Great customer service! I made a mistake choosing which trailer I needed. Your employee went out of his way to make it incredibly easy to switch and get the one I needed(ramp). I just wish I got his name so I can give him a proper shout out. I'll be back to rent again from this location

They charged me twice and said I used a dolly then said I had it overnight and that I didn't put gas in the truck I only went down the street to life storage by the rink and to pebble lane back to the Uhaul like I was charged 54$ then 49$ and I didn't even pay that much when I came from Trenton nj with the uhaul to Willingboro I'm pissed and the workers are unprofessional and didn't communicate what was said right I will never use uhaul

The Call Center made the WRONG Reservation. Fortunately the location had the right equipment. The Cinnaminson, NJ Location was VERY Helpful and the young lady fixed my reservation. She was very helpful.

Customer service on day of pickup was terrible. The associate, of which we don't recall his name, was very rude. I asked a question about in the website referring to first month free storage if truck is rented and told no one was ever given that offer and it doesn't exist and it doesn't matter what the website states.

When I returned vehicle, the online system had technical issues(it sent me to an oops! page and live chat was unavailable to help. I called 1800 number and was told there was a 58 minute wait, so I just left the keys in the lock box and left. It was a very frustrating experience with UHAUL not the location.

When I got there the first and second trailers 6x12 were broken and then someone just so happened to bring one back so I was told to take that one so I did. When I returned it two days of rental I had to argue with the attendant to not overcharge me. She gave me a ten dollar refund and should have gotten a ten dollar and seventy cent refund . The attendant was rude and condosending. Not a good experience but I got my job done

I was very disappointed with the service. I had a reservation for a location near my home and when I called to pick it up I was told they didn't have what I reserved and the only location that did was 45 min away!! inconvenience is an understatement!!!

the truck was typical. i did not expect much. however, when i opened it, a gatorade bottle of urine was on the step into the truck. i was in a hurry, so i chucked it. next the radio blasted an alarm type sound and i thought something was wrong with the truck. the truck performed well. after returning it, the agent Sue called and wanted to know where the dolly was on the truck. There was never any dolly on the truck. I had no idea what she was talking about. I'm retired law enforcement and have my own dolly. She abruptly hung up. Not sure what the status is.

I originally attempted to reserve a trailer at the Mount Laurel location. The trailer that I reserved was not available and the associate tried to direct me to the Cinnaminson location, but sent me to Maple Shade instead. I don't understand how you can except a reservation for equipment that's not available.

The truck I rented transmission was slipping and it was super slow driving I was supposed to bring it back at 6 and I brong it back at 130 told the worker about the truck problems and they still charged me the same amount!I do not think she took my complaint seriously and I would not recommend uhaul to anyone I feel robbed

The app is terrible. I could not log in to complete the dropoff procedure. It does not recognise my email/password combo and does not send me an email or text when I click ‘reset password'. And it will not permit me to set up a new account, saying that this email address is already in use - and it starts all over when I click ‘reset password'. And the local-office phone rings and rings till the automated message reminds you to use the app and then places your call in to the on-hold ouebliette. The only way to get anyone's attention is to drive over to the local office; so what is the point of the app? - so I deleted it from my phone for good.

We were not notified that our pick up location was changed until we arrived to pick up the truck, only to find it was not there. We then had to call to find out the new location, which was farther away, which cost us more mileage on the truck overall. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Hooking up the lights would have been a good start. When I got to my destination (an hour away) I was told I didn't have brake lights on the trailer. There was no harness connecting the lights. When I tried to call the Cinnaminson location, I was on hold for 20 minutes and never got through. I had to go out of my way to find another U-Haul to buy they harness, which they reimbursed me for. Upon return of the truck and trailer, I told them I wanted to be reimbursed for 15 miles since I had to drive out of my way. The attendant told me he didn't have the authority to do that, but he would have the manager call me the next day. I still have not heard from the manager.

I was told the storage unit was able to be accessed from 5am-10pm. I went at 9pm to unload the truck; however, the gate access key fob I was given did not work. I then proceeded to call the after hours number listed on the gate. No one answered nor did they call me back. This is the second time in one week (different location) where I've had an issue with Uhaul. I thought switching locations would help, but it didn't. I'm very dissatisfied.
