because this location is rather remote, it would be helpful to have a paper process for return of vehicle, should one's phone be low on power or not functioning properly. We had issue with reception at pick up of the vehicle and the process of picking up took over 40 minutes. The vehicle was dirty inside upon pick up. Not filthy, but not clean. The other issue was at booking. I had booked for pick up in Vancouver, only to be told a day later that I would have to pick up the vehicle in Delta. When i called in to inquire, I was told that "that's just the way it is, take it or leave it." Not very good customer service.

The young lady at the counter gave me the wrong keys to a truck that she had taken the gas gauge reading off of. As I drove away I realized that the gas gauge was not correct that she had given me on her sheet of paper. But according to the contract I had to fill it to the same amount which was an overcharge that I mentioned to her and she said “oops I gave you the wrong keys”. Pretty pathetic

The lady in the office called Christina is not helping. I walked to check if anything available. She said nothing is available and asked me to walk away. I booked on line in front of her face. She checked me in. Then I asked her to change my drop off time from 9 to 11. She said the file is finalized, can't not be changed. I told her straight forward that she better changed it before I claimed. Then she changed right away. There is no professional behave, no customer support at all.

I was bounced to a THIRD location, inconveniently located. They DID NOT have all the equipment I had ordered. I was given a dirty vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas. I had to buy gas to return to my house 25 minutes away. THE AGENT was totally indifferent to my disappointment in being underserved. This is a regional problem. Another roommate ordered a rental in Vancouver and was bounced to this location also. I have been renting UHaul's for years. This entire experience was a blight on UHaul overall.

Rented the 6x12 trailer, original location was suppose to be closer tomorrow work but saddly uhaul called to inform me the trailer thats reserved is no longer avilable as it was not functional. The customer rep was really quick to help me book for the location at Delta. Delta location was very friendly and I was late in returning the trailer and the staff was really friendly when I dropped the trailer off. Definitely recommend the Delta location

The initial photos of the truck used for the pre-inpsection appeared to be taken a long time ago when the truck was new. This was not reflective of the current condition of the truck with all the scratches, scrapes, dents, etc. I find that deceiving.

Assist the customer with the trailer when picking up and returning could be improved. The attendant and I hooked up the trailer, but the minimum effort was given. When I returned the trailer, I was given the receipt and told to put the trailer back where I picked it up. The attendant did not get up from the desk and seemed not to care about the trailer or the customer.

Dropped the uhaul trailer off at south Wellington location in Nanaimo. Was very impressed with the service, we dropped off late and the gentleman came out to help us Also impressed with the Wellington location in Nanaimo where they gave us a dolly to use. North Delta location can be abit of a challenge to deal with because of inexperienced personnel

Vehicle needs a oil change according to the read out. Also what is the purpose of needing a picture of my drivers license. Are your employees not competent enough to check a drivers license? This seems like a potential security risk for your customers.

The staff at this location were ok. I showed up, they indicated I needed to finish the vehicle check through mobile due to my booking. The mobile chat agent could not help. I completed all information, and they couldnt complete my order. The staff onsite then completed my order. So not sure why they couldn't do so originally, but fine...process. But the mobile app disconnect and agent was aweful. It wasted 30 minutes of my time. The fact that my initial truck, that was indicated available and we booked, was not available, inconvenienced me further for time and money. The van was in ok shape, but was not "clean". It wasn't filthy, just dirty from rain or dirty water and debris. The driver side window stopped working for a bit. I was told there was more gas in there than there was, so I corrected that through the checkout. The location wasn't the issue so much as the app process. I would not recommend the mobile process to anyone.

Only employee on staff was a young girl. She did an excellent job of the administrative aspects but was unable to attach trailer to the tow vehicle. I was unsure of how much to help due to insurance considerations (but in the end did help). At the end of the day - no complaints. My suggestion is that at a this location at lest two staff be on duty at all times.

I'd reserved a 5'x10' storage unit but could only get a 5'x5' on arrival. I understand the dynamics of the storage market but a heads up text or email would have been helpful. I still need a 5x10. Upgrade to the first available should be automatic. Staff were not able to speak to it. Your staff are very pleasant and customer focused. Management/owner should routinely listen to their ideas and input for improvement. This would make a difference!

Convenient location, clean unit and helpful manager. My unit did not have a lock but the manager answered my call and immediately brought me a lock which was super helpful. Would have appreciated a light bulb in the unit but not essential.
