We rented the Ready to Go plastic boxes for an upcoming move, however they were so dirty we didn't even end up using them. They were covered in dust and smelled awful. Please sanitize your equipment thoroughly before renting it out to customers. Especially during a pandemic. Customer service was fine.Camille C.

I cannot believe your rep has to call another phone number of mine that belonged to my sister and/or my aunt at 7am in the morning for some reason. I already had driver's license and paid the rental via credit card. I've always rented fro Uhaul and this is the first bad experience I ever had. Horrible. I rented out a uhaul and set up pick up for after hours. They lock the trailer and email you the code to unlock the uhaul so u can access the key. Well, unfortunately they gave me the wrong code for the lock which forced me to cancel and delay my move and i had to pay the movers. So I had to go back on Sunday and even the employee couldn't unlock the truck for me. And it took about 30 min for them to access the correct code to unlock the trailer. I complained, and the front desk girl that was working that morning said she would credit me back $50 and it would be added to my card. It is now SEPTEMBER 16 and still no refund !!!!! Someone needs to call me ASAP!Caroline R.

The line was long about 60 minutes just to get service. It would be helpful to know you have to have someone they can call in case of an emergency AND that U-Haul has to confirm this with them. The gas gauge showed full. The paperwork reflected the same. When I finished the day I filled the tank. I put 6.8 gals of gas in the tank. I only drove 23 miles. I brought my concern to the office. They said it probably needs a tuneup. Absolutely unbelievable answer. Even if the truck got 10 miles to the gallon I would have driven 68 miles to have spent that much gas. I drove 12 miles total. This is a deceptive practice and should not be tolerated. Shame on UHaul. I'll not forget this and will pass this experience on to anyone that will listen.Don R.

The new call another person requirements wastes a lot of time. I was no. 3 with one person at the counter, and it took over 20 minutes to check in, even though you already had my credit card. I was just renting a trailer. This should have taken 5'. The trailer had lots of hangar rash and then i'm comparing it to the trailer when new. Of course i'm not going to accept it and had to take a bunch of pictures. What happened to the old system of not worrying about anything with an x by it. Then the staff did't pull the trailer out but i had to back to it, and could barely get it out w/o hitting the other trailers about 8 inches away. You used to be fairly quick, fast, and easy. This was not my preferred pick up location. Uhaul called the day before my move to tell me I needed to pick up from this location instead. When I arrived there was no parking available to leave my vehicle. I was told to go find street parking then walk back to the store to pick up the truck.CHLOE P.

The app is good, but doesn't work smoothly. I uploaded my license and it wasn't there when I picked up my trailer. When I checked out. I couldn't upload the trailer pics requested. Overall an excellent job by the staff at this location. Very efficient and courteous. My only comment is that the 26' truck I rented had 195,000 miles and whatever shocks it once had were trash long ago. VERY bouncy ride, empty or loaded. My furniture was well wrapped so it should be ok but anything fragile would take a beating from all the bouncing.Rob E.

The manager was verbally abusive after I questioned why they weren't more responsive at my check-in outside. He taunted me with "Yeah, that's what I thought" when I didn't engage in his rhetoric. The woman who checked me in was lovely but the gentleman that is supposedly the manager was not qualified. I will never use this location again and will travel to Huntington in the future.Jason G.
I rented a 10' truck. It did NOT have air conditioning! It's is 90 degrees and high humidity and I needed to drive with the window down because the HEAT was on! When I returned it I was told that the truck I had been given was NOT supposed to be rented out! I would like a REFUND!KRISTI J.
