Truck exterior very dirty. Need to replace wiper on driver side. Alexander was nice.

Service was prompt and employees were very polite. There was no delay in getting g the van we rented was was very low mileage. Would use them in the future without reservation.

The associate put in the wrong destination. I had to call later to get it corrected.

Always have had a good experience here. Used their equipment which has always performed as expected and rental of storage unit on par as well.

Excellent Customer Service. Very Helpful And Nice. Every Employee Was Very Personable.

To be charged $31 for a full day rental when only a few hours late when returning equipment is disappointing. I move multiple times a year for work and to be nickeled and dimed Is completely discouraging. Typically stores are helpful but when this location doesn't even pick up the phone to communicate but take your money is sad. If this is the new Uhaul model moving forward can you please tell me and I will just go purchase a cargo trailer and stop using uhaul for my trailer needs. Thanks

Did online check in - van wasn't in spot it was supposed to be so had to go inside and wait in line. Then had to wait in line again to get keys. The location the van was in took no less than 12 j-turns to get it out...it was absolutely ridiculous to expect a customer to do.

My experience was perfect. The technician was courteous and adaptable in every way. My experience will keep me coming back for moving needs.

You need to use this location as a model for all other locations. This store is all about customer service as well as customer satisfaction. Staff is very professional and willing to help.

you all made this very easy! the only stumbling block was when i tried to return the van after hours and your app would not locate the van. i was finally able to get Bob on the phone and he checked me in!

OUTSTANDING! Employees gave me a great check-in with no contact. I was very touched by their caution. The man at the call center was very helpful and a man from the local UHaul called me shortly afterwards and told me how to pickup. Their concern was fantastic. My wife and I are visiting our daughter in Florida who has an Autoimmune problem and we cannot have contacts, go in stores, etc., for two weeks prior to visiting. THANK YOU, UHaul, for helping us to have Christmas WITH contact with our daughter and her husband and children who maintain no-contact at all times.

I was overcharged this & the last time I rented. A manager was supposed to call me last week but.never did.

Everything about the location and staff was great. Only issue was with your app. Kept resetting half way through the process of selecting my truck and going back to the start page. Ended up just going in the office.

It would've been nice if I didn't have to drive the car trailer I rented because my car broke down nearly 100 miles to return it. Didn't quite understand the “in town” rental place. It was convenient due to where I broke down. Thanks uhaul for having a tow trailer though. Awesome.

I wouldn't recommend U-Haul. $28 charge tacked on at end for no apparent reason

This was a perfectly awful rental experience and something I am not used to from U-Haul. Last week, I made a reservation for a pickup truck. I arrived early Saturday morning at the location only to learn that the pickup truck that I had reserved was not available and that a cargo van was my only option. I would have canceled the reservation but ride had already left. The location's failure to have available the pickup truck that I had producer reserved was exacerbated by the fact that the nice gentleman behind the counter told me that knew before I arrived that there was more than a reasonable likelihood that the pickup truck would not be available because another renter failed to return it and he had for over a week been unsuccessful in his efforts to effect a return. Why someone from this location did not call me before and to alert me of this possibility is troubling and is not the kind of customer service I have grown accustomed to from U-Haul. To top it all off, when I returned the van the young lady processing the return could not have been more rude.

Amazing staff. Quick, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. If I needed another storage unit, I would absolutely come back.

I rented the truck through the mobile app and when the time came for me to find my truck it wasn't there. I asked an employee that was working and was informed that they do not park them in that location during business hours. This defeated the purpose of doing the mobile app since I had to deal with an employee face to face. I was then informed that the truck I was supposed to be renting was still being cleaned since it was just returned. I had to then wait 15 minutes for the employees to clean the truck and then move all of the others out of the way so I could take it. This was inconvenient and delayed me from getting on with my day.

The people checking me in and out were courteous and professional. Thank you!

Excellent service

This location was nice, but it wasn't the location that I had originally scheduled with. I had to go way out of my way to get this truck (because the place I schedule didn't have the right truck), then they charged me over $100 extra for extra miles. That isn't the fault of this location, that is the fault of Uhaul itself.

Aubrey assisted me over the phone while I was traveling, and Jon and Jeff assisted me while I arrived at the location. All went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered, and my needs were met. I couldn’t be happier with the location and the service that received. Great location! Great Team!

