The truck had multiple dash/energize lights on and breaks made a very loud sound. I tried to contact this location multiple times for customer service during my rental time and could not get true help from anyone. Inclement weather had us very worried about making our 24 hour time frame but we made it, app/website would not work properly to allow me to check I. The truck myself so I tried to call 3 times that next day to speak with someone about this and never could connect to the store. Now I'm charged almost $90 more dollars than expected. Left my garage opener in the truck and employees. Asked me to describe it. Got it back and called me the same day. I wasn't able to pick it up because I was at work and they labeled it and held it for me asked for my name at the front counter. I really appreciate it. I had a slight issue when charged for the mileage I went over but that was very quickly solved. Pick up was quick and painless and so was the drop off. The associates were all extremely nice and polite. I was greeted and treated as if we were all old friends. I will definitely use them again.MARY T.

The pickup truck and appliance served my purpose well; there were no issues. Sometimes, when I visit the UHAUL store, there is no one present to respond to inquiries. It seems, they are either assisting someone outside or at another location on the property. Some type of notification system to the employee(s) letting them know that a customer has entered the store would seem most beneficial. First, to save the customer undue waiting, and UHAUL the potential loss of a new customer.JOHN L.

Taheem was great, above and beyond. Like my man's scooter. ðŸ' Alex was nice and helpful. Only problem, the self check-in/pickup did not work on the app. The guys tried to help me with it, they were baffled too. They took time to check me in in person. The self-return did not work on the app. Taheem took care of the return. The initial online check-in email I received the day before requiring an emailed verification code, timed out 3 times before I could complete the process. I had to call in for assistance. That person was great! Overall, the in person team was amazing. The app stinks. It cost me precious time during my tightly scheduled move day that had been planned for months. The manager was very accommodating upon my arrival for picking up the 6' x 12' Trailer. I had completed the registration on-line along with all pre-registration requirements. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The return was quite simple. They were very busy Saturday, 12/11/21 when I returned trailer. I dropped it off and the emailed my receipt.George B.

The front desk lady Trix Trexler need more training on customer service. I rented a Dolly and they did not give me one, make my project extra super hard trying to lift everything. Well upon arrival I waited in line for assistance ,and an associate left just before I was to be seen. Once another associate entered the building he assisted a customer behind me. The access doors were not explained to me upfront. I was unaware that I needed to immediately place a lock on my assigned unit. I arrived several days later and learned that my assigned unit was not available. Also, one attendant was assisting a customer and he told me to ask either of the other two available attendants. When I asked, they told me that they were assigned to outside duty and could not assist. This, coupled with the time it took to find me another unit, cost me money as I had hired a moving company which charges by the hour. Additionally, I was paying for (original unit) the convenience of not having to lift property up/down stairs but, the unit I ended up with was the exact opposite. I paid for a climate controlled unit, only to find out the a/c is broken in bldg A, and it was 102° in the building. And the location is/was aware and did not communicate that issue. Also, the website states you receive a lock with your storage unit, only to be told I would have to pay for the lock instead. I am very disappointed with this location. There was a lady that really tried to help we were given a unit that was already taken. Got all our stuff up to the unit & couldn't get into our assigned unit because it was already a lock on it. At this time Uhaul was closed because we rented our unit a little bit before closing. Went back downstairs to the office fortunately we were able to get in because someone else was having issues. As soon as we walked in another lady not the one that had assigned us the unit said we're closed I said I was just assigned a unit that has a lock on it she said oh well you have to come back tomorrow. I said but all my stuff is up there on pallets. She said you still gotta come back so as we we're going back & forth the other lady that originally help me intervened she tried to find us another unit by couldn't & was told we would have to see the manager in the morning. The other rude lady got into it with another customer when we were getting out unit assigned to us. She is so rude definitely need to work on her customers service skills. When I came I. The general manager was very helpful. The clerk/customer service rep at the desk was not very helpful. She could not locate my storage unit. She did not know how to read the storage map we walked around for several minutes trying to locate the storage unit. I had to try to locate the unit myself. I rented the unit on-line, then asked at the desk for more information. One of the clerks took me to the entry and showed me how it worked by using the keypad. He also said I would be getting a key card to use. He left and I showed my sons where the unit was, then went down to unload the trailer; however, the loading door would not open. I walked back to the office and a clerk said she would be over to help shortly. After waiting 10 minutes, I found another clerk who said they forgot to open it that morning and he would let them know. In a few minutes it was opened. I went back to the office to get some moving wrap, tried to pay cash, and no one had a cash drawer, so I had to use my card. When I asked the clerk when I could get a key card, she created it right then. I don't know why the first clerk couldn't do it. Possibly a more seamless process for those that reserve online. I called that morning and was advised by one of the reps to reserve storage online which I did. When I got to U-HAUL it took over 35+ minutes to complete my getting access to the facility. I would assume if I am reserving online, the process would be a lot faster once I arrive. I rented a both a truck and a unit on Friday the 9th. I requested a 10x10. Went to unit. Swipe card did not work. Came back to desk. Associate walked me down to unit. Discovered that unit that was rented to me should not have been due to the fact that the roof was leaking. That was the last 10x10 available. Had to settle for 8x10. I went to that unit and there was a lock on the unit. Walked back up the hill. At that point I decided to take the rental truck home and start loading up to come back hoping that when I do come back all will be taken care of. It was.
