I'm not a fan of agreeing on a price to rent a truck and then when you go to pick it up, it jumps up $15 for undisclosed fees. I think you folks should "include" those fees on the qouted price. On this rental, Uhaul and I agreed on $114 to rent a 10' truck one way. When I picked it up, the rental jumped to $129. I have no problem paying the fees, I just think it makes better business since to already include the fees in the quote. By not including the fees, I feel like Im being nickeled and dime. If you quote a price, thats what you should stick too. Thank you.

It was really busy the morning I returned the trailer. There was a lady renting a truck, a guy needing propane and me returning the trailer. I got out of there without too much of a delay, but he needed help.

One worker told me to wait in my truck. Waited until another worker said I would have to go inline inside to get my trailer. Arrived at 8:50 for pre-registered 9:00 pickup. Pulled out ready to go at 10 :10.

You need to have parking space for your customer's cars. The system at this particular U-Haul is that the customer must park on the street in an area marked as two hour parking. I asked about that and was told that parking enforcement ignores the two hour limit. However, if they didn't ignore the limit and I got a parking ticket I would still be responsible for paying the ticket. As it stands right now, this is a very poor and very precarious situation for the customer. You, U-Haul, really need to remedy this situation. Other than that I received excellent help and service and the pick-up truck was brand new and fun to drive. Gary C.

NOTHING!!! Michael Hinkley and the other staff members were very professional and helpful. Michael went out of his way to right a mistake I made ordering a trailer hitch I needed for our vehicle. Every effort should be made by uhaul to keep an outstanding asset such as Michael in place. Also, the crew at the Roseburg facility did an amazing job installing the hitch in short orser. I was supposed to drop off at another location but because my cell phone doesnt get coverage in th area I could not use my GPS to drive to the correct drop off and the gentleman in Coos Bay made the drop switch for me without charging me extra.

Same as before. The people were fine. I was given a vehicle that barely made it to my destination and cost me a incredible amount in fuel. I was well over $1200 on gas. Should have been about $500.

My so was on an 8hr drive with a newborn baby when the car in his tow dolly started to come off. The car was placed on the tow dolly by the employee. They could have been killed or killed someone else. Their solution was a $50 credit. Will never use the Coos Bay store EVER again.

Customer service for pickup and drop off were both exceptional. Knowledgeable staff, great prices, ease of process. The only thing I don't like is the dolly and blankets already in the truck. They take up space I paid for and if I move them, I have to pay for them. They should be an option to add to the truck.

When I arrived, they were surprised I was there. I was instructed to call the 888 number and possibly drop the truck at another location - they had a surplus of 26" trucks. This took a fe minutes but was resolved quickly. The personnel were fine but frustrated by management decisions.

I sat in the waiting area while a hitch was being installed in my 2000 Ford Ranger. I was witness to Michael and another staff person deal with a busy counter with professional skills, excellent product knowledge and respect for Uhaul customers. A very good job was done by all.

Great experience. Not as expensive as I had thought it might be. Boxes were great, bubble wrap was good, the tape could be improved, but overall the truck was clean and I had no problems.

I was promised my U Box pick up at 10 AM and it wasn't ready when I arrived. I received it at 11:45AM which was inconvenient especially because I was paying a friend to help me trailer it.