I felt it was often really hard to get to the loading dock as there were often empty trucks and longer term vehicles parked in the very few spots. I understand that the area has grown around this facility since it was built but the parking lot is a bit chaotic and cramped

This place is amazing!!! After 23hrs on the road we were greeted by the staff who’s professionalism, kindness, and compassion were beyond reproach...It was a great start to TN. Facilities were clean, convenient, and inviting...We will definitely give this location all our future business if we ever move again!!!

I got there after they close. The guy was still inside and he came out on my storage unit did the paperwork authorized my alarm card call my hardest like it when I go to my unit. All that after he was already closed . Excellent service . You gave me my free month storage fee I didn’t think I was going to get that according to when I booked it through the reservation department . Great Job ! Thanks

The size of lot the business as a whole is being ran on is entirely too small. The employees park in the customer parking, and there are trucks and trailers in front of all of the storage units which not only disallows ANY PARKING from being available but also, requires a call ahead to the facility, to request access in the front of your unit (to which no one answers). Although there are one or two employees there that are actually mindful of their difficult scenario and try to make it the best possible for the customer, the people who do work there have been put in a very difficult situation from corporate.

I will always use this facility for any future moving/storage needs. The employees make this place what it is....they are so friendly and helpful!

The only problem at all is lack of parking space and availability of loading dock spaces. However, the employee moved a truck for us so that we had accessibility. The customer service at this location is superb - everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly.

When we 1st got here Jonathan nipps was wonderful very grateful very nice Jonathangets the five stars. Now the young man that check this out Saturday was very rude I do not know what his name was he did not have a name tag on.

This Uhaul storage location is excellent, We have had a great experience.

Facility is clean, secure and convenient. Staff are friendly, helpful and personable. Would highly recommend the facility for storage etc.

My only complaint is that an unauthorized person who I hired to empty my unit was allowed to cancel my contract without my knowledge though I did not want to relinquish my space. O/W great service.

Store is always understaffed waited over one hour to be helped- 12 customers in line only two people working

Felt my belongings were well taken care of and in a secure location. The staff at this facility were always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist when in need. I have other storage companies closer to where I live, but willing to make the drive to do business here.

Worker over shared and made the whole experience very in comfortable. As did not seem very knowledgeable and complained about his boss the whole time.

I was assigned a card swipe to check in each time I access my unit. Card would not work. They said dont worry about it, just set the alarm off. Was not a pleasant first experience. Hope they fix soon.

I'm using U Haul again not this location because I needed to ship my stuff from Maine to Tennessee using one of your 8' by 5' U boxes.

Uhaul storage room was good but prices are very high. For short term 1 or 2 months I accept but for long term customers like more 3 months price is very high.

After 18 months and paid, I inquired about move out process early Dec 2018. Sometime mid Dec, my lock was removed, contents taken and customer ready lock placed in unit. No one knows what happened?

I loved the well-organized facility. It was clear where to pick up the equipment rentals with a nice, clean, customer service area. The employees were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

This U-Haul location is the best one I have ever dealt with. They were helpful and polite. The facilities/equip were in great condition. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

However, the tires on my trailer were completely bald. I didn't discover the tread danger until I was 1700 miles into my 2300 mile move. Luckily I didn't have a major accident. Scott Myers

I had 2 storage units at your facility and have moved out of both of them due to an inability to access the units. The staff routinely park at the loading dock and you cannot get a parking spot.

Cannot get in or out of storage parking. Too many trucks and trailers taking up space. Need to balance truck inventory vs access to parking

We moved out of this unit on June 16, stopped by the office and were told we were good to go. It took 2 phone calls to customer service and another in-person visit to get the contract closed.

This is a busy location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hardworking, dealing with people who are moving can be difficult. They do their best.

Only issue was the facility was so overcrowded it was difficult to get into our initial unit due to trucks/trailers being parked in front of our entry door.

The only thing that I disliked was that the facility closed at 7. It would be helpful if it was open until 9pm. I understand if personel is required, that it be 7pm. Great customer service

Unit lock was drilled off with no explanation and I had to purchase a replacement. As I live in another state (18 hours away,) I was unable to investigate why my lock was off. CONCERNING!
