I reserved my truck here. Then a few days before pick up I drive in to get boxes and was told there is no where to park so go park on a different street. I left and got boxes at a friendlier establishment. Picking up truck again NO PARKING so rudely again told to park on another street and walk. Not customer service based and don't seem to care.

Not happy with the following items: Having to use my cellphone to accomplish items which were always in the past handled one the counter (your apps did not work and website useless; Trucks were dirty: having to negotiate the start of my driving experience with just 1/4 tank of gasoline was troublesome and too much room for fill-up machinations; threatened with a "convenience fee" on top of the already price structure was not appreciated; tires were obviously low on air. side mirrors difficult to localize. Just a bad experience overall. That said, your personnel were extremely helpful and courteous.

I normally have great service at this location, but this morning was much different. The gentleman behind the counter when I walked in decided to tape up a box while I waited. When he was finally done he looked at me and said “ yeah“ I replied “just waiting on you” he replied “I'm waiting on you now” I replied “you must be having a bad day” he said no but you must be. From now on I will drive the extra miles to go somewhere else where I get treated better. Again this wasn't my normal experience with this location, but this young man was rude and didn't want my business

they had no parking for customers and asked me to park around the block in the neighborhood. A walk of about 1/2 mile. I asked them if i could park in the parking lot since i had knee surgery about 1 month ago. they said "NO". I paid another customer $20 to follow me so i could park and give me a ride back. Unbelievable!! they had plenty of empty spaces , I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN

I was over/falsely charged for gas. If your 15ft trucks take 5 gallons of gas for 11 miles, you definitely have an issue with over charging. Or even the 3 gallons I was charged for. I put back 2 gallons. Makes little to no sense to rent from you.

Your final drop off procedures had technical difficulties. I never had a chance to check out after I followed all the instructions with uploading etc.... even though I was first to drop off my 20' truck, as others were showing up behind me they too had similar issues

The entire staff from beginning to end were RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! From the guy who told me where to park, to the chick who checked us in to the guy who checked us out...terrible experience. I will spread the bad news about this location. And get rid of the people harassing you as you drive in looking for a job. So unprofessional!!!

Trailer had minor damage all over it and door would stick, making it difficult to operate. Hitch was all rusted.

I did not hear your return gasoline policy at the time of rental , i assumed it was the same as every car and truck rental company in America. its full when you take it out so you return it full or pay a $10 a gallon fee. so i rent your truck, I buy full coverage insurance, i buy boxes and paper and tape from your store, i drive the truck a maximum of 40 miles. 1 block away from your store i go to a gas station to top the truck off with gas prior to return, i start the fueling process i open the back of the truck and sweep it out then fold stack and count the 48 furniture pads i rented from your store. then i go to the pump to return the nozel to the pump and the pump reads $200. I thought man i only drove the truck 40 miles so i return the truck to your store, early 5 hours before its due back all clean and full of fuel like any responsible renter would do, hand over the keys and explain that the truck took $200 worth of gas and am roudly told i should have read my contract we dont credit back gas unless the truck goes out under 1/4 of a tank or less. so i look at my contract and the truck went out with 1 small mark above 1/4 tank i explain that i was not told your gas policy or did not hear it and again am told sorry nothing we can do, so i ask for the truck keys back so i can take the truck back to my house and get my $160 worth of gas out of it because i had returned the truck 5 hours early and was rudly told that sorry they cant give me the truck back because i was going to get my fuel out of it. so i asked what they do when someone returns a truck without enough fuel in it and was told that the renter is charged for the missing fuel. i was pretty upset by now and a nice counter girl of yours said she would take my information down and talk to the store manager when he returned in 2 to 3 days but she could not promise anything. so im going to wait 3 days and hopfully get a call from the manager telling me they are going to reimburst me for the extra gas or at very least let me get it back myself. and if that does not happen i will spend every minute i can telling this story and discuriging everybody i know and work with and talk to from doing business with Uhaul. i will steer them to Baker rentals / Sunbelt where business is conducted properly.

Consider closing later. The only appointment available was for 2:30pm, we didn't even know till we got there that they closed at 5pm. Once getting there the process took about 20 minutes, taking more time away from us. We literally rushed everything because we didn't have enough time.

The only issue I have is that the original location that I used for my reservation was in Santa Ana. We were clearing out storage units located 1.9 miles from the Uhaul at 822 S Harbor Blvd, Santa Ana, CA 92704. This caused me to have to pay for additional 15.4 miles. I really don't think that was right or fair.
