Overall the storage unit and area was clean and well maintained but when the air conditioning in my unit's area was broken for multiple summer months, I tried communicating with the store manager via email and phone and received no response. I even reached out to the district manager, who assured me I would be receiving an update and never received a response from anyone. Despite a 1/2 wait caused by the computer system having gone down earlier, the service at pick-up was excellent. the drop off was almost non existence. i gave up and left the pick-up with keys inside as the person instructed me form a afar. no contact, no record no- nothing he was literally cleaning the truck delivered before me, instead of pausing and taking my pick up and then going back to the prior vehicle.Fernando A.
The waiting time was very long, I made the reservation ahead but the equipment was not available, the pick up truck was very dirty inside and damaged outside. The staff is rude and just threw the dollies and hand truck in the back of the pick up truck; so it got stuck between the cargo floor and the back door, it was almost impossible to get it out. The receiving staff is horrible, always trying to find a way to change you more...Diana L.
First if all you should maintain the reservation as it was done. I reserved a 26' truck and when I got there I was given a 20'. Lady didn't even told me there were not 26. Pay attention to The Customer you are ta King Care of, not listen to coworkers conversations. The Lady that assisted me had to do the contract 3 times. Told her closed trailer and a dolly. She asked me: closed trailer or open a couple of times told her closed and she still made the contract with open trailer, no dolly. Second time, no dolly, added dolly and later found out there was no dolly had to return to the office and new contract had to be made to remove the dolly and charged me again. Waiting fir my card statement to confirm they voided the first transaction. The â€œGentlemanâ€ that assisted us outside was sitting down I do not know if on the phone but I had to speak to him several times because he did nod respond nor even acknowledge my presence and I was standing right in front of him, and when he finally acknowledged me we was rude and almost screaming at me like if I was a child. I am a Lady, and thought he was tired , even at 9 am, walked with difficulty and just listened to his directives, no point in calling his attention and manners , maybe he did not have a good education , but all of them have NO PEOIriana C.

You guys suck first rented my truck I had for pick up at 6:00a in Miramar then send me 30 miles away away from my location to pick one up and couldn't even get any discount for the long trip horrible part from the Miramar location for not calling me the day before for not calling me and telling me they where going to rent out my truck just horribleSammy Y.
Check each truck throughly, especially when renting one-way. This truck had a major water leak causing damage to personal property. An engine exhaust leak under the cab, and a major engine belt squeak at all timesRoberto A.

Your contactless online service didn't work. When I went inside to ask where it the scanning code was your agent was rude and sent me outside. The outside agent sent me back I so I went to a different agent but he was rude too. Finally had to do everything inside. Agent wouldn't look at my Rez number on my phone and insisted on looking it up by name. The only redeeming moment was the agent that brought the truck around and then received it on return. As stated in my comments about the pick-up location, I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas it had when I picked it up. I had a picture showing that. But because the contract said the tank was completely full, They didn't want to consider the picture and all my explanation and charged my additional $25 for the difference.RODOLFO M.
I was very disappointed with the overall experience. Despite having everything pre-arranged AND speaking to a customer service rep prior to arriving to clarify my needs, the girl at the counter did not honor the online offer for a free month of storage unit with the truck rental. All the employees, I encountered were very professional. However I am still waiting a call from the owner as per customer service. Poor management. I took 2 stars for that reason. I had to drag my ass 10 miles to ask the employee behind the counter about my lost credit card & driver's license. When arriving at the location to pickup the keys through self service, a maintenance man told me I could not use my assigned truck due to a mileage issue. He told me to pick another and go inside to get the keys. However, with the self service there was supposed to be keys in the box for convenience. I was inside and waited in a line. One of the ladies was behind the desk but supposedly on break. The other was very kind and helpful. However, I was given the same truck the maintenance man told me not to take. It took thirty minutes to get the truck, and I expected it to be quicker given the self service option.Jacob B.

You had only one (1) employee receiving equipment returns and dispatching equipment rentals on the afternoon of Monday, October 11. There were more than 10 customers returning trucks, vans, trailers, etc. and another group wanting to take delivery of their reserved trucks and vans. The sole employee kept fidgeting with a malfunctioning bar code on some wooden box for over 45 minutes instead of postponing that and servicing the customers as well as clearing the grounds of equipment coming in and going out. The line of cars went around the block. I got there shortly after 4:30 pm and left at 6:15 pm and he had only taken care of two customers, the guy in front of me and myself. They were to close at 7:pm, but there was a long line of vehicles waiting to be attended to. This is not acceptable.fernando L.

My reservation for a van was at 16500 S. Dixie Highway for 2 PM. I had to drive 6 + miles to the location at 6701 S. Dixie Highway to rent a van because my reservation at the first location was not available. I incurred extra cost, extra time, and had to deal with a poor attitude from the employees at that location. I asked if I could rent a 10' truck, as there were 6 sitting outside and was told no. I will never use U-haul again, and will tell everyone I know about the poor experience I had.Josh R.

The person who I got my unit from gave me the wrong number unit, so when I unloaded my car and brought everything up to what I thought was my unit, it was apparently not my unit. I had to unload everything back into my vehicle, go into the store and wait in line to get my correct storage unit, go back and load everything again and bring my stuff up.
