The truck was clean however the passenger side seat belt does not work. The radio was doing its own thing as well. I also requested an appliance hand truck but you didn't have one We only had it for a couple of hours but I didn't really feel safe. The staff was very nice though.KEISHA W.
I reserved an appliance dolly on Monday for my Move on Saturday. When i got there, even though I reserved it, they didnt have the dolly for me. This made my move drastically harder and almost canceled. Luckly i had my own basic dolly that helped but still was not the best. The address provided for drop off was wrong (there was no Uhaul branch there) had to talk to 3-4 people to get a drop off location after driving for about an hour trying to find the place using the adress provided by Uhaul and GPS, finally a coordinator fixed that and was able to drop off at Conyers; almost got charged 1.5 hours for not being able to find the address, the person receiving the equipment at Conyers worked with me to avoid the late fees after I explained what happened.JASON F.

Your current system totally disregards the customer. Firstly my reservation was changed twice per my pickup location and I wa notified by TEXT with no explanation. It is a total disregard to have my pickup location changed and I am charged for mileage 25 miles outside of my original choice for pickup. Secondly your return system is faulty and not operating which prompted me to call and wait on hold for over an hour and instructed to call back on Monday. Totally unacceptable. If I wanted to work at UHaul I would have applied. Please consider your customers who allow to be in business.Hassan U.

We hired movers through to help us. First, the moring of the job, they contacted to say they couldnt make it on time and needed to do another job first. We mentioned that this had been scheduled for awhile, we had a uhaul picked up, and we needed to beat the storm. They said for $100 to pay for their travel time they could show up. We had no choice. During the move my wife confirmed that the travel was included in what we already paid. I explained this the the mover. He did not care. He stood over me adking for the money. He even adked me to go to an ATM to get it right then. In fear, I gave it to him through Zelle. He later trxted to say he had to give it back. He still has not. Im ready to file complaints about "Big Ones" moving and the Uhaul location that put them in my home.Brandy H.

the truck has a mechanical problem - on two occasions when having to make a quick stop due to a vehicle in front of me that made an unexpected stop (I followed at least two car lengths apart and never went over 50 MPH) the throttle stuck and had to shift to neutral while standing on the brakes. Emotionally traumatic I thought I was going to rear-end someone. Then I get my receipt via email and I get charged for 2 days or rental instead of 1 day. I am afraid that someone is going to have an accident and will be charged with being at fault and it really is UHauls fault - it could not only hurt someone - it could bankrupt them and create a black mark on one of your customers' life and livelihood. Better Guidanceâ€¦.it's not everyday people rent a truck and know the ins and out of procedures. Y'all took almost all work from employees and put it on an app and customer is responsible for opening and writing and pictures it's just a hassle to a customer who is in a hurry. Clean inside and out of trucks mine was not clean by far and even once dropped off it didn't get clean just looked at and put back at the available spot for the next customer.Casey T.

Reservation was made 2 weeks prior to pick up day. Requested a dolly and two furniture movers for the move and wasn't informed until I went to pick up the truck that the location didn't have any furniture movers. They also informed me I would have access to a dolly but only if there was one in the truck which there wasn't. Instead of being told prior to my pickup the items were unavailable and able to make other arrangements I had to hurry to find somewhere to buy one and wasted rental time. Employees on location weren't overly personalble either. They didn't do anything wrong but definitely didn't seem eager to be there.LEAH J.

My handsome and I have rented from this location multiple times in the past. This last experience was different. I completed my reservation online no problem. However when I arrived the young lady was eating Chick fa la for breakfast. She assumed I was picking up a truck. If she had asked or I could have provided my reservation#. I gave her my license. She seemed unconcerned and bothered. The pick up hitch went fine however when we returned the trailer the young man was being accusatory. Implying that the trailer cargo was dirty. He took it to the bay area and begin to clean it mop etc. I advised that this is how it was picked up. We moved a queen size bedroom set without a mattress or box spring. That could not have caused the trailer to be dirty as he was stating. I told him next time I would take pictures myself before leaving. When I arrived the keys to the U-Haul were not in the assigned box. I had to go inside completely defeated the purpose of online pick up. No one seemed to know where they were. Although I was unable to get the storage unit size needed, I must say that the frustration experienced from weeks and weeks of calling the 1150 Dogwood Dr. Se Conyers, GA location was definitely made right upon my arrival. There were a few things that went wrong with me trying to reserve a storage unit from not being available, wrong unit, and then to no unit being reserved. Kayla was a blessing by being able to work her magic and honor the info. provided due to a mishap after not having anything available! Staff member Madison was EXCELLENT to include her thoroughness and knowledge about the reservation and unit process, her effective communication, professionalism, and patience displayed for all the questions that I had. Upon me returning the next day after realizing I would not need a storage unit, I was helped by staff member Shauntae or Shondra (please forgive me if name or spelling is wrong), but she was just as pleasant and helpful! This is a perfect example of why Good Customer Service is so important! Was not the right unit i reserved. I was told my unit was ready but when i got there it wasn't available and i had to get one that was smaller than i wanted.I asked for a discount sincr mine wasn't available and i couldn't get one on that either so i was very disappointed. Experience has been positive. Staff was polite and helpful. It is clean and well maintained The biggest negative was that due to the very narrow hallways and low ceiling ductwork, we had one piece of furniture that could not be maneuvered to our unit. That single piece now must be stored elsewhere. Suggest that in future customers should be alerted that their large furniture may not fit into some units, even though the unit is large enough for the furniture.
